Pebblesong widened her eyes as blood completely soaked the cobwebs, but she knew they still worked even when they were soaked. And sure enough, a few moments later the blood stopped and she removed the cobwebs and began chewing up some marigold to make a poultice. After applying the pulp, and a fresh layer of cobwebs, Pebblesong let out a sigh of relief. "Alright Splashlily, you'll be fine. You can continue sleeping in the Warriors' Den but no traipsing around the territory for at least four days. Come in every morning and I'll change the dressing. If it bothers you I can give you a poppy seed or two tonight."

Nimbus bolted toward the call to find Bess nudging a girl into the river. Nimbus nuzzled the humanchild and the girl seemed to calm down slightly and she waded into the river. Then she heard a paniced whinny behind her, spinning around she spotted a stallion cornered by the fire. Without a word, she raced over, leaping the circle of fire surrounding the mustang and landed safely on the other side. "Jump over the fire!" She whinnied over the crackling flames, her voice raspy from smoke. "It's the only way!" She neighed before breaking into a coughing fit.
-
Aspenpaw's silver eyes narrowed slightly. "Knowing Bramblepaw, we could use all the help we can get if you ask me." She mewed gravely.
-
:) Well I'm fine with going onto a new thread, do you want to make it Linda?
-
OOC: Late reply, sorry I've been busy for a while. :) Good to have you back!
IC: Nimbus pricked her ears in her curiosity. "Never heard. What are they?" She nickered, eager to learn about these, different sort of horses.
-
OOC: Sorry, late reply :)
IC: Fawnkit nodded earnestly. "We could, or, I could get in big trouble. I don't want anything affecting my apprentice ceremony!" She squeaked, knowing that it would be in another moon.
-
Fawnkit looked skeptical for a moment. "I guess," She mewed uncertainly. "But who said we can't play and be careful? I'm a pretty good multi-tasker so you guys must be too!"
-
OOC: Sorry for the late reply! :)
IC: Flutter thought for a moment, then called out. "Wait, come back for a minute!"
-
Sure! :) That would make sense. But once you have it up, should we have it private or open?

Loner*Make a Wish*
A light pink nose was lifted into the air, taking in the scents of the forest. Moonlight wafted through the dense canopy of leaves above the loner's head, and a vole shuffled lazily at something hiding in the carpet of dirt. Lowering her body to the ground, the she-cat had her eyes locked on the morsel. Step by step she came closer, before taking a massive leap and landing squarley on the bird, killing it with a swift bite to the neck.
She lifted her head, holding the prey proudly in her jaws. She took it under a bramble that created a shadowy overhang. She closed her eyes for a moment, whispering something unheard by even the sharpest ears. The gray she-cat was about 16 moons old, with very long hair, and brilliant gold eyes. Name was Wish.
A faint noise came from her left, and her head snapped up, her eyes now wide open. She turned her head, gazing alertly into the brambles. She crept slowly toward them, and peeked through the sharp thorns. In a clearing beyond the undergrowth, was a small dark shape. "Hello? Is someone there?" She called, though with not much hostility, more curiosity.
OOC: If the Gold words on the Gray background is too wierd to look at or read, I can change it if you want. :) I'm seeing how it works.

Wish blinked, the sudden confusion replaced with understanding of the young cat's suspicion. "Don't worry, I don't want to hurt you!" She meowed, trying to keep calm and friendly. "I was just passing through and I heard some muttering and......" The Maine Coon shrugged her shoulders, her warm gold eyes gazing around at the surroundings. "Here I am."

"Dewstar?" Pebblesong meowed, glancing in confusion at the leader. "What's the matter?" The lilac marbled tabby narrowed her eyes. The wolves were driven out by some of the warriors, and all that was left was tending to the rest of the warriors' wounds if any.
-
"Who said I stopped grieving?" Aspenpaw growled, getting frustrated. "I moved on. Plain and simple. If you are going to explain it further, then at least say in Cat please." The lilac tabby apprentice glared at Dreamsong, noticing her concern. I already went through this with Silkflower. I don't need to be told......whatever she's saying. She thought, still not understanding what was coming out of Dreamsong's mouth.
-
Nimbus looked gratefully at the stallion, who jumped without hesitation. Then she guided the way through the smoke, her eyes stinging from the smoke. She got to the water and staggered over to Bess, starting to lick her to clean the soot off of her coat, and she hoped it would sooth the foal from the terror of the event.

OOC:
My character is Snowclan. This thread was created in Snowclan, so I'm guessing it is in Snowclan.IC: Aspenpaw heard a small yell, and she pricked her ears toward the sound. "Willowstream, what was that?"
-
Aspenpaw felt a burning sensation behind her eyes, and she just managed to choke out, "You think I would do that? You think something is wrong with me?"[b/] She whispered, hurt evident in her mew.
Silkflower hissed at Dreamsong. [b]"What gives you the right to harrasse an apprentice? How do think you are, scaring and threatening her?"
-
Aspenpaw bounded towards the sound, but then froze behind a bramble, peering through. There she could see Fireheart and Bramblepaw, face to face. Oh, Fireheart please speak wisely! She prayed in her head. Turning around silently, she motioned for Willowstream to look through, but ran her tail across her mouth as to say, 'Keep quiet'.
-
"It's not an ability at all." Aspenpaw enforced, . "I get what you are saying: 'don't let a lack of emotions take you over'. But I do have emotions. I do feel hate toward the clan that killed my parents. I do care for the others I love. I am a normal cat." The apprentice narrowed her eyes. "I learned to get on with life, to not dwell on the past so much that you have nothing to move forward with. End of story." And with that she turned her head away from Dreamsong and then padded back over to Silkflower, her eyes not meeting any cat's gaze.
-
OOC: :) thats fine.
IC: The wind blew.

Nimbus obeyed, gulping down the cool, riverwater that seemed to not only help her throat, but she seemed to breathe better aswell. As she was drinking, a flash caught her eye. Lifting her head, the mustang saw another flash in the sky followed by a loud thundering that seemed to echo across the burning plains. Lightning. A storm! She thought gratefully. A storm meant rain, hopefully, and if it were rain, it would douse the flames. She looked up just as dark clouds seemed to wash over the sky, drenching it with gray and a split second later, she felt a waterdroplet run down her neck. "Thank heavens, its raining!" she nickered, nuzzling Bess for a moment. Everyone was safe. No one was seperated. This was how she felt everything should be.
