Frostbrook locked eyes with Silverwind, she could see the sincerity in her eyes and that feeling was drawing her back to the two kits that still lay at Frogstep's paws, they were cold and hungry.... Frostbrook took a tiny step towards them, but stopped as she saw Frogstep's expression

Frostbrook sighed and for the moments she spoke acted as though the whole kit problem was nonexistant.
"We must follow the plan. Desolatestar is far too much of a thread - it isn't safe to have her as leader, who knows who she will bring into our home next time" -
Frostbrook ddin't say anything but took Swiftkit roughly by the scruff and padded towards the camp, making sure she didn't look at Frogstep
-
Frostbrook dropped Swiftkit next to her siblings in her nursery and looked around. It was warm and comfortable, the smell of kits and milk everywhere.
She didn't like it.~~
Dewkit mewed as she felt the soft moss and crawled towards her mother, knocking into the others as they lay beside her.
~~
Frostbrook sighed then shot a look back at the other queens. "Can you take care of them for a while?" She didn't wait for an answer before walking out of the nursery and towards the other cats.
"Let's get this plan started." She hissed quietly as she passed the others. -
OOC: Frogstep, i'm not trying to pick a fight or say you're wrong, because in real life you're totally right. But thinking about it, i've never actually seen a talking cat so why can't I have an un-motherly cat in an rpg?
IC: "They're not going to die!" Frostbrook snapped and nudged the kits towards another queen, Cinderclaw (another of my cats) she can take care of them until later, she nodded towards Cinderclaw.
~~
Cinderclaw looked up at Frostbrook and shrugged. "We all look after each others, i'd be happy to help. She nudged the kits towards her and smiled as they egarly fed and pressed themselves against her warm belly
~~
Dewkit gave a little mew of content, although this cat wasn't her mother she was at least filling her stomach.
~~
Frostbrook walked away from the nursery. She'd be back soon, they just needed to get this plan working properly

OOC: They're a little over a month old right now
IC: Frostbrook nodded and sat down in camp, her eyes drifting over towards where Vailkit had been buried and she sighed, paining inside. All my fault..!
-
Frostbrook's ears flickered and she heard Tornadopelt's voice coming from Desolatestar's den.
"We've got to get out of camp..." she listened again. "...i've apparentle 'asked for Desolatestar'" Frostbrook shrugged but bounded out of camp and towards the tree where she had kitted, then changed her mind and headed towards the river bank as she saw the small mound where Vailkit had been buried. "Don't be seen!" Frostbrook hissed over her shoulder to the others.OOC: I've been following Tornadopelt's post in Desolatear's den and it doesn't seem to be going down well, in regards to getting Desolate out but she's said that frosty needs help or something. Read it if you want, it's tornado's thread in the leaders den
-
Frostbrook nodded to the other cats and then Ravenheart, "get into the reeds. now!" She hissed as she heard the noise of cats approaching from the camp. "the leader's coming - the plan's in action. Play along, anyone asks-" she raised her voice to address the other cats as well, "-you've been in a hunting party or a patrol or just a walk along the river. know each others stories, figure it all out as fast as you can so it's convincing if desolatestar notices you guys all crouched around."
Frostbrook crouched down by the river and flattened her ears, looking 'longingly' towards the river. Trying to disguise her excitement with the death of Vailkit. It worked faster than she'd expected and Frostbrook burst into tears, sobbing loudly. She needed to look convincing when Desolatestar came, they needed to get her as close to the river as possible.OOC: Yew's coming soon so keep an eye on the thread

OOC: Desolatestar's driven the tribe out now, just so you know
IC: Hiddenlove padded out of her warrior den slowly, her head hanging low and her eyes half closed - she had just woken up. The grey tabby yawned and streched and called her apprentice, Daringpaw, from the apprentice's den. He bounded egarly towards her and Hiddenlove was about to walk out of camp when she spotted Riverfern and walked over towards her.
-
Hiddenlove gave a curt nod while her apprentice weaved around her, eyes darting all around in the excitement - he was supposed to get his first lone apprentice hunting test today.
"Hush, Daringpaw!" Hiddenlove almost snapped then looked back at Riverfern. "Are you waiting for someone or something?" -
Frostbrook turned her head and saw Desolatestar coming towards the river. She put herself into a crouch and moved silently towards the she-cat and Tornadopelt, who was leading her. Frostbrook flicked her tail for a few cats to follow - this should be quick and simple, we don't need everyone
OOC: I'm leaving this thread now so i'll be in Yew's thread by the river, feel free to come but take into consideration how many cats are there already - Yew's made it clear that she doesn't want Desolatestar completely dead
-
Frostbrook caught sight of Desolatestar through the reeds, she slouched down and crept towards her, settling herself in the reeds with just the tip of her nose out in the open. She wondered how many of the group would follow her into what was either going to go extrememly well, or disasterously.
Frostbrook narrowed her eyes on Desolatestar and then closed her eyes, waiting for Desolatestar to either realise she was there or she would creep up behind her leader as she stared into the water - seeming unattached for a few moments -
Frostbrook gulped and her whiskers twitched as her mind instantly flickered to Vailkit. An image of the little white kit clouded her mind and Frostbrook whimpered quietly, then shook her head, clearing her mind a little - but she realised that that might be an advantage, to be truly sad for the loss of her kit.
Frostbrook nodded to Burnstripe, Frogstep and Tornadopelt and crept out of the reeds. She let out a loud wail and allowed every tear she had ever held in to pour down her face.
"My kits! Oh, my kits!" Frostbrook yowled, and she padded towards Desolatestar, then around her so she was facing where the other cats were hiding - hoping Desolatestar would turn around for a second so Burnstripe, Frogstep or Tornadopelt could get up behind her. -
OOC: Guys, the tribe cats have left - at least that's what Yew (desolatestar's rper) said - so I'm not sure if this is all correct and everything.
IC: Hiddenlove watched silently as the convosation unfolded, waiting for there to be a reason to speak - she was currently rather bored and was being pestered by Daringpaw who was slinking in and out of her legs
-
Frostbrook froze. There was a pulling sensation, but it was directed away from Desolatestar. Her eyes widened as she saw Burnstripe leap towards Desolatestar. No! Frostbrook's mind yelled - a little voice in the back of her head. Don't let them do it! It's MURDER! Frostbrook tried to ignore the voice but she knew it was only her common sense. It isn't right! I can't let my kits grow up in a Clan or murderers!
-
Frostbrook's head whiped round to Frogstep, but then back at the other cats in a split second. They were so close to Desolatestar! It was too late!!
OOC: Ok, no more posts until Yew does
-
Frostbrook tore forward in a blind run. She leapt towards Desolatestar, and in her mind she chose whether she would be attacking Burnstripe for attempting murder or the leader they all hated
-
Frostbrook missed the cats she was aiming at and swung round to see a mass of wrestling cats. She yowled and her mind whirled. This is wrong!
"STOP IT!" She yelled, and then flung herself at Burnstripe, ready to rip her from Desolatestar's back. "LET HER GO!!!"
Frostbrook's eyes suddenly flashed a menacing shade of red and she hissed and spat as she aimed to pull her friend of their common enemy -
Frostbrook yowled a battle cry and jumped forward. She leapt into the air, claws unsheathed, aiming for Burnstripe's back
-
Frostbrook stood between Burnstripe and Desolatestar, she gave each a look and decided who was more of a threat.
Then she leapt forward and aimed a slashing blow at Burnstripe's chest with her front claws.
