"You're no help." Fastcry sat down where she was and began sulking and feeling sorry for herself.

Stream eyed the young cat warily before following. She was anxious to see the cat she had raised, but not so happy to be following a complete stranger.

"Miley!" Darkcloud ran after her, distressed and worried for her safety.
Pepperwing liked the way things were going. "Uh... Do you wanna go, um, hunting?" She slurred the words lazily with a smile. She was purring almost to loud to speak.

"Oh? And who are you, Mr. Wise Whiskers or something?" Fastcry was mortified with herself. Ever since she became alone, she'd had never been this snappy. "I don't even know why I'm still here. All I'm doing is getting myself more confused and turned around than I was before, anyway." The she-cat muttered the last sentence under her breath, hoping the tom wouldn't hear.

Darkcloud narrowed his eyes when he saw the tom, staying in the shadows to see how things would play out.
Pepperwing purred, "Perfect! Where do you wanna go?" She asked in that same lazy tone.

Eagle collided with him(if that's alright w/ u), his paws slipping on a patch of wet moss. Stream picked him up by his scruff, ever so gently, and placed him on the ground. Then, she flicked him behind the ears with her tail. "Do you ever do that again!" she hissed. Eagle flinched. Stream's features softened as she turned around to face the unnamed cat. "Thank you..." the she-cat didn't know his name so she shrugged apologetically and let the sentence fade into silence. "What'd you say your name was again?"

it is not, liar! Gathering reaserch is when you go out and look for stuff, not when you go around asking ppl.... Ok, well maybe it is. Nevr mind.

Fastcry growled but as she was going to make a sharp retort, she realized that she really didn't want to go. She hadn't seen any other cats for seasons. It could get lonely sometimes. Well, most of the time. Now here was another cat, willing to talk and listen to her. So instead of turning and walking away, Fastcry just stared dumbly at the tom.

"Star? Then thank you, Star." She thought a little, then blurted out, "Do you have anywhere to stay tonight?" Eagle rolled his eyes and scratched at a flea behind his ear.

"Maybe I don't wanna leave." Fastcry whispered.

Ic: Pepperwing followed Storm, daydreaming about the future.
Darkcloud waited for any sign that the strange cat would hurt his mate.

Fastcry looked up from studying her paws. She carefully studied the tom's face, trying to read his reaction.
