Mystery whinnied in delight. As soon as she stepped foot between the gates, she took off, not caring about Natalie possibly being dragged behind her. She tore up the ground beneath her as she sped across the pasture, but when she stopped at the other side, she was panting heavily. Mystery dropped to the ground and gleefully rolled in the fresh, dewy grass.

Mystery finished rolling and devoured a patch of the sweet pasture grass before she trotted over to Natalie. She stuck her muzzle in the girl's face and licked her face. "Hello, Nattie. Whaddaya doing?" Mystery laid next to her and rolled onto her side.

Mystery nuzzled Natalie and put her head in the girl's lap. She yawned and got comfortable. "Are you gonna put me back in the hands of that pompous... Michael...? I hate humans like that. They think they can walk all over anything they see, and that their name is branded on everything."

"What do you mean what did I do?" she neighed. "I didn't do anything. I started running, turned around, and saw Human on the ground." Mystery licked Natalie again and headbutted her lightly.

Mystery grunted a warning to the two stallions and started to graze.

Mystery pinned her ears back and glared at Time. "Leave me alone. The only reason you're giving me attention is because, y'know, you're a stallion, and I'm a mare..."

ic: Mystery woke up with a big yawn and instantly stood to stretch her legs. She cantered a few laps around the pasture and started eating from the feed bucket.

Mystery finished off the bucket and started drinking, finishing most of what was left. She walked over to Natalie and nudged her knees. "Good morning."

Mystery nuzzled her and turned around, watching a butterfly. She heard the foal approach and whipped back around, grunting at him and snapping at him over the fence.

ic: Mystery grunted at Dasher. "I'm going to get you." She wouldn't attack the foal in front of Natalie, but when she wasn't looking, Dasher was dead meat. She heard Seriah giggle and her head shot up. Though she could not see the girl, she pinpointed her location, and whinnied a greeting.
