"I am a traveler," Vincentius replied, "and I do not know this land, nor much of the clans who claim it." She paused, noticing the kit's posture, and taking a moment to make sure her own fur was flat. She was not here for a fight. "I'm sorry if I am on your territory," she added cautiously, "May I ask, though, why you are out alone? As I said before, I don't know much about the clans. I'm simply curious as to why they would let a kit such as yourself out alone."

Vincent nodded thoughtfully. "Why?" she asked simply. She was curious more than anything, but if the kit's absence had been noted wherever it was that she lived, the warriors might come looking for her. This worried the light gray cat. She paused another moment before speaking again. "Will your elders come looking for you?" she added, "I'd rather not get caught in a battle or whatnot."

Whitewater nodded to the other patrol masters as they appeared. He, too, waited paitenly for the meeting to begin.

Fuzzypaw had settled down and sat next to Pirahanapaw. She still had energy coursing through her, so she didn't sit completly still, but maybe they could train or something afterword.

Ice, Arctic, and Patched sat near Scratch, although Arctic was still wondering about Scorchpaw.

Fuzzypaw shrugged at Pirahanapaw. "I dunno," she said, "I'm bored." She paused for a moment. "I wish the meeting would start." Her attention, however, was soon diverted to Fawnpaw. "Hi!"

Whitewater dipped his head to Wintercrystal. "Greetings, O' mighty swimming master," he teased.

Fuzzypaw shrugged. "I dunno, what do you think Pirahanapaw?"

Arctic gazed curiously back at Scorchpaw.

Ice glanced around, a tom cat near a tree catching her eye. She tilted her head slightly at his odd behaviour. Wern't clan cats usually with each other?

Vincentius tilted her head slightly hearing about the elders. "Oh," she realized, "by elder, I ment anyone older than you. What about your father? Would he not notice your absense either?" It sure made her feel silly, not knowing much about clans. Elders must have been the oldest cats there, not just those older than you. Perhaps that was what they called Warriors?

Whitewater turned his attention from Wintercrystal to the blue pelted leader. He was silent, although that could be guessed easily.

Fuzzypaw, too, moved to get a view of the leader as she spoke.

Scratch made sure that each of the kits were at his side an paying attention before staring up at Aquaticstar.

Myde and Chocobo followed a couple tail lengths behind Luxord, Demyx and Axel. They were silent, for the most part, unsure of how to act, as neither one of them wanted to be on either of the cats bad sides.

Lea was exploring and breaking off from the group every now and then, sniffing things, trying to get a feel for the territory. The way he saw it is unless the twolegs come back, the twoleg nest is much like a large, somewhat more luxurious, badger den. He didn't have any quarrel with it as of yet, so long as it didn't still stink.

Ienzo was quiet as always, the small blue cat at the rear of the family. He wasn't even related to anyone here, Teyen simply nursed him when Demyx had found him malnourished and abandoned. He didn't remember his mother very much, but he didn't really care. He was, on the plus side, learning how to speak more than his name, although he couldn't follow the conversation the two cream males were having.

"Oh, but of course!" Lea replied, grinning, "I mean, what if dogs or something find the house before we get there, and we had to get away quick, hmm? We'd have to know the territory well enough to get away moderately fast, right?" He bounded over to his father, still grinning, and padded next to him for a few moments. He wanted to be there for the reply, you see.

"What, the twoleg den or the escape route?" Lea asked his father, eyes twinkling with excitement. He turned to his brothers respectively as they spoke. "Teyen?" he repeated at Zexion's question. "I haven't seen her; I thought she would be with you." He turned around to view the rest of the family, although he didn't see her among them.

Lea laughed at Luxord, taking off in the direction that they had came in. Unlike his father, the red tom took to tasting the air and searching for signs of Teyen on things like trees and large rocks. He chuckled to himself thinking back to Luxord, a breeze ruffling his fur as he turned back to Zexion. "Where do you last remember seeing her?"

Character Name: Arius

Character Age: 8 seasons

Gender: Male

Alliance: Loner

Rank: Loner

Appearance: A slender build, he isn't one for fighting and his body shows that. Scars don't litter his pelt, nor is his body bulky or stocky. He generally walks with pride, although that can change depending on who his company is. His fur is short and sleek, most often clean and clear of dirt. His fur is a dark chocolate color with white on his muzzle, paws, chest, and tail tip. His eyes are a light green, and he is medium in size. Not the biggest cat around, but not the runt of the litter, either.

Personality: Arius is an ever acting cat whose seemingly sole purpose in life is finding immortality. He travels to different areas learning of cat's deities and beliefs, although he has found none that can yet grant his wish. He is an excellent actor, and he creates a persona of the ideal cat for any specific group in order to fulfill his quest, although it takes a while to learn all of the information needed for this ideal cat, sometimes a few moons. Once he has gathered this information, however, you can expect him to act his best. Behind these personae, though, he hardly remembers who he really is. When he is exploring a new area, though, he is stern and thoughtful, and may seem wise, though his thoughts are not often lingering on others, and this is probably the closest thing to his real self as you could probably get. He hasn't yet mastered the ability to not flinch, though, and he probably never will, what with his desire to live and all. He dislikes even the thought of death, and avoids sick cats like, well, the plague, and thus he has little knowledge of herbs. He has no quarrel with mating with she-cats, as it is, after all, all in his quest to make himself immortal. Apart from that quest, he has never thought of what he will do if he ever achieves this goal, and he doesn't often bring it up. He doesn't live for knowledge nor just to live life, but rather to live and to not die.
---Likes: Life (as opposed to death), blood relatives (if he does, by some odd change of events, dies, he wants to know that at least his bloodline will go on), himself (not in the cocky, I'm awesome way, but rather he cares for himself more than anyone else he's met, apart from perhaps his remaining sibling, but he hasn't seen him for moons and moons)
--- Dislikes: The thought of death, sick cats, rats, dogs, fights, killing, water deep enough to drown him, same gender relationships
---Strengths: Acting, fighting, thinking quickly
---Weaknesses: Swimming, knowing what herb does what, climbing trees and leaping long distances.

History: Arius has not had a particularly exiting or depressing early life, although he never new his father. He only had two siblings, and his mother was kind and loving. It was during his first winter that one of his siblings died, though he thought of it as stupidity on her part. She had fallen from a tree, after climbing much higher than such a young kit should of climbed. She had been a trouble maker, though, and though curiosity had killed that cat, satisfaction had not brought her back. That was his first experience of death, and he mourned her like any cat would. He was much older, though, after having learned the basics to hunting and fighting, when a rogue came and killed his mother. It wasn't as straightforward as that, but he had been there in her dying moments, and it was then that he began his quest for immortality. He and his remaining sibling stayed together for only a moon before he left that territory, heading for various different areas seeking knowledge that he would soon forget unless it granted his wish. He hardly remembers many of the places he has been before the past couple places.

Roleplay Sample: Arius padded quietly a few tail lengths from the river, his tail swishing expectantly. He knew cats lived here, the scent markers proved that. He was hoping that they were moderately friendly, but he was a couple tail lengths outside the border, or inside, but once he found a shallow spot in the river, he could easily remedy that. He waited, and he listened for approaching cats.

Comments (optional):

Lea nodded in response, trotting a little ways back down the path they had came from. "Teyen!" he called, perking his ears after listening for some sort of answer. "Teyen!" he repeated, his tail flicking worriedly.

OOC: Who plays her?

Name: Alena

Age: 16
Gender: Female
Abnormal? If so Power: Yes; she can control lizards/geckos/salamanders and the like. I’m just going to refer to them as lizards, though. She can see through their eyes, and move them around and basically control them like she is them (only one at a time, though). She needs physical contact to establish the link and almost always has a lizard or two on her person, and while she is controlling one she has no control of her body. It goes limp and such, although she can still feel if anything is touching her or if she’s in pain.

Appearance:
Eye colour: Green
Hair colour: Dark brown, but couldn’t be mistaken for black
Weight: 130 pounds
Height: 5’5”
Body Modifications: She has a solid black tattoo of a salamander curling around her right arm, the head ending on the top of her had, and the end of the tail reaching her elbow.
Other:

Personality (at least 4 sentences):
Alena has a calm before anger sort of look of things, and a flight before fight instinct. She’s a thief, and although she can handle herself in a fight if she needs to, she’d prefer to just get out of there. As this is what she’d prefer, she’s rather good at parkour. She can be friendly, if you’ve got her trust, and she’s sarcastic and curious, along with a smattering of experimental-ness . She doesn’t have many friends or acquaintances due to her less-than-noble profession.

(These don't count towards the sentences)
Likes (at least 3): Being alone, although she won’t say no to good company, Books, and Dogs
Dislikes (at least 3): Cats, birds, fighting
Strengths (Any): Archery, agility and parkour,
Weaknesses (Must have at least 1): She is basically defenseless when controlling a lizard, and although she can sever the link rather easily, she prefers to be able to catch the lizard again once she’s done using it. Plus, controlling the lizard takes a fair amount of concentration and she’s usually left a bit dizzy and out of it for a minute or so afterwards. She also has a hard time trusting both normal people and abnorms, although she’s a bit more friendly to abnorms.

History (at least 5 sentences):
Alena was raised well protected with her older sister. She was taught that abnorms are not to be trusted, and, of course, she believed it. She was 8 when she discovered that she was an abnorm. She had been catching frogs and lizards around the garden and after catching on her body slumped down, limp, and she found herself extremely small and in her own hands. She was startled- obviously, wouldn’t you be?- and had regained her normal body, but once she told her parents (she was 12 when she admitted it) she was shunned and left home.

Behind The Character:

What we can call you: Silk
Activeness: I’m pretty active, I’d probably call it a 7 of 10 right now.

Roleplay example with your character:
Alena stood up slowly, bracing herself against the wall and carefully putting her lizard into his cage. She kind of felt bad for him, strapped against her waist while she ran around, but he was useful, and not sentient anyway. Or, at least, she hoped he wasn’t sentient. She stayed there for the next minute, waiting for her dizziness to subside before climbing to the top of the building she was leaning against, looking for someone who happened to have enough food for her to steal, or water, or something useful.
