Garet came out and inspected everyone. "You all have your targets!" he screamed to the twenty-one assassians. "Will and Beatrice will find out what the Red Slicers are up to! Azailia will cover for them. MOVE OUT!" and Bug followed her orders happily.

Garet's face softened and he threw him down the stairs. He looked at Ana and kissed her. Anastasia's skin was no longer cold and her eyes opened but Garet's wings turned black as he lifted off, sitting against the wall. His hair turned even darker and his eyes a peircing red.

Ana hugged him back. She opened her mouth and had fangs. Her eyes were red and she cried blood. "What happened?" she asked.
