OOC: Immy, I received confirmation from Flicker.
    AHAHAHAHAHA!!! (high intensity laugh)
Also sorry for the interruption, just needed to jot down a quick explanation for those who hadn't witnessed.

IC: Rue was fourteen now. She had attempted to return to the military compound, but it was futile - she witnessed the explosion herself. And afterwards, she met the remains of her brother, Durant.
She was kidnapped by Zinoviy which was, against what anyone would think, for her own safety. Her sister understood the situation. The sister - whose name was Rosette, much like Hikari's child Rose - put herself in Rue's position, personality, and sacrificed quite a bit for the sake of others. Rosette had experienced the same wounds, yet from a different origin, (identical twins, that is) which only worsened the fact that her head was busted. As most would know, she died from blood loss, all the while providing care for her sister's friends in an act of pity.
Rue was safe now. No head injuries thanks to a broken empathy link, just a bit traumatized by the sight of all of her siblings lying dead. She stood by the two graves - ignoring the extras she didn't quite recognize - attempting to find only one person. One who she didn't have the strength to believe was dead. His name? Leon.
And yet, after all this, she barely matured. She was still thin as a rail, tilting to her left unhealthily.

The sound registered to Rue as well. She swept herself to her feet, her dress cleaner than Rosette's identical one had been. She ducked into a nearby building that appeared to be a dry cleaner's. Frantically looking around, she realised the noise was potentially dangerous... had to find a hiding place. The girl ducked into a large dryer, which wouldn't function even if she wanted it to. Her small size left plenty of room in the space.

"It's a long story!" Rue frantically stuttered, shimmying into the doorway and pointing urgently. "Take me to the other survivors." She was absolutely sure atleast someone other than Alula survived. Peace had better be alive...
"Quickly. There is... danger?" Rue was uncertain; she searched the sky.
ooc: Floodstop so Lord Snow's post doesn't get spammed away? o.o

    Username;; carcinoGeneticist
    Name;; Rue Waits
    Age;; 14
    Gender;; Female
Appearance;; Rue was quite short the last time she was seen by the Outsiders, but she has grown quite a bit since then. She stands 5'8, a rail-thin girl due to her lack of survival skills. She has paper-white skin and large golden eyes, occasionally a ghostly red or appearing to have a green tint. Her hair is pitch-black enough to resemble the darkest shade of blue. Rue wears a slightly dirtied white dress that reaches her fingertips (when her arms are down, that is), decorated with thin red ribbons either loosened or in a bow on both sides of her waist, a large one on her back, and two on both shoulders. She walks barefoot.
Personality;; Rue is known to be eager and free-spirited, but seemingly ignorant. However, the girl is quite well-educated; trauma has caused her to think and act much differently than she had before the fall-out. She is energetic and refers to people she finds even vaguely familiar or resembling someone else a "reincarnation," for example her fit about Jarek being a sad reincarnation. Rue is superstitious as well, fearing too many things with no reasonable explanation for it.
Weapon(optional);; Rue is not the fighting type, however she carries a rusty, long sword in the ribbons of her dress.
    Other;; over 9000

    There. A DETAILED FORM.
    are you happy now immy

Going now, I'd be able to get help or supplies to do it myself. Rue nodded, resting Alula against a wall, out of sight. She darted in the direction Alula had guided her, turning left when needed and searching frantically for said apartment building. Rue spotted it - certainly this was it, a sign hung broken even proving it held apartments. Carefully, Rue stepped inside, wobbling around to find the survivor(s) she was looking for.

Zinoviy's eyes flirted with the sight of battle before him. He smirked slightly beneath the fabric over his cheekbones and mouth, beginning to step forward. It didn't seem like he could pickpocket the (seemingly) soldiers, but perhaps he could join the fight. Of course, that would require stealing weapons. Which he wasn't so enthusiastic about. Effort equals boring, to him atleast.

In any case, Zinoviy moved forward to get a closer look at the soldier's possessions. Nothing of use to him - until he spotted the hilt of a blade. Taking hold of it, he slid from sight momentarily and targeted the people off to the edges of the crowd.
