No it's a joke. There is this thing called Twitch where you can interact and watch people play games. Someone started a Pokemon Red game interaction thing where players have to type and enter the commands and the game will do what is typed in. The reason why Pidgeot is called bird jesus is because it has survived all the way to the Elite 4 in the game without being taken out of.(If I remember correctly)
