A smile spread across Petalstar's lips as she watched the kits. "Hmm..." she murmered, thinking of names. "You could still name one Stormkit, and have the brown color of it's pelt represent the ground under our paws that kept us steady. Just a thought."

"Thistlepelt!" Petalstar yolwed as the warrior ran from the den. What am I going to do with that warrior? she thought as she looked outside. He was long gone into the storm. Sighing, Petalstar poked her head back in the nursery, a thick layer of snow sitting on her skull. "We have to find Swiftpaw. She's probably cold in the apprentices den all by herself."
Rustclaw resisted the urge to follow Thistlepelt after his leader yolwed at him. After listening to her statement about Swiftpaw, he nodded. "Yes, we should probably find her soon. It'd be good to keep the clan together in a storm like this." He motioned to the whiteness outside, his amber eyes glowing in the dim nursery. -
"I know." Gentlebreeze smiled and watched her friend pad away towards Drizzlewhisker. She walked off, towards the river, hoping she would find some catmint there. It was probably all dead, but she wanted to check. As she neared the half-frozen water, the small trickles reaching her ears, she thought about Oakstar. Why was he looking at me like that? she thought, her tail brushing the snow on the ground. I've seen that look before. Suddenly she stopped right in her tracks. I've seen that look in love-sick warriors. Oakstar couldn't possibly love me...

Fallensong nodded, and looked around, her amber eyes glowing with curiosity. "Well, I think I will go exploring for a little while. Thanks you for explaining the basics." With a tail flick signaling farewell, she bounded away, the feeling of the leaves brushing against her pelt.

Krissy happily bounded along the house folks, purring and rubbing against their legs, meowing for attention. Her purple collar was strapped loosely around her neck, and her shiny silver bell jingled noisily. A house folk looked down at her and smiled, handing her a small piece of meat. Looking up, her eyes as innocent as possible, she pelted away, the meat clamped firmly in her dainty jaws. Her snow white pelt hide her well as she nibbled at the cooked prey, hiding underneath a small pine tree. I can't believe I escaped my house folk's monster so easily! she thought while purring loudly.

"Hi!" Krissy mewed, swallowing the last bit of meat. "You have House Folks too! I escaped out of my house folk's monster!" Krissy jumped to her paws, and circled the new she-cat excitedly. No one had talked to her yet.

"Well, nice meeting you!" Krissy continued to jump round the she-cat but then something caught her eye. She bounded away, chasing after sparkly christmas bow that blown off of a shelf.
ooc: So sorry, but I have to leave now!

When Krissy caught the shiny bow, she flipped onto her back and threw it into the air, batting at it playfully as it fluttered down to her.

Purring loudly, Krissy let the bow flutter away, and rolled onto her side. She was completely oblivious to the chaos around her.

A strange noise reached Krissy's ears as she dozed off. She looked up, and her eyes widened in fear. A huge bird thing was running towards her, making weird calls. I think I've heard them called turshies or something. I've seen cats hunting them too... Standing up, she faced the "turshey", and bared her teeth. Before she knew it, she was sprawled on the ground with claw marks on her face. The turshey ran me right over!
-
Krissy stood up, her body trembling and her silver bell jinggling. Claw marks scarred her face where the turkey had attacked her.
(7/30) -
Krissy shrugged off the stinging in her face. This was her time away from her house folks, and she was going to enjoy it!
(8/30) -
Krissy looked over to a sqealing kit, and padded over. "Why are you smelling yellow snow...?" she asked in discust.
(9/30) -
"Hawk?" Dovestar called. "I wouldn't go out there." Poking her head out of the cave, she pulled it back in, and a small pile of snow had formed on top of her skull. She tucked her wings in around her back and shivered.
-
Noticing an orange colored tom, Krissy smiled and turned away from the strange kit. "Hi!" she mewed.
(10/30) -
When the tom didn't reply Krissy sighed and walked away. She noticed another turkey running about, but this one was smaller. Maybe she could catch this one.
(11/30) -
ooc: Featherpaw is getting asigned to be an apprentice. She didn't die...

-
Crouching down, Krissy stalked towards the small turkey. She had never really hunted before, but she figured she would try.
(12/30) -
As krissy aproached, the turkey turned and spotter her. It ran away, and she huffed as she looked after it.
