ic: Greece randomly walked in, sat in his chair, started humming the nyan cat song and somewhere in the middle of the song he started to drift off to sleep. As he was asleep he occasionaly said something about "Captain Cat".

Greece is startled awake.
"Oh, hey Italy. How goes the white flag production?"

Greece puts on cat ears and turns toward to Japan.
"I'm a cat. Do you want to scratch my belly?"

Greece put his head in his arms on the table and started to fall asleep.
Right as Greece started dreaming about a blue russian cat, Greece's worst nightmare, Turkey, walked in.
Turkey strolled right over to Greece, kicked his chair and yelled "GET UP YOU LAZY ASS!!!"

Greece started to come to, realizing he was on the floor. "What are you doing, Turkey?" Greece asked. "You stupid head."
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE??? I THOUGHT YOU WERE GOING TO STAY HOME AND SLEEP THROUGH THE MEETING!!" Turkey yelled.
Greece maintained his composure as he replied "Hey guess what? Japan digs my sexy cat ears."

Greece managed to break away from his fight with Turkey and walked up to Romania. Greece started to poke Romania's fangs.
"Are you part cat? Cats have sharp teeth, you know," Greece said as he continued to poke the fangs.

Greece stopped poking Romania's fangs and shrugged.
"That's too bad," Greece said as he walked back over to his chair and fell asleep.
Not even five seconds later Turkey came over and kicked Greece's chair... again...
