This place is great. I have a character that would probably fit in a lot better but switchblades a bit of a traveler so this is a bit of a trial run for me and if I like it i'll leave and rejoin with a different character ♥

"nooo!" Driftingkit cried, rushing past the other apprentice. "I wanna help! I'll get it!" She insisted, quickly looking in the crevices of the medicine den. A root, huh. She could find that. Mintypaw said it had leaves but like... everything in here had leaves. Her ears pinned back, curiously looking around.

Driftingkit tilted her head from near by. She wasn't exactly one to talk, but that was ok. She padded near her half sibling and gently nudged her, smile on her muzzle. She gave a sheepish smile and flicked her tail in greeting.

"Yeah! Go mintyblossom!" Driftingkit called from the nursury. She smiled brightly at her friend, toothy smile on her muzzle. She had grown fond of the apprentice now medicine cat through herbs and now she was offically the one in control?! This was great! Maybe she would be next! That would be great! She continued to cheer for her friend from a distance, a smile on her muzzle.

"I wanna help too!" Driftingkit declared with a bright smile. The silver tabby let out a quiet laugh as she pulled close to the other, tilting her head with a hum. She smiled brightly up at Mintyblossom, declaring "I remember honey helps with sore throats."

"Mintyblossom?" Driftingkit called from a small distance, ears pinned back. She looked stressed. Scared even. The silver tabby hummed quietly and skipped over, closing the distance between the two. She gave a small smile. "Hey, I'm sure whatever's bothering you can be solved with a little bit of thinking right?" She tilted her head, "But hey. thinking can be done any time. You look like you need a break from all this thinking." the kit insisted.

Driftingkit's ears pinned back at the mention. "I-I just stayed hidden... I didn't get hurt in any way, but I feel terrible for those that did." The silver tabby perked up, smiling at the other. "Hey, your good with medicines. Can you tell me how to help them?" the kit looked up with bright eyes.

"Mhmm." Driftingkit nodded at the older's question. She looked down at her paws, blue eyes sad. "I... dont like the idea of fighting. Of hurting another being." She looked up at the other, blowing the bangs out of her view. Mintyblossoms was a medicine cat. She didn't have to fight. What she would give to be a medicine cat... The kit sighed quietly and smiled up at her. "Your pretty lucky. You don't have to fight."

"Hey mom!" Driftingkit cried, a red feather she found in her jaws. "Look at this cool feather I fou..." She frowned at her mother's muzzle. She looked... distressed. Afraid. Other emotions the kit could not read. "Mom?" She called again, quieter this time. "Are... you ok?"
