BadgerFang crouched on a mount watching his suroundings. There was nothing that deliberately kept him busy long enough. " oh great, nothing to accompany me on my first day" he grumbled and shifted onto his side. he began to slightly claw the edge of the rock with his paw that dangled off the side. He sniffed the air and sat up. " a nice stroll wont hurt a bit..." he whispered glancing behind his shoulder. BagerFang hopped down the mount and padded through the camp's clearing. He didnt bother to look at the other cats, He was busy with his own routines. One he reached the edge of the camp he took one last glance across the clearing and scanned it with his dark green eyes making sure no one was stalking.
-
BadgerFang jolted back and shot his head towards the warrior his fur bristled in shock. once he realized it was just silvermist he calmed down " Nice catch" he purred in laughter yet he still had a neverous tone in his voice. He turned and continue padding towards the forest.
-
He paused and fell in behind her.He became silent for a short period. " nothing, just my regular routines" He whispered loud and clear. He continued walking but this time his pace was slower.
-
He sighed. He could cleary not be able to answer all these questions .The fall leaves rustled under his paws and a slight wind blew, The wind slightly shook the trees and smoothed the ground. He stopped and darted towards a old tree stump covered in vine and ivory plants.

He raised an eyebrow. She wasnt the problem at all he just wanted peace in his very own secret chamber. " no, your fine just the way you are" he mewed and glanced back at the tree stump, He ran his paw over the rugged pattern of the stump, he turned and looked at the ivory vines that hung sluggishly above them.Slowly he turned and looked at his other surroundings. The trees where covered with moss. Roots and yearlings broke through the ground. And watery shafts of light glittered through the trees. He closed his eyes to enjoy this moment in a way he could remember it.
-
He opened his eyes and looked at silvermist. He thought that if silvermist was to follow him all the way down here she might as well come to see what he was leading to. For a short moment he let her enjoy the view with him. " Thats not the best part yet" He meowed. " come, i want to show you...something" he spoke a little nervous. He beckoned his tail towards a hole nearly hidden behind the debris on the stump.
-
The first streaks of dawn filled the night sky. He hesitated and shifted " we should be going back'' he mewed and led the way towards the camp. A light draft blew and skimmed over his fur, along with a scent of prey not to far from here. " we should hunt...it will make a subsitute for our absence" Badgerheart mewed stopping in his tracks.
-
A dark tom approached out of the shadows. His soot grey pelt blended in like no other in the shade of a oak trees that sprouted along the landscape. His paws where patterned with black gloves. He lashed his black ringed tail that hooked around his paws like claws into a cat's scruff. His yellow keen eyes scanned the area in curiosity. His ears perked forward and he sat up straighter as his eyes came over an object lying still on the ground. His only options where a dead clump of prey or another stranger. he stood up and reached for the snow that wasnt disguised in the shadows of the tree. He flinched and stopped himself. He didnt mention to himself that the backround would make him stand out like mouse in a deserted field. He reclined his haunches back to the ground and sat impatiantly. He Flicked his tail as he grew anxious by the minute.
-
Badgerheart was impressed. He crouched low in his best hunting position and stalked forwards. His senses tingled as prey scents began faint. He sniffed the air a mvoed forwards a couple steps. The scent came back but in another direction. He crouched forwards towards it to find it went faint and another scent came but in the oppisite direction. He grunted in annoyance, he was not prepared to find preythrough a maze of scents and he wasnt going to prepare himself now.
-
The dark tom took no chances. He stepped out of his shadows and into the crisp frosty air. The stranger had caught his suspicions and drawn him to it. He padded forward taking a short glance at the mountians and lakes. He was dispised that he had never seen much more. He turned his attention back at the stranger and took wise. The snow had dampened the sound of his approach. He froze as he watched the cat lift a claw. He sniffed the air and captured the scent of the glorious she-cat ahead. He wanted to keep to himself about any thoughts that came over him, but he began to think about the she-cat as any ordinary stranger now. A deep rumbled rose from his throat. He slowly flexed his sheathed claws as he padded forward. His thoughts prepared him for any battle ahead. He slowly approached the she-cat but sat a few fox-lengths away. He didnt want to disturb anyone...yet. The dark tom narrowed his keen eyes and could see the she-cat clearly. every hair on her sleek pelt and every noise she made. He examined the she-cat deeply. He wasnt so sure about her actions, but something about her kept him in place.
-
He met the she-cat's peircing eyes. With out a word he approached the silver tabby softly his tail sweeping along the frost gently. " Do you mind?'' the tom meowed looking at she-cat with dark mysterious eyes. He sat down in front of the she-cat and drew a paw over his ears. " i dont mean to be rude" he meowed politely his eyes glowing with pleasure.
-
He sensed the discomfort the she-cat was having trouble with. He saw a glimpse of her twitching tail and looked at her sitting up taller. " if this troubles you i will leave if you like" he whispered but made it loud and clear enough to be heard properly. His tail clung to his paws and he shifted uneasily.
-
He gave a short nod and looked down at his paws. He wanted to keep a conversation going so that he could get to know her better. " do you live a clan life?" he asked after a soft moment of silence. He gave a slight purr in his tone.
-
He nodded and pressed his ears forward. " i dont exactly live this " clan life" he said with a bit of regret. " i lived in a small rogue clan in the city by twolegs" he added quickly. " ive heard about clan life though, and it sounds enjoyable" he meowed his tail twitching.
-
He shot his head toward her directly, pinning a daring look on her. " well, on my watch...i've been sitting righ here..." he whispered demostrating by patting the soil beside him. " and you've only to realize that now!?" he hissed with a little softness. He didnt want to hurt the she-cat in any way. She had been the first he laid his eyes on and wanted her to be his last. yet, he understood this was forbidden...but, something made him choke and stop him form begenning harsh.
-
" NO!" he huffed and continued creeping through the maze. Suddenly he froze his head perking up and his paw lifted ready for his next move. He felt faint viberations prick his paws. Seeing a glimpse of a vole staggering back and forth between a large root that perked from the ground. He quickly darted for the vole daggering his claws into the flesh. With a quick whip he disguised the vole under his paws then clamping it in his jaws tightly. He pranced over with a small skip in his step holding his chin up with pride. " I bet you cant beat that!" he chuckled dropping the vole in front of her paws.
