This river is a common fishing spot for Marbled cats; they often meet here. There are some - rather, many - small, c.alm pools separated by shallow but very rough, rocky rapids that often times carry Marbled's and marbled kittens away. Be careful while you fish!

A wide, shallow river with many gravelly spits and a very slow, lazy and uninsistant current, Maiden's Stream has many, many fish and makes an excellent place for mothers to teach cubs how to fish, making it a great spot for mothers who've met to socialize and gossip, and an even better place for cubs to play, meet, socialize, and best of all, get into trouble without drowning!

Looks great. Thanks!

Marbled Cats RPG
This is an rpg where you can rp as a marbled cat, Margay, or ocelot.
About the Marbled Cat
The marbled cat is a species of feline similar in size to a housecat. They live in the wilderness of Asia, and lives an arboreal lifestyle(Mainly in the trees). These small cats were once thought to be related to the "big cats", but closer analysis showed they are more related to Baycats and Asian Golden Cat. The marbled Cat's namesake is quite obvious by looking at a picture - the Cat looks quite similar to a miniature leopard. They have a very long tail with thick fur - this tail may in fact be longer than it's body - as a counterbalance to support their tree-climbing habits. Recorded weights vary from 4.4 to 11 pounds/2 to 5 kilograms. Marbled cats also exhibit very large canine teeth, similar to big cats'; they also ave a beautiful curved back.
The Marbled Cat range begins in Indomalaya, streaches Westward into the Himalayan foothills and to Nepal, then on East to Southwest China as well as the islands of Sumatra and Borneo; these areas are home to something under 10,000 Marbled's. It is assumed that the dense forest they live in provides the cats with prey such as birds, squirrels, other rodents, and reptiles. Little else is known about these cats, but in captivity, gestation(pregnancy) lasts anywhere from 66 to 82 days, where a litter of two kittens will be born, weighing from 2.2 to 3 oz./61 to 85 g. At around 12 days, the eyes open; at two months, they'll start to take solid food and actively work on climbing skills. At 21-22 months, they will reach full maturity - Marbled Cats in captivity have been known to live up to 12 years.
Rules
-- First and foremost, FOLLOW ALL THE RULES ON THE LIST. This one included.
-- No powerplay. This means controlling another character other than your own.
*I.E., "X pushed Y into the river, watching coldly as he drowned helplessly." You'd be controlling the character's drowning, and it is only exceptable if you OWN Y.
*I.E., "X clawed Y," which one word will make exceptable: "X attempted to claw Y." This means Y can dodge, just don't dodge too often, I find it annoying and will get on your crippled battle style.-- On a similar note, no godmodding. This is the act f having a character do something ridiculously unrealistic. This is, in fact, XENOFICTION, andthese are small wild cats.
*Sorry, but a princess can't punch out a dragon, and you can't punch out Cthulthu or whatever; nor can you fight tigers or other predators. ;) Y cannot kill a bear, after all.-- PLEASE DO NOT FIGHT OOC! It makes for an uncomfortable rp. It's always made me uncomfortable. Avoid this please!
-- Please keep cursing to a minimum, especially when refering to others. Once, IC, one of my chracters was insulted with rought language; I realize it wasn't intended for me, but it makes people uncomfortable.
swordfish is the magic word. Make it discreet, but put it in your sign-up, anywhere.
-- Have fun, and if you have a plot, TELL ME!!! :) Plus, feel free to fall in love and kill people off.Form Time!!!

Ths is a high gorge that falls from steep precipices into the White Rapids. The altitude is quite high in places, in others quite low, thus the mist making it incredibly slick and deadly. If the fall doesn't kill you...
.... Well, therapids don't let their victims go readily. -
"C'mon! We need you!"
A rather large, light blackbear with a large muscle over her shoulders pushed out of the undergrowth, closely followed by a Cinnamin male and a rough, dark brown one with pale tipped fur and a nicked ear. The female sat down. -
The female growled. "Doesn't matter."
The cinnamon male, on the other hand, looked up. "Tupilek," he replied. -
Okay, when I try to make a page on my profile, I can't post it becaue the page is centered lowenough on the scree that I can't get to the bottom of the page to post it. Any way to fix that?
-
The dark male with tipped fur growled. The female. peeled her lips back. "Doesnt matter, I'm just passing through."
"You have to come with us!" Tupilek cried. "You have to!" -
A white and grey tabby apprentice was padding though the caves. He turned, gazing upward, and walked backwards. He bumped into another apprentice, startling.
(Any apprentice can reply.) -
The white and grey tabby apprentice backed up, gazing at the roof. He backed into Maypaw, bumping into her. He jumped.

The apprentice bumped into Maypaw. He jumped. "Oh! I'm sorry," he turned sharply to look at her. There was something eerie about the glow of his fur from the blue pools.
-
The tom smiled sheepishly. "I-I'm sorry," he mewed. His white and grey tabby fur glowed eerily against the glowing blue pools.

Maypaw smiles."It's fine." she purrs. "I'm Maypaw." she says to the white and grey tabby apprentice. Her green eyes sparkle in the strange light, and her dark brown fur is shadowed.
"I-I'm..." He paused, looking at the she-cat. He couldn't help but perceive her as pretty; but he'd long ago forgotten his name. "I'm Duskpaw."5/30

A dark grey and whte tabby tom walked in the cave, leaping over pools of blue, glowing water, his fur gleaming eerily. He looked around, gazing at all the cats. His dark brown eyes gleamed with an odd, unearthly light. He eventually sat down in front of a gleaming pool, bouncing off his fur and illuminating the wall behind him. He stared into the pool, breathing slowly, waiting for another apprentice to approach him. He shot a paw out, catching two fish at once by coincedence.

(Fallnpaw can rp with me.)
The apprentice opened his eyes , glaring at Venenum. "This isn't your territory, idiot. You cannot tell anyone to leave." He sat on the other side of the glowing pool, his fur glowing with otherworldly light. His eyes gleamed dark brown; he didn't look please as he sat over his two fish.
-
The eerie apprentice watched Fallenpaw carefully. He didn't say anything, but leaned down to eat on of his fish.
-
The apprentice noticed Fallenpaw had noticed him and leaned back, laying down. His glowing brow eyes seemed to beckon the apprentice to speak first. He finished his fish off and waited with the other.
