It's like people on this site are programmed to leave as soon as I say something. :T

AT LAST, a kindred spirit!

-
Shitana's head shot up. Some wolf sounded as though they were losing their patience, in a very angry way. With a glance around, she placed her hare as close to the camp as she dared, then crawled under a nearby bush.
"They'll smell me on it. Maybe then they'll come looking for me." She told herself, lying with her nose pointed towards the hare, waiting.
-
At least now I have someone to talk with! :P :)
-
Shitana's ears shot up, and her head jerked around. Her eyes flickered with fear. She crawled on her belly, ears flat, and crept out of the bush. She opened her mouth, but no sound came out. In desperation, she pointed with her nose at the hare she had caught. Her paw caught on something, and she winced from the pain that came from the many scratches she had gotten from her chase after the prey. Blood trickled from the newly opened, tiny wounds.

What kinds of threads do you like RPing in?

I like wolves!
Wolves are nice. -
Shitana crouched even lower; these wolves, both female, towered over her, their black fur thick and shiny. One of them appeared suspicious of her, while the other seemed calmer. She whimpered slightly. It was far to easy to see the glint of their claws and the gleam of their teeth from here. They seemed well-fed and strong; she felt scrawny and weak beside them.
-
(Sorry. :( I've got someone else... Try asking Footy. She might do it.)
Shitana wiggled slightly. "I.." she stuttered slightly, then lost the words she had temporarily grasped.
-
"Shi... Shitana." Shitana watched the other wolf leave. "I... sorry." She was quiet now, averting the eyes of this wolf, "Sorry. Sorry."
-
"I... join?" Shitana crawled the rest of the way out, her tail quivering. "Can.. I?" Her words seemed delayed, with gaps in between. It had been so long since she had spoken to someone other than herself, she almost seemed to have forgotten how. But slowly she seemed to be getting better, the gaps filling in. "Alone for... long. Glad to be around others now." She sighed.
-
"Home. I need one. Family split up. So I came here. I am no good on my own." Shirana stood slightly, her long legs aching from the bramble scratches. She bent her head and licked at the bit of blood seeping from one of the scratches. "Ouch." She winced. "Brambles." She muttered. Her fur was scruffy, but still the creamy-white color it should be. Her tail wavered. An attractive young male came up, and she dipped her head to him. She would have looked better if she was covered in briers and dust.
-
Shirana tried to stand up all the way, but nearly yelped when she put her foot to the ground. Turning it over, she saw a thorn embedded in her pad. She gingerly tried to pull it out, but bared her teeth in a grimace at the pain. She gave up, curling her foot off the ground.
-
Shirana gingerly placed her foot on the ground, then followed "Allan." "Belle" sounded as though she dealt with injuries. "Omega." Shirana repeated, padding after Allan. "What is Belle called, then? Are these nicknames? Or, like... what we call the ones who birth us? Mother and father? Kind of like ranks of some kind?" Shirana looked at the many caves they passed, wondering which she would sleep in.
-
"I think I should hunt. I haven't worked in a pack-hunt before, though." Shirana suddenly felt better. Now that everything had a label, she felt more confident. She shook out her fur, sending a small cloud of dust into the air. Embarrassed, she licked at her chest fur.
(Nothing much has happened. Shirana is being shown around.)
-
"What about young wolves? Who need to be taught?" Shirana flicked an ear.
-
Shirana poked her head into a random den to find two wolves snarling at one another. "Yipes!" She yelped, then, realizing they might be even more hostile towards her, covered her muzzle with one paw.
-
Did she not notice I am not of her pack? Shirana watched the female storm away. Well, just as well. She might have removed an important part of my body if she had. She suddenly noticed a pungent aroma coming from the den. Herbs! This must be Belle's den!
-
Shirana, small for her young age, looked like a half-grown pup rather than a near adult. Her head snapped around, her large eyes round as moons.
"Me?" Her voice was a squeak, and her long tail quivered close to the dirt. Her bleeding paw was held at an angle, the thorn making it uncomfortable to walk normal. More than a dozen small thorns were stuck into her front legs.
