Latios blinked, confused. "What's going on?" he asked, glancing around cluelessly. His eyes traveled to the amnesiac Tia, then to the Rayquaza currently almost being chainsaw-ed by Giratina, then to the Reshiram doing whatever. "Oh! Looks like things are well!" This wasn't even sarcasm either. He was so accustomed to this scene that he felt perfectly cheerful seeing it. Rayquaza must be having fun.

"Guys." Latias said sharply, looking from Arceus to Giratina in anger. "This is not the time to be joking around." She felt personally furious at both of the two arrogant legendaries, but the others weren't helping much, either.
"Giratina. Who do you think you are, starting a fight like that?! Does violence solve anything? Will my words get through your thick head? This is the god, the one that created you, and you have enough nerve to try and kill him? Going insane didn't help much, did it?!
"Arceus, will you seriously try to attack someone who's gone insane and is sprouting useless words? Not to mention I think you're holding back on your powers. You could kill all of us in this room right now, but you won't. So take that responsibility and stop acting crazy! And seriously guys, they probably won't listen to any heartfelt confessions. Groudon, thanks for coming and trying to stop them. Latios, GET UP!"
