Cougarsoul was startled. He had almost forgotten the lovely she-cat was with him. "Well, do you want to hunt for a reckless tom?", he said, trying to sooth them both with a little humor.

Snake furiously watched from the underbrush, clawing at whatever was under his paws. This rouge made fun of his tribe! Not to mention the highly helpful clan cats. Warriors arent helpless! They help the weak and take care of those who couldnt take care of themselves. Well, what if you or your mate fall sick and you hadnt yet hunted enough or gathered enough herbs to save you? What then, huh? You'd die thats what. Without a medicine cat or someone else to help you, you'd die. This time he ran as fast as he could, back to his tribe.

Shadow rounded a spur of rock and the deer nearly jumped into his paws. His instinct took over and the deer soon dropped dead under his paws. Even though most wolves didnt belive they were real, he thanked the Great Pack of th Sky for the prey. Suddenly, he scented another wolf. Shadow didnt know what to expect. So, he mearly stood his ground. This was his prey.

Shadow walked slowly from under the tree with his lips parted, panting. He had just chased the duck at the pond and was in search of company. Then he noticed Mia and padded over.

My fav breed of dog is a doberman. they r awesome! Austailian shepards are a close second. i hv 1. it looks like this:

"None. Will you help me get thhat deer before anything else does? Its heavy.", Shadow replied.

OCC: How cute!!!

IC: "Did you catch anything while i was gone?" Shadow asked as they headed towards the deer carcass.

Shadow led the way towards the hunting site and picked up the tender meat, dragging it by the neck towards camp.

Shadow lightly placed his tail across his mate's back in a gesture of affection. "We'll fight for whatever we need." He said reasuringly.

They had arrived at camp to a waiting gaurd, Blue.

OCC: Whats an aussie pack?

IC: "I wouldnt do anything so horrible if we didnt need it. But i wont let my pack starve." He wouldnt let anything happen to his new pack.

OCC: oh. k. whats it gonna b called?

IC: "Thats life." He barked with a smile. Suddenly feeling like a pup again, he went down on his front paws, his tail wagging in the air. "Race ya!" Shadow yelped. He gave a heave and twisted into the air, then ran, not caring if Blue had followed of not.

Shadow gave a friendly growl and tried, to no avail, to trip her up. "Lets go back to camp!" He yelped, skidded to a stop, and turned all in one heartbeat. Now he was in front of Blue, but he knew she'd catch up. She always did.

Shadow stood, panting but not yet tired. "Youre- fast. Really-fast." He said in between breaths.

He smiled. "Hungry?" He asked. Shadow could feel his stomach rumbling already.

OCC:If no one objects, can i hv an alpha in the new pack?

IC: "Yes, it is. We were just about to eat. Want some?" Shadow aksed and backed away to give her space to eat.

OCC: Does Mia want pups? Cuz our pack is kinda small.

IC: "Go ahead." He barked, waiting patiently a couple of wolf-lengths away. He rested his head on his paws. Only when the female alpha had finished would he eat.

"Looks like the only thing you've eaten in moons." Shadow teased. He took a big bite, being the alpha male. Mia was right. It tasted delicious.

OCC: Can you put up a link to the new pack? Or do you guys want me to make it?

IC: Shadow gave a wolfish grin. Mia was the most beautiful canine he'd ever seen, even when her ribs protruded through her ragged pelt. "We should save some for later, when you've finished, Blue. You know, to stock up on meat for the winter. Uh, do you want to hunt with me, Mia? After i get a hole dug thats deep enough for the deer."
