"I stayed up for two nights and I need some wakening up."

Drake's eyes widened, he heard that.

Drake changed the subject, "Um, where did you say the catnip was?" he asked.

He sighed. The sun started to go down.

"Ok." he said. He lied down behind her shed, in the shadows where he was unseen by the other cats, but not in her shed when she was. He didn't want to disturb her.

Drake was on his way back to the streets. Where he felt he belonged. He knew he would miss GoldenBlossom.

Drake deeply regretted leaving. The coldness of the cage made his paws freeze. His eyes shined brightly when he looked onto the sunset of the building's small window. There hasn't been a day he hasn't thought of GoldenBlossom even in this cold, small, metal cage. He was in the pound. He was afraid of what GoldenBlossom would think of him if he went back.

Drake lied there, in the pound. He was going into the back room in a few hours. He was hoping GoldenBlossom would find him before it was too late. GoldenBlossom was a ginger and white she cat he had once knew.
