    tags"OUT OF MY WAY!"

It was probably her father's fault that Saffronkit was this competitive, treating a game of mossball as if it were a matter of life and death, though her only concern here was that a loss would severely hurt her pride. She despised losing, despised it, and was ruthless enough to not let anything get in her way to victory. She always got what she wanted, and right now, she would get that damn moss ball. It was hers. Like a ball of fire amongst shades of brown, white and black, the hellion of a kitten stampeded through the group of other children as though her little paws were aflame, not giving any care to her opponents when shoving them aside, some to the ground, with her shoulders.

The moss ball rolled, seemingly nonstop, but she was faster, catching up second by second. The end was in sight. The crown was hers once again. Winner winner chicken din- "this must be yours hmm?"

Saffronkit immediately skidded to a halt once the ball was stopped by an older molly, one that she did not recognise well...but the face was still familiar, as was the voice. It had only been a moon since she had gained full access to the rest of the camp, interacting with the bigger cats of the clan. "Yes, yes! That's-" too focused to finish her sentence, her emerald eyes followed the ball as it was flicked back into the air above their heads, instantly chasing after it once again. "THANK YOU!" Saffronkit called over her shoulder.

tags — As much as Saffronkit wished to go beyond the camp entrance and meet the joiners at their borders, she was not going to put herself in a vulnerable position. By entering SkyClan's territory she was essentially breaking a camp rule, and broken rules were often met with punishment, and she was not going to take the risk of finding out what her punishment would be when it could put her apprenticeship ceremony on the line. Six moons was already a long enough time to wait. There would come another time to experience the thrill of rule-breaking without much worry.

Anyways, that meant she was stuck here. There wasn't much to do around camp when everyone else was busy, going on patrols or tending to chores. She figured there was no use in trying to persuade some of the apprentices to play with her, or the warriors for that matter. So that left the other kits, of which there weren't many, but it would do for now. On the plus side, kits were the best to play with when it came to imagination games. They could all play along.

"We attack at dawn! We- we chase the evil out, or we die trying! Who's with me!?" Saffronkit hollered (the volume of her voice made up for her small size) with the might one could expect from her, her battle cry met by the puny cheers of her comrades as she gestured towards the leader's den. In her head, she was picturing a whole clan standing below her, admiring her strength and power. In reality, the only ones present were two other kits. In her head, she was a fearsome warrior, just like her father, readying for battle. In reality, she was still a child with zero experience. In her head, Juniperstar was the usurper of SkyClan and she was going to reclaim her throne. In reality, Saffronkit liked the guy, and would probably throw a huge tantrum if such an event happened where some evil cat waltzed in and messed everything up. Maybe her relentless stomping and screaming would chase the bad cat away...
