OCC: School has been giving me way too much homework I barely have time to sleep, let alone be on the computer. So sorry that I haven't been on. As for the roleplay, if any other apprentices come along I'll volunteer Rainshadow to mentor.

I was reading through the posts... I wanted a major role but it seems like there's a ton already... I don't have time for a rp sample right now, though. When I get back from school I'll give you all the info.

OCC: O_O

Stormpaw padded over to Lightningstar. "What happened to her?" she wondered.

Mmk.

OCC: Yeah, since not many people have joined yet, we'll just rp here.

IC: Brightstar padded outside of her den, her tortiseshell fur shining brightly which gave her the name "Brightkit" as a kit. Her fangs especially glimmered in their sharp state as she parted her mouth in a yawn. That gave her the name of "Brightfang" as a warrior. But now she was a leader. She was a new leader; all of her nine lives still strongly inside of her. She had yet to learn how to lead her Clan through hard times. As deputy, there weren't many hardships for the Clan. Besides the fox attack that had killed the former leader along with many other warrios. Brightstar shook out her fur. It was best not to think about the past, but of the future. She stretched once, her gaze turning over to the pitty pile of freshkill. She spotted her deputy, Maplenight, and beckoned her over to her with a single flick of her tail.

OCC: O_O HOW LONG HAVE I BEEN GONE?!?!?!?!

Sorry it took so long to reply. Busy school life. Yeah, forbidden's allowed. And it can't just happen in one post. o.o...

OCC: Blek. Stupid busy school life.

IC: Dreampaw blinked. "It's alright if I can't stay, I suppose.." she attempted to stand up, only to fall to the grass again. "I don't want to cause you any trouble."

Brightstar nodded to her deputy, speaking softly. "I know that many of our warriors are still recovering after the shock of the fox attack, but a hunting patrol needs to be sent out. I'll go out on a hunting patrol, you can choose the rest of the cats." she sighed, her eyes glimmering in the sunny light.

OCC: Since we still don't have many members, some cats on patrol might have to be occ cats... I came up with the story of the fox attack to take care of the fact that we have little members.

OCC: Oh, thanks. I'll make another cat sometime soon, too.

IC: Brightstar stood by the entrance of the camp, watching as Maplenight named the warriors for her hunting patrol. She heard her deputy name Cardinalfur and Crystalclaws for the patrol, and she nodded breifly. They were the best cats to choose; they were the most fit of the Clan and could hunt well.

Brightstar nodded to Crystalclaws, and set out into the forest with her and Cardinalfur behind her. She paused, opening her mouth ever so slightly to taste the air, and caught the scent of a mouse scuffling a seed underneath a pile of grass. She got into her hunting crouch, pulling her tail down so it was an inch off the bare ground. When Brightstar was close enough to the small creature, she pounced. She grabbed the mouse's tail as it tried to run away, and clentched her teeth into it's throat. The mouse went limp. Brightstar could feel its blood drifting into her mouth as she dropped her pray, burrying it for later when her patrol returned back to camp.

Brightstar saw Crystalclaws pad up with her fat rabbit, and she gave a slight nod of approval. "Great catch," she complimented her clanmate. She then went in search of some more pray. Jummping into a tree, Brightstar could smell a strong scent of squirrel. It was scampering behind some leaves. With a big leap, Brightstar lundged herself at the lieth creature and landed faithfully on her paws with the squirrel in her jaws. She closed her jaws all the way, the squirrel fidgeting once, and then lying limp. She went back to where she has burried the mouse, and burried her squirrel, as well.

Brightstar had watched the entire exchange between her warrior and the bird. To be honest, she was amazed. She trotted over to Cardinalfur, letting out a pur. "Good catch," she mewed. "That's a pretty big bird you managed to catch."

OCC: ... I hate school. Love you, thanks for not forgetting about this...

IC: Brightstar trotted into camp, sighing as her gaze darted over to her warriors, Cardinalfur, Maplenight and Crystalclaws. She had heard the entire exchange between the warriors on patrol, and she lowered her head, her eyes blinking in exhaustion. Coulndn't the drama be at rest for one day?

Brightstar sighed and dropped her pray on that fresh-kill pile and trotted over to her arguing warriors. "Honestly, you too..." she sighed. "What in StarClan's name is going on?"

Brightstar rolled her eyes. "Just explain to me what happened."

"Hmph.." Brightstar huffed, sitting down and curling her tail over her paws. "So you're both arguing over that? I swear, sometimes you both can be such mousebrains!"
