OOC: See you.
Voltaire purred and ate a small portion of the fresh-kill. He swiped his tongue around his muzzle and yawned.
"We have a fair while until we leave."
OOC: See you.
Voltaire purred and ate a small portion of the fresh-kill. He swiped his tongue around his muzzle and yawned.
"We have a fair while until we leave."
Lynxpaw stopped and tensed as Dawnleaf yelled.
"You're right! Must all our blood be spilled before there is peace?" He screamed, his voice cracking with inner pain. He ran towards Beetlewing to try and stop the fight. Lynxpaw thought he could be so fickle sometimes.
{Aw!}
"Jayheart, of BloodClan." The she-cat growled, flicking her tail. She tried to spook the loner by leaping about and screeching, while remaining hidden.
Voltaire nodded and curled up where Ebony had indicated, purring loudly. He tucked his white paws neatly away, licked Ebony's ear, and closed his eyes.
OOC: PM me when the Anti-Clan starts with the thread link and I'll join.
A vole ran for cover.
Voltaire nudged Ebony persistantly.
"It's sunhigh." He mewed, nipping her scruff.
{I'll start the thread in SunClan after I nom nom some dinner.}
{I had some yummy tandoori chicken legs. Yay! http://warriorcatsrpg.com/sunc…yopen-182148.new.html#new}
"Yes. We should go." He purred.
A tuxedo tom nervously crossed the scent marker, then rolled in the grass, trying to get rid of the stink of ShadowClan from his pelt. He opened his shining green eyes and looked back. He expected to see Ebony, but she might have trailed behind.
"We're here." Voltaire mewed quietly, trying not to pant. His large white paws flexed out as he waited for a black she-cat to cross into SunClan territory. It reeked of Twolegs, but it was kind of stale, and smelled a lot better than ShadowClan had. He shook his head quickly to clear his thoughts, and scented the air again. The prey smells were enticing, the cat smells were strong...
He licked his shoulder absently, staying quiet if a SunClan warrior was to come. Voltaire tipped his head up.
"If they want to escape with their tails, they'd better not cross us!" He muttered.
Lynxpaw stopped and panted twice before running to Dawnleaf.
"Then what do we do?" He choked back tears. Clans would end in ruins with battles.
"They can believe whatever they want! We think differently, but why does that matter?" Lynxpaw couldn't hold in the tears and cried these words, tears rolling down his cheeks like dew-drops off a leaf.
"We'll find a nest and some things, like where to hunt, drink and such. About the Black Heart Rogues... I'll shred them before they can lay a paw on you." Voltaire mewed with strength.
He nuzzled Ebony affectionatley behind her neck and looked about for a possible den.
{Yeah If you want.}
Daedra yawned slowly.
Voltaire flicked his eyes to a small dip in the ground. He padded over, and into the dip. He fell onto his face as the mossy lace split under his weight. He got to his paws and looked at where he was.
There was a hollow log half-sticking out from the ground, a small hole on the side. He flattened his ears and crept through the hole, slicking across the ground. He stood up; the hollow was large. There was enough room for about three cats to stretch out. The tom's green eyes flickered as he examined the hollow closer. Some lichen over the top, some moss and feathers at the bottom... They could dig a hole for water to collect in, find a little space for fresh-kill...
It seemed like home already.
"How about this?" He mewed. Voltaire invited Ebony inside with his thin tail.
{Voltaire on Oekaki! Coloured in. http://www.chickensmoothie.com/Forum/viewtopic.php?t=614783 http://www.chickensmoothie.com/Forum/viewtopic.php?t=613821}
Owlclaw tensed and hissed. She charged towards the nearest cat that wasn't ShadowClan, diving towards Wintershard. Her mackerel coloured fur shimmered as she torpedoed towards Wintershards paws, claws unsheathed.
OOC: Australia, and thank you! I joined Dragoncave yay! Could you click mine if you want to?}
Voltaire breathed in deeply, then swirled around twice, his tail chasing him.
"I'll look for moss and feathers. You could start digging a water-hole... I'll explain. We dig a hole, and when it rains, the water will be caught in the hole ready for us to drink." He purred. He crawled out of the hollow and scanned the forestry for a tree with mossy green roots. The tom picked one and began to flex his claws slightly above the moss to collect it. Before too long, Voltaire had a collection of moss clamped in his jaws. He curled his tail and wriggled back into the hollow on his belly. He let go of the moss, then began to arrange two nests.
Voltaire nodded to Ebony, flicking his ears.
"That's good. Now see if you can dig a little burrow just outside on the holes in the hollow for fresh-kill. If you can, dig into the hard earth on the side." He mewed.
The glimmer in his eyes shone as he went outside to gather feathers.
{OOC:
}
Voltaire tensed and rushed back to Ebony as he heard her screech.
"Are you okay?" He mewed, worry spreading like floodwater through him. His white paws clawed the earth as he leant down to look at the paw. He snarled in anger and lifted up her paw with his own to examine it. His green eyes found the point of impact and he held the paw between his own, in an effort to squeeze and reduce the throbbing.
Wolfcall nodded. Wise cat.
"I guess you're right... How long have you been up here?" He asked, starting to groom his fur slowly.
Sunstorm mewed a hello to Gingerstep and Iceclaw as he continued to bounce; energy was back!
{BEATLEWING EPIC!}
Lnxpaw sighed heavily.
Voltaire shrugged and slowly padded out, checking over his shoulder if she was more hurt than she wanted to show. The tom scouted for small bits of bracken and feathers, eventually getting a clump in his jaws, and a bunch under his chin, tucked into his neck. The sun began to set as his tired white paws trudged back to the hollow. Voltaire mewed in greeting briefly before dropping the bracken and feathers to sort them into two nests. Finally they were finished, so the tom went off to help Ebony.
