INFO ABOUT YOU

username ShowJumper
pronouns she/her
what do we call you? (IRL name, preferably) Show or Rae, I'm not too picky tbh.
how long have you been on feralfront? Well, technically I joined in 2011, but since then I think I've taken like two or three breaks. I've only recently come back to the site after starting college, and now I'm trying to get back into role playing and writing and all that other jazz.

INFO ABOUT CUB

full name Djerba (will probably go by JJ) Pal
gender Female
pronouns She/her
sexuality Heterosexual
romantic orientation Heteroromantic

species Lion
appearance JJ's your typical looking cub, she has a tawny pelt with an orangey tint. Her pelt will be splattered with spots and stripes as a cub, but these will mostly fade as she ages, leaving only faint marks on her legs, tail, and face. She also has hazel eyes.
build (skinny, chubby, athletic) JJ falls mostly into the athletic set of body builds, though she's also leaner than most in this category and rather long-legged.
accessories (optional) N/A for now, though she might pick something up icly at some point.
distinguishable features JJ has white toes on her right hind paw, as well as an odd white stripe running up her face from her muzzle sort of life a blaze. Other than that, she's pretty normal physically.
brief personality JJ's a little sweetheart. She absolutely adores her family and other loved ones and she would do anything for them. However, she can get herself into trouble because she likes to think she can do things, only to realize when she gets to the point of no return that she's in way over her head and in need of rescuing. In other words, she's very curious, but also a bit easily startled. She'll also tend to bottle things up, as she doesn't want people to worry about her, which will probably lead to some struggles down the road. She'll also obviously develop more ic.

"Well, they're, um... they're... I dunno' where they are." Another voice piped up as a tawny head joined the others in poking up out of the basket. The little lioness proceeded to clumsily hook her forepaws over the basket to get a better look at the stranger. "They put us all in here and left." She added, a look of uncertainty on her youthful features. What had caused them to be shoved into a basket, again? She remembered something had been going on, but she couldn't place her paw on it. She was sure it was a good reason though. Why so many children from different parents had been put in the same basket was also a mystery to her, but frankly she was just glad she wasn't by herself.

If no one had been paying attention, it would almost have appeared that a small, dirty cotton ball with mismatched eyes had just popped up out of nowhere on Stormclan's border. However, that wasn't the case. Said cotton ball had actually made her way this direction rather slowly, grumbling and stumbling as she tripped over the smallest of twigs, her stubby legs impairing even the simplest of journeys across the leaf-ridden ground. She had finally made it to the border though, and sat down with a rather smug huff, wrapping her ebony tail around her speckled paws. She was quite pleased with herself, having found this place at long last. Stormclan. This was home, her young heart could feel it.
"Salutations, is anybody around?" The child called, lifting her chin as she peered out across the horizon, hoping someone would show up soon. She was feeling personable enough today to meet new people, but she wouldn't be for long if they didn't show up. Didn't they know who they were missing? After all, she was pretty fantastic, if she did say so herself, and so she simply couldn't understand why someone wouldn't want to meet her already and let her in so she could quit sitting around out here like a boring old statue.

//thanks timer! I'm hoping I can keep muse this time, but I'm pretty psyched about Little 5.0 or whatever the heck this is, so I think I'all be sticking around for a while c: (also congrats on blaze being a leader now!!)

The little femme had been in the middle of thinking up some eloquent, awe inspiring response, only to be interrupted by some dude falling out of the sky. What a day. She looked the two strangers... Were they necessarily strangers? The first one seemed sort of familiar, but no matter, she would call them strangers for now, up and down. Her mismatched eyes held a glint of pride in them, as if she already felt that she owned the entire world. "My name's Pepperkit, and I'm here to join." She answered Blazeheart's question, confidently, puffing her chest out a bit as she introduced herself. Of course, she was also trying to sit up super tall so she didn't look quite as short, but there was only so much to be done for that.
"I think I'm alright mister, but do you need help?" She asked with a bit of a sly smirk as she turned her attention to Clockwork. He seemed rather disoriented, but she supposed that tended to happen when one fell out of a tree. She'd had a friend who fell out of a tree once, if she remembered right. He'd had a limp because of it, and he was always grumpy. Maybe it was because he fell out of that dumb tree, did that make people grumpy?

Her parents? What had happened to them... oh, she remembered. "Well, they said they were going out for a 'night on the town', which probably means they were off to go drink or somethin', but then they just didn't ever come back. So, I got tired of waiting and hungry, and left. I came here 'cause I heard about this place and it just... Felt right, I suppose." The girl babbled, trying to seem nonchalant about the issue even though there was clear sorrow in her eyes. She didn't want to seem sad though, she would look weak then, and she wasn't weak.

Nope, nope, double nope, and still nope. Pepperkit could be seen-- well, actually, no she couldn't. The snow was too high for her stubby little legs, and so all the could be seen of her was a little bump moving along under the snow, zig-zagging this way and that in an attempt to find everyone. Finally, her speckled head poked up through the white powder with a soft puff as she exclaimed: "Why in Starclan's name does there have to be so much of this, this snow, though?" Perhaps if she were taller, she would have more fun with it, but she wasn't taller. No, she was tired, wet, and short.

//thanks, it's nice to meet ya. I honestly wasn't sure if anyone would know me bc it's been a while since I've rped here, but I'm excited to get to know everyone again c:

Food and safety? Dang, no wonder some weird little sense in her head had said to come here, this place must surely have had a five-star rating compared to life alone. Not that she was surprised, she'd heard Clans were a great way to better the odds of survival, especially for a "poor helpless thing" like her. One day she'd show everyone she wasn't just a helpless scrap of fur, but that could wait. "Nice to meet you Skyreach, I'm Pepperkit, if you didn't catch it earlier. I don't think you'll have to worry too much about me, I'm pretty great at doing stuff." She greeted in her typical proud tone. Of course, she actually was putting in a solid effort to sound nice and all, but she simply couldn't resist the chance to throw a little vague boasting in.

"What'cha doing?" Pepperkit asked nonchalantly as she padded over, well, more like waddled over as she tried desperately to avoid the deeper areas of the snowy ground. It didn't seem quite as bad in camp, but even an inch or two of snow made Pepper's life a lot harder. Not only were her legs too short to really chug through it well, bit it also made her petite frame cold rather quickly. Normally in this weather she would probably just be hiding inside, but the odd site of Blazeheart sitting around tasting the air had drawn her out, as the child really was curious as to what the older femme was doing.
Of course, Pepper could also be prone to long sessions of zoning out. Sometimes she remembered things she didn't know how she remembered, because they weren't memories about her. At least, she didn't really look like herself in them. Sometimes she felt really sad about random things, like a fallen tree, a red cape, the scents of dogs and flowers mixed together. She didn't know why they made her sad, but they did. The sight of them made her feel like she'd let someone down, but some things made her gabby for no reason, too. Upright trees, tunnels, and the number six were a few. She mostly thought about those things, when she thought a lot, just simply trying to figure out what they meant to her.

"Salutations, name's Pepperkit, and I'm probably the coolest person here, so yeah. Also, are you from somewhere far away? You talk kinda' funny." The little femme greeted in her own very special kind of rude way as she padded forward. She had never seen a cat like this before, and so she was rather intrigued. Not only that, but she did have an odd way of talking, and the child really wanted to know why. Odd things like that tended to pique her interest, even if it made her come off as even ruder than she actually was.

Pepper definitely wasn't technically old enough to catch her own prey yet, but that wasn't about to stop her from gathering for the meeting. Even if she wasn't an apprentice yet, she was sort of close, and so she knew that she could totally catch her own prey if she really put her mind to it. So, here she was, taking a seat and putting her attention in Clyde, because nothing was going to stop her from attending her first meeting.

"I'll take the biggest, baddest task you've got." Pepper boldly announced as she padded forward with her little chin held high. Of course, her ego would have been helped had she not tripped and nearly fallen on her face a few strides back, but it was fine, she was pretty sure no one had noticed, anyway...

"Oh what fun it is to ride in a one horse open sleeeeigh!" Pepperkit chimed in merrily, even though she still looked prideful as ever, she was having a wonderful time singing. She'd even taken some festive looking leaves and berries and fashioned a little wreath around her neck as she bounced along because her normal steps were too little to keep up. "Well merry Christmas to you too mister, and I doubt we really need anything, but I bet everybody loves warm snacks and beverages." She added, breaking tune for a little bit to answer the nice dude. After all, it had to be kind of weird to find a bunch of random singers on your doorstep, might as well be a little friendly.

Name;; Ravenkit -- Ravenpaw -- Ravenfrost.
Name Origin/Meaning;; The prefix, Raven, will come from her solid black pelt that matches the bird she shares a name with. When she becomes a warrior, she will receive the frost suffix due to her frosty/cool nature, as she can be quite cold at times. It also might have something to do with the fact that she rather enjoys the cold weather, and winter is her favorite season.
Sex & Gender;; Female & Female.
Sexuality;; Heterosexual.

Appearance;;
A sleek black she-cat with icy green eyes.
Raven is a relatively simple looking feline. Her overall picture is a pretty one, but there isn't much about her appearance that is incredibly unique. She has a bit of a lanky build, with long legs and a long tail, but she is well-muscled. Her short pelt is solid black all over, from the tips of her ears to the end of her tail, all the way down to her toes she is covered in ebony hair as dark as a raven's feathers. Her dark pelt makes her light, icy green eyes her most striking feature. Their color is reminiscent to looking at the water of a winters lake through a sheet of ice, with light and dark shades of green jaded together, and a glint that shows both a cool composure and cunning mind.

Personality;;
Intelligent, sarcastic, a bit quiet, but does have a warm spot for extremely close friends and family.
Raven is a bit of a black sheep. She isn't like most kits, constantly trying to break out of camp, running around like banshees, and all around causing mayhem, no, she's not into the whole loud and crazy thing. Raven is the type to listen to the elder's stories to try and pick up their wisdom, or the one studying anything she can find in camp. Of course, curiosity may get the best of her and cause her to break the rules now and again, but young Ravenkit will usually be quite content to mind her own business.
As she ages, Raven will begin to come out of her shell a bit more. Her sarcastic sense of humor will start to develop once she's a few moons old, and her sharp tongue will soon be one of her main identifiers. She still won't be babbling non-stop, and still won't be the mayhem type, but she also won't be afraid to "tell it like it is". Around this time she will also probably start to gain a sense of ambition. Since she'll probably struggle to make friends due to her reserved nature, Raven will begin to strive towards being the best warrior, and maybe even leader someday, in order to prove herself and earn the respect of her peers. She isn't a terribly strong cat, but she is very intelligent, and she will often use this to her advantage to achieve her goals.
Quirks/Other Traits;;
- Unusually good swimmer, loves to take a dip on hot days to cool off.
- She's more introverted than extroverted, and so every now and then she'll go for a walk on her own and find a quiet place to think about whatever's on her mind.
- Tilts head when confused or sometimes agitated with someone.
- Loves everything about winter, to the point she'll probably make herself sick at some point from being out in the cold for too long.

Plot Ideas;;
- Since she's quiet and has a cold sense of humor, Raven may have a hard time making friends.
- As she ages she'll probably gain some ambition in hopes of making her parents proud and "proving herself" to her Clan.
Other;; Slight WIP 'cause I might tweak/add things, but the main idea is definitely there. c:

Litter;; Reindeergames xx NPC
Age;; 6 moons
Name;; Crookedpaw --> Crookedhalo Praelium-Xerses
Gender;; Female
Basic Appearance;; Crook is a strawberry tigress with pale yellow eyes and a lanky build.
Basic Personality;; In one word, she's firey. Crook's a fighter, the kind that doesn't turn down a challenge or back down from an argument. She can be very sweet and caring to friends and family, but most of the time she's a sassy little spitfire with a knack for causing trouble.
Other;; Nothing really, this section's just here because old habits die hard.

Strawberry tiger; First Tier of Bloodclan

Six months, that was how old her mother had said she had to be before she could go find her father in Bloodclan. So, on the very day she'd reached her sixth month, the young tigress had taken her leave, and headed for Bloodclan. It'd taken her about a week, but after talking to loner after loner after loner for directions, she finally stood at the border. Well, more like fidgeted, she didn't like to sit still for very long.
"Hello?" The strawberry-hued feline called, hoping she was noticeable enough to be found. She was a bit thin for her adolescent age, with a lean torso and long legs, but her massive paws suggested that she still had quite a lot of growing to do. With an impatient huff her pale yellow gaze searched the area around her for any signs of life. As of yet, no luck, but she was sure someone would show up soon. After all, this was Bloodclan, she'd dreamt of coming here since she was a young cub, and now here she was. Ready to join a group that wouldn't tell her not to play too rough or get too rowdy. She had a feeling she would fit in here, considering this group's reputation. All she had to do now was wait for someone to come along, and so she took a seat, her kinked tail tip impatiently twitching back and forth on the ground.
