I'm member of the month?!?!? *checks yet again to make sure*
    ...

I is flattered. Seriously. Do the staff choose the motm? O.O Well, THANK YOUUUUU!! <3
    -hyperventilates-

Lol, sorry for spamming this thread. XD

Kits name: Atalanta (Occasionally Tala for short - Atalanta; she made it up herself.)
    Kits father: VCR
    Kits gender: She-cat
Kits personality: Rather aggressive and tom-cat ish; she's feisty and stubborn, quick to unsheathe her claws. Tala has a sharp mind, but sometimes, when she's angry, doesn't pause to think things through. She's got a soft side, but it's a hidden pearl in a walled city, impossibly hard to get to. She doesn't talk much, unless she has to. Personality a result of VCR abandoning her mother, pretty much, after a one-night-stand and then going for a bajillion other she-cats.
RP sample: Do I need to? -is lazy-
    You active?: Relatively
future plans for this kit: She'll hate VCR... and we'll see where that takes us. :3

<blockquote> Flint nodded, his eyes wide as he listened raptly to Tempest speak. He followed the she-cat down the dark staircase, the stone hard and cold on his paws. Put them down? What did that mean? the grey tom-kit wondered, but was too nervous to ask. It sounded like something bad, anyhow. "Are- are there any prisoners now?" he finally voiced, eyes shining with curiosity, amazement, and a tint of fear. This was exciting. This was what he had been looking for.

Flint let his mind wander, picking through Tempest's words. What did a cat have to do to be a 'bad' cat? Wander in the dungeon when you're not allowed to? That was bad. The silver kitten gulped. "T-tempest?" he mewed. "Will we, er, get in trouble? For being here?"</blockquote>

OOC: Sudden idea; what if Oprah falls in love with Kimball, and Kimball falls for Loneranger? XD, it's totally up to you, Skitter, but I thought it might be cool. Oprah doesn't know he's sterile, anyway. If you agree, I'll RP it like that next round. ^^

<blockquote> Oprah felt a hesitant smile of gratitude break across his face, and he jumped off of his perch and bounded towards the catflap. He squeezed through, the cool air of outdoors tickling his nose and lungs refreshingly. The kittypet turned towards Kimball. "T-thanks," he meowed shyly, then turned his green-amber eyes to the world without a screen of glass in front of it. What a welcome view! Oprah figured he'd better get a distance away from his housefolk's nest before they could see him there and catch him; he'd be back before sunfall, anyhow, so they probably wouldn't worry. It'd be worth it. </blockquote>

OOC: New thread, or just invite Brody to this one?

<blockquote> Sepal fidgeted, feeling rather awkward on the topic of mates. But she liked the idea of just a band of loners - that seemed perfect. She'd have thought twice and three times if this had been a clan, but the she-cat was now quite determined to stay here. It sounded like a good place.

He said most. MOST of their mothers. Not all. So it wasn't like all the she-cats had to be mates with this... half-leader called Brody. Sepal reasoned. She nodded in agreement with Randy; the loner was curious about this tom that held an odd kind of power over this land and these cats, and possibly her. </blockquote>

OOC: Ahhh, sorry for my inactivity with this thread. >< -facepalm-

<blockquote> Doris studied the frosted fence, eyes narrowing as if it were a foe that was standing in their way. He tried to remember how he'd gotten in. "Aha!" he exclaimed after a moment of hunched and exaggerated thinking. "Climb on-da rabbit fence an' den we c'n leap on-ta tha bigger fence an' we're free!" he explained, puffing out his chest with pride. "C'mon!"

Doris waddled up to the rabbit fence again, crouching down. He waggled his hindquarters, sending ripples down his faded orange tail, and pushed off onto the top of the rabbit fence. He landed with a muttered huff of effort, then turned to wait for Doris.

OOC: Possible plot! The twoleg kit comes back right now. >:)

<blockquote> VCR peered into the folds of the night, illuminated in streaks by the faded moonlight. He heard some rustling, and turned around sharply to see the form of a smaller feline padding towards him. "Ah, Darkepaw!" he exclaimed, getting to his paws and loping towards the apprentice. "I've been waiting for you!" he added, approaching Darkepaw and brushing his tail lightly over her back. "I've missed your beautiful face since this sunhigh." VCR crooned smoothly, taking another step closer. "You ready for some excitement?"

Even in the half-darkness, the TiffClan tom's amber eyes glimmered.</blockquote>

<blockquote> Capricorn nodded, pleased. This tom seemed strong and capable - at least from first impressions. He definitely appeared to the King as a great addition to their group. "Have you got any particular talents?" The large tabby questioned with slightly greater respect showing through his tone. The Vendetta still needed an Advisor of the Hunt... and he still needed a heir. </blockquote>

<blockquote> Capricorn loped along his territory, confidence showing in his stride. The Vendetta was coming along, and quite well. He parted his jaws to scent for prey in the snow-covered terrain. His stomach rumbled, much to the tabby's annoyance. But a scent other than prey came to him, and the King recognized that of another cat. Perhaps this cat will want to join. Capricorn thought immediately, picking up his pace in the direction of the scent. </blockquote>

OOC: Sorry it took me forever to reply!! D:

<blockquote> Drella nodded, happiness shining through her amber eyes. When Thunderclap mentioned parties, her mind couldn't help but wander guiltily back to what had happened in that other party. What had she been thinking? Ha, thinking? You weren't thinking, that's why everything went wrong. The she-cat thought accusingly to herself. And you didn't even think it was wrong then. What, were you drunk or something?

Drella didn't let herself linger on the memories - it wouldn't help to be lost in thoughts and get her mate suspicious. She'd deal with the problems when it came, however guilty she might feel now.

The black savannah opened her jaws to reply to Thunderclap's question, but her stomach beat her to it. She flattened her ears with embarrassment at the loud rumbling it ejected, and just nodded rather sheepishly. "Let's go back to camp." Drella suggested, and after a moment's pause, added softly, "I've missed you Thunderclap -- a lot."</blockquote>

<blockquote> Serenade dipped her head in agreement once more. The idea of training as an apprentice was fine at first, but she began to think twice when she realized that the other apprentices were about half as old as she was. Whatever. The she-cat thought to herself. It doesn't matter - Who cares what others think of you? Their thoughts can't harm you. This was what she'd wanted, after all. What she'd come for and searched for for so long.

Serenade raised her eyes to meet her new leaders', finally parting her jaws to speak. "Thank you for welcoming us. You, and DarkClan, have my complete loyalty from now forth."</blockquote>

<blockquote> Featherflight of WindClan glanced rapidly around the clearing, her eyes settling on a group of ThunderClan warriors. She tried to pick out which was Cedarclaw among the several brown tabbies there. </blockquote>

OOC: Short post; and I couldn't find your other one, Sellie. :3 Going to PM you.

uhhh, those are music notes. XD You can copy and paste them from my name, or you can look up on google 'text symbols' and a list of some should usually come up.

But, if you do want chinese, I can do that too. Problem is, you gotta install a chinese character typer - you can probably find one on google. I can type a few chinese characters for you to copy and paste, but if you don't have the program, all that will appear will be boxes. :3

Yeah. I depends what typee of keyboard you have; some have a kind of sun-shaped symbol on a key, and you hold the 'Fn' button and then press the sun button until the screen lights up or dims down as you like it. If you don't have that on your keyboard, there may be buttons on your montior, OR check the Display Properties/Settings/Advanced Button in Control Panel...

    Hopefully something works!! :)

<blockquote> Apprentice names? Serenade thought with a jolt. She forgot to hide the surprise and rejection of the idea from her eyes. "Must I take on a new name?" the white she-cat asked, shifting her wieght. She didn't want to change her name, but once she'd sworn her loyalty... well, that would never be broken. Not by her; Serenade took her promises and loyalty seriously. She'd rather die than break one of them. Change her name... it wouldn't be appealing, not at all, but she'd go along if she had to.
