Appearance: A short man of about 5'4 and Norwegian/Danish descent. He has a head of strawberry blond hair, almost pinkish orange in color, with a streak of white in the bangs from partial albinism. Accompanying the condition are pale, icy blue eyes, and somewhat lighter than average skin. He wears rectangular glasses and studs in his ear lobes, and has tiger lily-themed, orange tattoos covering his arms, shoulders, back, and parts of his neck and sides.

He wears a hooded, beige jacket marked with black and yellow stripes and the DUP insignia, gotten from his job working with the group, over an awkward layering of loose flannel and a soft sweater. Slacks meant to go with his DUP-looking uniform and work boots complete his look, as well as a bookbag with a laptop and various tools within.

History: A young man of Scandinavian descent, he's not entirely sure how he found himself in Phoenix, Arizona, of all places, let alone working as a maintenance and tech guy for the DUP. But after finding out about what truly goes on in the belly of the beast, how they treat people just for having different genetics that allow them to be spectacular and unique, he decided to go help out the Ravens behind the backs of his fellow DUP workers. Now he's helping undermine their surveillance and tech as an inside guy, but who knows how long that'll keep up.

Abilities: Let's see here-
[*]Pixel Sight - He passively focuses some of his ability into his eyes to allow his normally-blind ass some vision. However, it's a bit pixilated, so he can't catch small details unless he focuses more power to clear things up. When he's using this his irises look kind of square and cyan, with white pixel-like marks representing his pupils. They glow!
[*]Focus - As stated above, he can focus more power into his eyes to make his vision more clear, less pixilated. He has to have his hands near his eyes for this to really work, so it looks kind of like he's adjusting his sunglasses and holding his hand there as he does so.
[*]Flash - He can shift into a glitchy-looking mass of video artifacts to zip through the air for a bit or travel through electronics. It's fast and almost effortless, but he can't do anything but move.
[*]Glitch - If he gets some of his Video in someone's eyes, their vision will shift and look glitchy and erratic until it clears away, rendering them essentially blind.

Appearance: Tall and slender, sitting at 6'1. He has messy, somewhat spiky and gelled brown hair, tousled to wildly stay out of his green eyes, which are usually covered by sunglasses. His skin is a kind of olive color, covered in freckles. Jasper normally has on a blue and white letter jacket, unbuttoned to show a white tee with a black-and-white bullseye pattern covering the torso of it, worn over a light blue flannel shirt. The sleeves of his jacket and flannel are rolled, showing freckle-covered arms with checker-patterned wristbands on them.

History: He doesn't have much of a past, besides being enrolled in college and majoring in programming and video game design. Coincidentally enough, just around the time the DUP strolled in, about three years after the first occupations began (so four years ago as of the beginning of the RP), was when his Video powers awoke within him. Out of fear of getting found out and persecuted, he ditched his school and has been living in hiding ever since, only recently discovering the Ravens after nearly getting put in a suspicion pen.

it's just reactionary, emotional feedback, many people didn't want this change at all, isn't feedback what they wanted before the overhaul anyways

Description: Once human, now dumped into the body of an android purposed for maintenance work, programming, hacking, and repair. He has something he's kept secret by calling "wi-fi" that allows him to hack into any technology if he focuses enough. He holds a lot of liking towards plants, gardening, and botany, favoring sunflowers and tiger lilies. He gets impatient and irritated easily when things are getting difficult, prone to outbursts, but otherwise he's pretty nice and easygoing, albeit dealing with things like paranoia. Things like complete darkness, tangles, and loose wires seem to make him on edge for some reason..

Description: A malevolent AI borne from the corruption in the Central Core (or "chassis", if you'd like) and the personality of an Aperture Science employee carelessly dumped into it as a test. No, not Caroline. They gained sentience and built their own body out of parts of broken androids and the chassis, tying everything together with cables and intricate wiring.
They want to have some sense of humanity back, even if it requires them to forcibly plug other androids or even humans into their self. Yikes. This is what, no, who Virgil is absolutely terrified of.
Anything else I or other RPers should know: They only loosely affiliate with the Reins, they're more of the antagonist of their own plot within the story. Wouldn't be surprised if they attached their self to some place and completely took it over or something.

A portal rips open, spitting out a screaming, humanoid figure. He lands on his face, dazed for a few moments. It's like slapping a computer, it'll freeze up for a moment if it's hard enough.

Amber accents aglow, he pushes himself up, resting groggily on his knees. "...where in the..." His voice, accented Norwegian, is faint, words only for himself. He's distressed, but at the moment trying to repress his fears. Maybe someone got a pair of portals to connect out of the facility and he fell in? If anything, he should be glad.

He hears something nearby. Shouting. Who's there..?

In the darkness of an abandoned, but relatively modern building, an entity formed of loose machinery and tangled wiring reaches for a panel with two hands. They rip it open, unearthing technology beneath. Perhaps this building housed computers, a mainframe, even.

The main source of power to the building is right here.

They turn it on and get to work. It's no Aperture, but a good place to set up as a space to reside in.

Whatever is going on, it will surely assist in reaching their goals.
