Blushing, she mewed, "Thank you. And those cats were probably just jealous of you. You should find a real friend. Someone who doesn't want your internal organs laying around." She purred and stood up, hearing a mouse. Ignoring it, she turned back to him, the sun rising. The colors caught the clearing they stood in and reflected in her eyes. "I love sunrise.." She said, gazing around.

Flicking her tail and nodding in agreement, she said, "You don't seem like some loner to me. I'm Icecloud. And I'm jealous that you get to live by yourself, with no rules or anyone telling you how to live..."

Sympathy flooded over her and something else..... Then she heard a rustling to the side of the clearing. Running over she dived into the bush that the noise was coming from. Walking out, she carried a huge thrush in her jaws. "Hungry?" She said through the fresh-kill. Icecloud placed it between them.

"Thanks, Raven. I'm flattered. And we are all trained specially by a mentor, so we do get tons of practice." Lying down next to the thrush, she took a huge bite. "I almost forgot how hungry I was!" She said, and took 3 more bites.

Icecloud batted her eyelashes sarcastically. "I bet it's because I'm a girl, right?" Even though she felt bad about not letting him eat, she ate a little more then half of the thrush and stood back. "It's all yours," she said.

Ooc: Srry it took so long to respond XD I was watching Lunchtime with Smosh and lost track of time..

Ic: "You're welcome.." She looked into his eyes a moment then looked away. Embarrassed, she said, "And you're the only cat that's ever wanted to share prey with me. Every other cat just says that they'll find their own...' Flicking her tail, she felt her heart warm up. "You're probably not gonna care, but, since I was exiled, I've felt so much... better."

Ooc: They're so smexy<3 And awkward.... O_O

Ic: She murmured, "Thanks...." Walking over to him, her ear flicked and her pelt felt hot with nervousness. "I-I'm really glad we met..." She said, standing a mouselength from his muzzle, his breath barely touching her face.

Surrounded in his scent, Icecloud didn't think about anything else. Suddenly, a dog sprang into the clearing, sprinting toward them. Icecloud opened her eyes wide and screamed, "Raven, look out!!" She ran up to a tree and easily climbed up. "Come on!" She yowled, her voice high pitched in fear.

Eyes wide, she screamed, "Raven no!! You'll be killed!! Please don't..." She forced herself to be quiet. Yelling wouldn't help anything. Waiting in silence, she watched the dog run toward Raven. Just as it reached him, she jumped down and landed square between its shoulders. Trying to get her off, the dog barked and growled. "Raven, run!" She said. The dog flung her off like a doll and ran after her body.

Knocked out of breath, she watched Raven attack the dog. She fought not to close her eyes, and she struggled to her paws. "Raven, I told you to run.." she murmured. Running to help Raven, the dog quickly spun around and bit her flank, and she fell unconcious.

Icecloud moaned. Blood seeped from her shoulder and some trickled from her mouth. She was still unconcious but StarClan let her see what was happening through a dream. In her head, she could see him between her and the dog and wanted to help him, but knew she couldn't.

Icecloud's whiskers twitched as the herbs seeped into her wounds. Waking for a moment, she whispered, "R-Raven?"

Smiling gently, she rested her head on the ground. "T-T... Thank you so much, Raven... I'm sorry I-I got injured... I'm so foolish..." She closed her eyes and gained her energy back. "You didn't have to save me.. You could have escaped!"

"You wanted to...?" Her eyelids drooped and she rested. Icecloud's heart felt like it could burst with love for Raven, and she wished she had the energy to tell him her feelings. She didn't need her Clan: She had him.

Icecloud slept peacefully. She had regained her energy back, but her wounds limited her ability to move. She could sit up, though, and moved so that her head rested on Raven's back. "Raven... I love you." She whispered, and licked his ear affectionately. "You're the reason I'm alive."

Pressing her muzzle against his, she whispered, "Time for me to watch over you. Get some sleep, I'll stay awake." Her tail intwined with his, she glanced up at the stars: they were beginning to fade into day. Looking back at Raven, she breathed in his scent and watched him drift into sleep.

Her eyes looked over him, glowing with affection. Icecloud's ice-blue pelt intertwined with his as she lay beside him, forgetting everything that had happened with the Clan and the dog. "I know you can't hear me.." She whispered in his ear, "But... You're the love of my life. If we hadn't met, I wouldn't have made it..." She stopped talking and rested her head on his shoulders, waiting for him to wake up.

She blinked slowly, admiring his gaze. "Good.." She said, and nuzzled him. Her wounds were good enough that she could move, but they weren't totally healed yet. Stretching her legs, Icecloud rubbed her flank against his and murmured in his ear, "Where to now?" She ran her nose down his muzzle.

Icecloud closed her eyes and smiled, purring. "We should avoid my Clan's territory, which is that way." She pointed behind them with her tail. "But there's a beautiful stream in the opposite direction. We could go there..." She walked in its direction. "Coming?" She called over her shoulder.

"I'm so glad we met, Raven," she purred quietly, and twined her tail around his. Seeing the stream up ahead, she quickened her pace slightly, and licked his cheek. "Do you know anywhere we could make a den?" Her eyes glistened as she looked into his eyes.
