Prolougue
A young she-cat screeched in pain. Her kits were coming, she knew it. The beautiful shecat lay herself down. She knew today was her dying day. She pushed and out came a silver she-kit. "Lacekit,"she mewed before the light faded from her eyes. She was dead.

Chapter 1
Lacepaw bounced up to her mentor, Lemonwing. "Lemonwing! Lemonwing! What're we gonna do today?"she meowed. The RIverClan apprentice was a skinny little thing. Batpaw, who admired Lacepaw very much stared at the pretty yet skinny little she-cat. Lacepaw smiled at Lemonwing. " C'mon!" Lemonwing growled. "Follow." Lacepaw followed. She smiled at Batpw as they passed. Lemonwing took Lacepaw up to a dark place near the cliff. "Lacepaw, as you know, I am not the nicest mentor ever," Lemonwing meowed. "That is because my loyalty lies in the Dark Forest,"she growled. Lemonwing unshealthed her claws and smiled evily at poor Lacepaw. "ANd the only way to prove to Tigerstar that my loyalties lie with him is to kill you."
Lemonwing leaped at her apprnetice. Lacepaw screamed. They rolled down the cliff. Batpaw raced over. He and Rainpaw, Lacepaw's best friend leaped on Lemonwing. Lemonwing scratched Lacepaw's face as best as she could. Lemonwing threw Lacepaw's body against a tree trunk. Lacepaw lay still. Lemonwing laughed.
Lacepaw got up, her knees shaking. She leaped at Lemonwing,snarling. Batpaw leaped on top of Lemonwing and applied the killing bite. "Fool!!"he snarled at Lemonwing before the light faded from her eyes.

Both of the young kits got into hunter's crouch. Mistykit aimed to leap on Honeykit while Quailkit aimed to batter Bramblekit with shealthed paws.}

IC: Angelcloud awoke. She was layin in a corner of the camp, not in a den. She had only been in Bearclan for 2 sunrises. No one really had seemed to welcome her. Some had glared, so Angelcloud had slept outside of the warriors den. Angelcloud went out and caught some fish and a sparrow. She lay them down in the freshkill pile. She sighed. She lay down and started grooming herself. "No one liks me,"she said aloud, but quietly. She licked a small matt on her shoulder. She got the knot out easily. She wondered if she should run away, because she didn't want to be n a clan that thought she was a no-good loner.}

"Oh no." The little kit looked half starved. Angelcloud grabbed the kit and raced back to camp. "Shatteredillusion, Ravorpaw(?), Somebody, please! This kit.. I found it, and it looks like it's going to die!"she yowled as she came into camp.}
