((I need to, though!))
Shikon bent down and reached to scratch Edward behind his ears. "That's odd. He doesn't usually leave on his own." She said. "Maybe he just went out hunting."
((OMG i'm dog sitting for a friend of mine and his dog is sooo sweet!))

Shikon smiled suddenly. She stood up and disappeared without a word into one of the tunnels that lead out of the main cave. She walked down the long, winding tunnel all the way to her library. The large cavern had three large bookshelves, one with books about dogs, one with books about werewolves, and one with books about vampires.
-
((Did I mention that Shikon has a tattoo of a red snake around her left calf? Cuz she does xD))
Shikon went over to a closet at the back of the library, where she had stored puppy chow, dog chow and various other supplies from when Buster was a puppy. "So many memories." She said, grabbing a handful of puppy chow from the bag and stuffing it in her pocket. "Edward!" She called. She didn't expect the puppy to know it's name already or to come, but she called anyway. -
((Well now you know :)))
Shikon looked down at Edward, amazed. She shook her head. "I guess Edward was your name before Jace found you." She said, pulling a piece of puppy chow out of her pocket and cupping it in her hand upwards in front of Edward. "Sit." She commanded. -
Shikon smiled, holding the treat out to him so that he could eat it as a reward.
-
Shikon grabbed another treat from her pocket and held her hand on the floor. "Lie down."
-
Shikon let him have the treat. "That's weird." She thought aloud. "Who would abandon a puppy who's been trained?"
-
Shikon smiled down at the puppy. "Can you...rollover?"
-
"Wow. Smart little dog." Shikon said, getting to her feet. "Why don't we go for a walk?" She started out of the tunnel.
-
Shikon walked into the exit tunnel and out of the cave. She turned and headed for the forest, moonlight reflecting in her red eyes.
-
"Hey!"Shikon pulled her shoe away. "Stop it! These are expensive shoes!" She eyed the puppy for a moment before continuing onward.
-
Shikon didn't hesitate to run after him. "Edward!" She called, but couldn't see the little puppy anywhere. He's going to be a handful! She thought.
-
what? what was it called? What was the name? I NEED TO KNOW!!!!
-
Shikon stopped behind the little dog and reached down to pick him up. "You're a troublesome little dog." She said.
((I'm just curious, what happened to the dark jeans, t shirt and red jacket when he transformed back into a dog?)) -
((I figured xD))
Shikon fell silent, looking around. She could hear the faint sound of rushing water, and decided they must have been near the river that ran next to the forest. "It's too cold to go for a swim." She thought aloud, shaking her head. "Maybe we should just head back to the cave and see if Jace is up yet." -
Shikon rushed over. "I really hope he knows how to swim..." She thought aloud, leaning over the edge to try and spot the puppy.
-
Shikon shook her head. "He's not as smart as I thought he was." She muttered. She knew for a fact that the current of the river was very strong, and that the water itself was almost always freezing cold. The only reason it didn't freeze was because it was moving so much.
-
"Stupid dog." Shikon muttered, getting to her feet. She took off her shoes and socks and then jumped into the river. She swam with the current and quickly reached the puppy. She reached out to try and grab him.
-
Shikon scowled and took a deep breath before going under water. She kicked out with her feet and raced towards the puppy. She reached out once more to grab him.
-
Shikon surfaced, gasping for breath. She looked around and spotted the puppy again. Under normal circumstances, she would have climbed out of the river and left Edward the drown, but she knew Jace would be disappointed if he found out. This is ridiculous! She thought, swimming towards the puppy again.
