Iceclaw chuckled, his ears flicking with the appearance of the other cat. Must be an Apprentice. "Hi...there." He was never one for learning other cats' names, and he sure wasn't about to start anytime soon.

The sound of soft mewling brought Blizzardfur into the make shift nursery, and entering made his eyes light up for the first time in a long time. "Sierra...they're..." He was going to say beautiful, but he just smiled and shook his head, "words can't even describe...um...names, what'd you name them?" Another new sensation the Deputy was feeling was that of embarrassment, and confusion. Never being in this situation, Blizzardfur would have tripped over his own paws if it wasn't for the fact that he was sitting on his haunches.

Iceclaw shrugged and looked back in the direction of camp. "Say, shouldn't you be...I dunno...training or something?" He wanted to talk to Flarewish about something, and the last thing either of them would want was0 others to hear about it. I guess it's not urgent though, in case this Apprentice decided to stick around anyway.

Iceclaw also sighed, but when he was sure the Apprentice had left, he padded off, and motioned for Flarewish to come with him. "First off, congratulations, you've earned it Flarewish." The Warrior checked the surrounding area and leaned in closer to her ear, "how're you feeling since...you know what?"

"Yeah...well, at least no one's found out." Iceclaw paused before narrowing his eyes and looking down, "and I swear to keep it that way. If anyone found out...forget Warriorship, you could be..." He shook his head and faked a quick smile, "but enough about that. Let's enjoy our walk alone, okay?"

I would never let that happen to you. Iceclaw couldn't say it out loud, but he did subconsciously inch closer to the black she-cat, almost until their whiskers were touching. He was too entranced in throught to worry about it though.

"Flurrykit, Paintedkit, and Lightkit." Blizzardfur repeated, giving them each a lick on their tiny foreheads, "they're wonderful names, Sierra." The Deputy just laid down with his new family, musing about the future, now that Desolatestar was finally out of their lives, and he didn't have to worry about overcrowding or shortage of food, since their group was both small and skilled. I feel more at home here than I ever did in RiverClan.

"Same old same old. Other than the fact that I have a few more responsibilities, being a Warrior's not that much different from being an Apprentice." Iceclaw meowed, not looking up from the ground he was staring so intently at as he was padding along. "Not to say it's easy or anything."

"You mean I'll be the Leader and you'll be the Deputy?" Iceclaw shot back, flicking her ear with his tail. "Ooh, I have an idea, we could be the first co-Leaders, that way everyone wins!" He was only half-joking, because in his mind, this was the greatest idea ever. That, and he wasn't really one for traditions.

"Just like how all rogues and loners are bad?" Iceclaw still held to the belief that in the end, they were just cats, and desperate ones. Some didn't take to well to their circumstances, but there was that Loner he met when he was still a kit. What was her name? The white cat shrugged off the thought, not important now.

"It could be the one way to bring the Clans a little closer. We've fought with each other for almost forever, but we've never had so many threats from the outside, sooner or later, we'll have to at least come to peace with each other."

"Not completely, just not fighting with each other over the stupidest little things," Iceclaw meowed, stopping in his tracks. "Besides, it wouldn't feel right for me if I became Leader and you didn't have equal power."

"I know, how about we make a promise? If I become Leader, then I swear you'll lead right by my side. But I want the same from you."

Blizzardfur growled, and stepped in front to block GIR and Carrie. "Hold on just a moment, I don't think you quite realize where you are. Who are you, and what do you want?"

(OOC: Sorry, you did send it, I've just been kinda busy, what with it being close to black friday and all.)

Seichi walked along in a daze, nearly running over his old friend, but stopped short. His eyes were dull, and his voice was hardly audible. "Asiatic...glad I...found you. There's...something..." In the past, nothing would have phased him, but the recent developments had simply turned his entire life up-side-down.

    (Lol)

Iceclaw chuckled, "it's a bit more complicated than that, but thanks Flarewish." He stopped short, taking a quick sniff, "oh, we're a bit close to the border, maybe now's a good time to head back."

The Burmese tom felt sick to his stomach, but he was glad to see a familiar face for once in a long time. Living with those other cats, he'd thought of them as allies, now, only traitors. Accusations were flying, and he wanted out of that. "Columbine. She's dead."

"Yeah, alright," Seichi looked back in the direction of the mansion, even though it was far away by now. I'll probably never go back. Well, good riddance, they'll all die sooner or later. He turned back and followed after Asiatic.

"No, he's not." Seichi padded up and heaved a huge sigh, trying to relieve some of the grief that was on his shoulders. It didn't help too much. "The mansion is in chaos, everyone blaming each other, and no one knows who did it, if anyone at all. She was kind of old, but my gut tells me that it was murder." He turned away, not bearing to see her most likely torn up face, "sorry."

Iceclaw chuckled, "how could I forget? Oh, but we should probably go find something so we don't look like we were just lallygagging out here." The white tom smiled and opened his jaws, glad that things finally seemed to return to normal, and that Flarewish had gotten what she wanted. And deserved.

    (OOC: Sure, sounds great!)

Seichi stepped back, giving the mates their alone time, and finding himself wishing more than ever that he had what they did. I don't want to just force myself on a girl for one good time...not like before. After a moment, he nodded, "she was wise beyond her years." The news of Columbine's true age caused him to narrow his eyes. So it couldn't have been old age. And I don't think she was sick.

"Nice catch, but I bet I could do better." Iceclaw meowed, and then stalked off into the undergrowth, keeping his eyes and ears open for anything else that was in the area. Not too far away, he spotted a thrush pecking along the ground, looking for a meal, and not realizing it was about to become one.

The white Warrior took off and leapt for the bird as it was taking off, but the prey slipped out of reach of his claws and flew away, calling a warning to the world. "Mouse dung! I can't jump as high as I used to..."
