Iceclaw had come back from his gruesome work, and came back to check on Flarepaw, sniffing at her claws to make sure there wasn't any fur or WindClan scent, before making sure his own paws were clean. "Flarepaw, keep in mind that cats die in the heat of battle all the time, the killers aren't punished for it, it was an accident. But I'm afraid of how you'll react if anyone finds out, so it's just between us, alright?" He rubbed his cheek against hers, and whispered into her ear, "I'll protect you no matter what."

After a moment, he pulled away, and motioned to the Apprentice's Den, "now, you should head to bed. And when the next Gathering comes up, it's probably best to stay here in case WindClan notices anything. I'll stay with you, if you'd like."

(OOC: I'm starting to wonder if she quit or something...)

Blazingstorm walked in the Nursery for one of his occasional visits, when he saw the kits lying next to his sister. Along with Darkenedfate. Resisting the urge to scowl, and too happy to care when he saw the kits, the young Warrior padded over. "Congratulations sis!"

Mistedveil was starting to regain strength, and lifted her head back up, "Blazy, er, Blazingstorm. Thank you." She smiled and nodded, licking her mate over his ear, "here to visit Airpaw again?"

"That was my intention until I saw this, these little ones are adorable, and I bet they'll grow up strong with the help of their mother. And father...too...I guess." He meowed this in a joking tone, and even swiped over Darkenedfate's ear. "You better make sure they have a father for as long as possible, you seem like the type to be reckless in battle."

Hisoka felt his eyes growing heavy, and his reaction was a little slow when he heard pawsteps behind him. He didn't need to turn around, the Leader's scent was already engraved in his mind. "Ohayo. Sleep well Fallenstar?"

Blizzardfur softly touched noses with the she-cat, the pelting rain around them now becoming a distant memory in his mind. "Would you be my mate?"

Ooh, bold, that's not like you. Well, I'll leave you two alone for a while. The voice disappeared, chuckling.

"She's good, our kits are being raised well," the tom replied, puffing his chest out a little in pride.

Mistedveil licked Serriakit's head, bringing her closer to her body so she wouldn't get cold.

Frozenkit lifted himself unsteadily to his paws, and began feeding again without a single sound.

"I know you didn't, you told me your story, and I believe you. We should stop talking about it," Iceclaw meowed nervously, keeping a sharp eye on the dens to make sure there were no eyes staring back at them. "Someone could hear, if you can't sleep, come back out here...I'll...let you sleep next to me if it helps." He felt his fur growing a little hotter in embarrassment, but now wasn't the time for such feelings. "Good night Flarepaw."

(OOC: His eyes are blue, and I believe his mother was white as well, wow, it's been almost a year, or maybe more, since I made him, that's a weird feeling XD)

Blizzardfur smiled and pressed closer to her, allowing himself to drown in her warm scent, and licked her ear. "Thank you...Sierra." Never in his wildest imagination would he have thought to fall for an ex-Kittypet, or even think about everything that's happened to lead to this point. I suppose life is just unpredictable.

(OOC: Hmm...lessee...err black with splotches of white I suppose? I wish I knew what was possible or not!)

Blizzardfur found himself purring as well, which felt funny at first, because he hadn't done it in so long, but he just let his instincts tell him what to do. With the rhythmic pounding of the rain on the leaves and the warmth of Sierra's long fur against his own, the Deputy found it hard to keep his eyes open. "We should have a quick rest, it doesn't seem like this rain is going to let up."

    (OOC: Alright~)

Blizzardfur layed down as well, resting his head on his paws and being careful not to shift around too much, before closing his eyes and drifting off.

"Oh...I forgot to tell you..." Mistedveil pointed to the two black and white she-kits. "Serriakit and Glorykit," she mewed, and then pointed to the black tom and the blue with white tom, "Cuddlekit...and Frozenkit."

Frozenkit? That's pretty dark for her... Blazingstorm thought, but shrugged it away.

(OOC: Okay, I'm gonna PM Booky one last time, if she doesn't answer, I'll adopt the kit back out.)

(OOC: Wow, that was a lot to catch up on~)

Ritzy stayed close to her mother as she always did, secretly wanting to join in, but she didn't want to upset her mother. When Blackbane made his comment, she spoke up, "nuh uh! Momma will always be here to protect us!"

Ritzy had been waiting for permission, and now that she got it, the small she-cat nodded enthusiastically, "alright momma!" She ran in without warning and barreled into Meadowbreeze.

"Thanks, it's only a matter of time before you'll join me," Iceclaw hoped he was right, that this would just blow over, and no one would find out. That would probably make his life a little too convenient though. Anytime I hope things will go smoothly. They never do.

"Kya!" Ritzy fell onto her back, and tried to get her sister in the chest with one of her forepaws. She couldn't get very much strength behind it because she was laughing though.

Hisoka flicked his tail, and entered one of the rooms the other cats didn't use, curling up in a shady spot. At least the two-legs knew how to make something that would be cool even during Greenleaf. With that thought, he fell asleep.

Ritzy rolled out of the way, and was about to leap at Meadowbreeze until she heard the pounding of paws. Looking, she noticed her brother was gone, "Blackbane? Momma, where's Blackbane going?"

Ritzy stood there for a moment, torn between wanting to follow her mother and staying to play with her sisters. Momma would probably want me to stay here. She thought, and then turned and leapt for the butterfly, only just barely missing it. "Mm...now it's gone, what're we supposed to do?"
