OOC- when do we race?

Boo laid down, completely and utterly bored.

Cornkit watched the process. She hoped she would never have to do this.

Cassie felt anger and heat break out all over her body. "Um," she murmured. "I did have a mate, but he left me when I gave birth to all stillborn kits. I-i'm over it, already." She then thought about what he had said. "'Until now'?"

(okay, guys. I'm sorry i have to take charge but our leader (cobalt charrie) has either deleted their account or been deleted, so i guess we can start a race now.)

Boo smiled as she saw a human walk up to them. She purred and padded slowly up to them. Now it was time for a race!

"Whoa," Cassie said, taking a step back. "M-me? I-i do like you too." Her face slowly got really red and hot. She ducked her head. She hated having to admit her feelings first.

OOC- r they going to have kits?

OOC- Lol, i never noticed. XD and i think that Cassie should have only one kit. that way, she'll like decide to leave the group and head out on her own when she thinks Swamp doesn't love her child cuz of Cronus and Baskets?

Cassie smiled shyly at Swamp. She stuck her head outside their little shelter. The snowing had almost stopped. She stepped out. "Come on!" Cassie said, sticking her head back into the the shelter.

Boo glanced back at Swalfi. He wasn't going to win this race! She was the alpha female. The best in shape. Definitely the most pretty. She laughed in her cage. She glanced at Cobalt. This rookie was too good. She wondered if she could beat him.

OOC- who will win?

Cornkit purred and leaned against Slashedkit as well. "Are you sure you're okay?" she demanded to know.

Lacie frowned. What was the look that had crossed Cronus's face when he said that the two had left...alone. What the heck was that? She got up to see where the two went herself. She nodded to Periwinkle and then padded after her mate.

Cornkit jumped out of the way so that Ambrosiaflare could take a good look at Slashedkit. He had to be in tip top shape before they could go out and play again. She couldn't wait. She laid down in a place so she could keep an eye on her friend.

Boo smiled reassuringly at Kokoro when she saw the poor kit looking frightened. In her mind, her evil voice said, "This kit is a wimp. We should dispose of her as well as that other cat we poisoned." Boo answered, "Not yet. She might prove to be a good ally."

Cassie nodded and sniffed the air. What was that smell? Cronus? Cassie looked around her and saw that Cronus was standing a few tail lengths away, his mouth slightly ajar. He had this stupid look on his face, in Cassie's opinion.
"Uh..." she began. "are you okay, Cronus?"
Had he overheard their conversation? Her face started to warm up when she thought about the conversation that had redefined Swamp's and her relationship.

OOC- cool! she could start showing symptoms.

Cornkit smiled as she saw Slashedkit moving the moss around in order to make room for another cat. Unsure of what he meant by the extra moss, she padded over slowly, watching Slashedkit's face just in case that he didn't want her to lie down.

Boo laughed maniacally. She caught herself just in time. She didn't want to freak Swalfi out. That might cause him to not be her minion. He seemed like the type of lazy henchcat. Who knows how important he could be either?

OOC- Haha, i thought that sounded kind of familiar while I was reading it

Lacie padded after her mate, wondering where he was. She sniffed the air and caught a strong scent of Cronus, Swamp, and Cassie. She wondered what the tension in the air was. It didn't seem like a good type of tension. She walked towards the group's scent until she finally saw the behind of Cronus.
Cassie saw her sister coming up and she waved her tail to motion Lacie over to her side.
"What's going on?" Lacie asked.
"Uh, Cronus found out about Swamp and me," Cassie said. "You give us your blessing don't you?"
Lacie didn't know how to respond. It was kind of gross to her but she wouldn't tell her sister that. That would make her sister a grandma and an aunt. Weird!

"So he'll be okay?" Cornkit asked.

Boo caught hold of her composure. "Are you ready to race, Kokoro?" she asked the kit.

Boo took a deep breath and sprinted to the other side of the track. She could tell she was faster than Swalfi. This race would be hers!

Cornkit flicked her ears at what the medicine cat said. She didn't want to wait for her friend to recover. She sighed and nudged Slashedkit with her shoulder. "Get better soon," she mewed. "Then we can play games!"

OOC- idk, ask fruitloop. since Boos is the fastest as well as Cobalt, they normally would get first place. but sometimes (ofc) there will be other cats to get first. cobalt isn't racing at the moment. so i guess u could be second. don't worry, you will get to be first. boo needs a reality check once in a while.

Boo raced down the track and let Swalfi bite her dust. She crossed the finish line. She smirked at Swalfi as she saw him still running down the track. This race was a lot easier than she thought. She purred as a Twoleg picked her up. She guessed that now she would have to choose which male to mate with. Probably the newcomer, Cobalt. She needed to have kits soon.

OOC- can Cobalt x Boo have kits?
