Claire reached the lake ice skates in hand as she continued to walk out onto the dock. She stepped down onto the lake a slight grin just barley lifting the corners of her lips as the water froze under her foot she sat down on the dry wood of the dock and slipped on her first skate as she began lacing it on.
-
She looked at Justin and smiled then back at Meltdown. "See those people gave there lives to protect Justin." She paused. "People who would do that cant be bad." She said convincingly.
-
"Right." she smiled and stood from the stream she capped her canteen and clipped it to Chikue's saddle she lept up onto the hound as she swung her leg over and steadied herself.
-
She took her usual seat at the end of the table by her older brother as she picked up a grape from her plate and popped it into her mouth.
-
She looked at Justin and shook her head. "Not yet." She told him still believing she could help him."Meltdown you dont understand it's kinda like a monarchy nobody is gonna challenge the president it's dangerous." She replied trying to convince him.
