Silverstar frowned. "Umm..." She looked down. "Well, I guess it's for the best, so..." She looked at her medicine cat. "Make it quick, I have a low pain tolerance!" She squeezed her eyes shut and tried to relax. She stretched her leg out.

Riverpaw beamed at her mentor. Just as she was about to run out of camp, Diamondstar called, so she glanced at her mentor and walked to the center of camp.
Tigerfang led his apprentice to the clearing to listen. "We'll train after."

Silverstar heard a crack, then it was over. She looked at him and then at her paw. "I'm done?"

A small white she cat with odd eyes walked into the camp. She glanced around and sat down. "Hello, my name is Starr. My friend and I are seeking some help." She frowned and looked behind her, where another she-cat, gray and white and heavy with kits, now sat, steadily focusing on Starr.

Silverstar smiled and nodded. "Thank you!" She padded out of the den, gingerl stepping with her newly fixed paw.

Star looked at Snowhawk. "Hello, we need to... who do we....can we..."
The other cat padded forward. "Can we talk to your leader?" She asked.

Misty interrupted. "We would like to talk to you... privately." She mewed.

Silverstar smiled at the two apprentices. Featherpaw was poor at fighting.

Star padded into the den. She looked around.
Misty smiled at the leader. "Star and I have come from twoleg place." She paused and thought. "We had a long journey here. You see, I ran away from my housefolk to be with this rogue, and Star came with me. The rogue, his name was Rain, told us of you. He told us how you all worked together so well, and he wanted to join you, but he needed companions. We agreed. On our way here, he was attacked by a dog and slaughtered. I saw it with my eyes." She shivered and held Snowstar's gaze. "I kept looking, hoping to find help, as you can see I am expecting kittens." She looked at Star, and then back. "And here we are."
