Frostpaw crept out of the bushes.

Echopaw's green eyes sparked. He padded up alongside Moonfang. "How's the love life going?" he snickered.

"Well...Alright..." she mewed. She gave Echopaw a questioning look.

Echopaw glared back at her.

She looked down.

"I'm fine. Thank you," she purred.

"Nothing," he muttered.

Frostpaw stared at the ground, trailing behind them.

She nodded. "I'm ok.."

"Let's hurry up," Echopaw growled.

Echopaw glared back.

"Guys, please don't fight," Frostpaw mewed, coming between them.

"You're not the boss of me," he hissed.

"I'm your sister and a med-"

"You're not my real sister and you're not supposed to be a mouse-brained medicine cat!" he hissed. "I'm going on ahead, I know the way there," he grumbled, padding on ahead.

She looked down. "The dark forest wants me..." she mewed softly.

"They want me so I can make them stronger. But since they don't have me... I'm supposed to defeat Echopaw... I don't want to be a warrior, I don't want to fight him..."

"the prephecy..." she mewed softly. "He's evil.. He'll bring back more suffering.. I'm supposed to stop him. But what if I can't? What if I don't want to me a warrior? What if I want to be a medicine cat? What if I'm in love?" she wailed.
