"Oh quiet down, I've had enough"
"I guess it's now or never" — Sparkflower
Sparkpaw had no reason to be here, still allowing her injuries to heal and having to stay in a nest all day was boring but that didn't mean she would watch others train. In fact, for her at least, watching the other apprentices train help her to know what was going on. Plus she was also curious to see how Turtledove trained others, after all each warrior had a different method of training and so she allowed her curiosity great the best of her.
The young apprentice's ears swerved to look at them and watched as she instructed the non-injured apprentices about on the low hanging trees, and seeing them made her miss climbing oh so very much but she was certain if Tawnydove or Honeypaw saw her attempting to climb a tree they'll be mad (or not, and just let her learn from her idiotic mistakes). Either way, she couldn't stay stuck in the nest that confined her all day when more interesting stuff was happening outside if the walls that confined the injured apprentice. Her tail curled tightly around her paws while a gentle smile played on her maw, eager to see how Turtledove did her training.

The first to approach was Turtledove who offered to be her look out and Sparkpaw swiftly nodded. "Okay!" she said happily, now it was the waiting game of who was willing to participate in the competition. Her tail anxiously lashed while her green gaze grew wide with anticipation for whoever was next to arrive to the scene, maybe Urchinpaw? Or...Even Slatepaw? Who knows! She was just eager to see who would pop up to her little idea of fun.

Hearing someone speak about teaching the warrior code got Sparkpaw's attention and she slipped to limp over towards the female while a gentle smile approached upon her maw and she settled down to listen in on this. It was always fun to learn more about the warrior code, the thing that defined them as a clan. Ahh...she was also seeing if any of them had any sort of questions about it and her ears swerved a bit to perk up at her. The she-cat's jaw opening before words came flowing out. "Why is the warrior code so important? I mean...Why do we follow it?" she wondered, eyes wide and filled with curiosity.

"Can I accompany you guys? I know I won't be much of help but I do want to stretch my legs out a bit" she smiled at them warmly before stopping besides Turtledove, her tail swishing softly-besides she could always watch from a safe distance and analyze their hunting move. She was pretty sure there was nothing against doing that! If there was than...Someone would have to drag her by her tail back to the clan because Sparkpaw was not going to go back to camp willingly.

Ah...it had been a joke? She shuffled her paws a bit embarrassed at her reaction but it seemed Turtledove had liked her compliment which made her smile at the she-cat before her gaze focused onto their leader who came up to her. Pausing she watched the bluejay feather land at her paw, the pretty blues and whites of the feathers made her hum a bit before she lifted her head to look over the leader thinking of what to say to them. It was indeed a challenge as she hardly knew the leader well, and she always seen him around...so what could she say? "Juniperstar....Your name has a nice ring to it! It's a worthy name for an amazing leader such as yourself" she nodded towards him before her head flicked towards Sundancer, expecting to give the she-cat a compliment but she changed the game and requested her to give herself a compliment. Well...that was a bit startling and also a challenge. What could she say to herself? "Uhm...I guess I have a really good personality and is a good friend?" her voice came out as almost a question as she closed both her eyes and then opening one slowly to look up at Sundancer wondering if she would be satisfied with the apprentice's answer.

She was startled to hear Turtledove's laugh at her remark about the whole situation but then, she explained that Sparkpaw was learning something most warriors don't learn later on? That...was actually really cool! A warm feeling danced from the tip of her paw to her chest at the words of Turtledove as she explained everything to her, even how she herself had received her own injury. Turtledove's accident was when a she had slipped, and of course it had been a mistake but...the way it had happened was during an hunting patrol while Sparkpaw's had been her fooling around and being a complete mouse brained apprentice, and now she was here dealing with her mistakes...it was interesting to hear Turtledove's story and how she handled the situation. "That sounded rough" she told her softly while a gentle smile danced on her maw.
Listening to Turtledove's next tone of advice made her shake her head and frown at her "I won't end up like that, even if I end up with a limp. I am determined to become a warrior and I won't allow a silly limp stop me" she expressed calmly towards the warrior. Limp or no limp, she was determined, she wasn't going to give up-there was no way she could give up truthfully. She figured it would be what Starclan would want, for her to be a warrior she was sure of it.
When the warrior pushed the rabbit back at her she blinked a bit and looked up at the other she-cat to hear her words. It was almost as if she read through the she-cat's emotion and how she felt, it made her...happy in a way and she even seemed to be okay with what Sparkpaw thought and she smiled at her. "I'll also keep those in mind, I am sure the medicine cats don't want to deal with me all day but...I am not as bad as Slatepaw I suppose" she chuckled softly, poor Honeypaw and Tawnydove seemed to have a pawful with that tom.

She had been expecting a no from Whitenose, but he agreed to allow her to come which brought a soft smile to her maw "I promise I'll be careful" she nodded towards him while her tail swished happily, she was grateful they decided to allow her to come, it had been so boring inside of camp and not being able to do much so...it was sort of a relief to hear him agree to let her go-wondering if Sedgeroot would have been a bit disappointed in her for not resting once again. Sparkpaw followed close behind the other two-well as best as an injured apprentice could do at least.

Sparkpaw listened to the words that flowed from Sundancer and her explination of her own questions but before she could say something, Turtledove made her enterance and her gaze flicked over towards the other warrior, at first she thought the two would argue over their thoughts on the question she had asked but then...nothing, they both accepted each other's differences and Sundancer went as far as apologizing and also attempting to explain herself better. How cool is that? "I think...both of your opinions are good" Sparkpaw said smiling happily towards the two she-cats.

Her gaze flashed over to Winterpaw who was next to arrive and she slowly nodded. She didn't know the tom that well but was happy anyways that he had decided to join in on her little compition. "Soon as we get a few more we can start" she said happily towards them while her tail swished happily. It was always great to have others come join the fun, even though she could not participate like the others could at least she could cheer them on.

Her ears swerved towards Winterpaw's words and she tilted her head at him. "How so?" she asked the tom curiously, she wondered why he would think such a thing, to her, she understood that both Turtledove's and Sundancer have similar but yet different opinions on the matter at paw. However, they also seemed closely tied in there beliefs. "Is...it the warrior code thats vague or
..?" she tilted her head trying to figure out what Winterpaw was getting at.

She hardly knew Winterpaw, hardly seen him around, bht of course there were many that she hardly knew that well. She didn't know of his relations or how he saw her. When Virgo had taken her in, she had appreticated it, her mother died due to the unusual heat while her dad? No where, she wasn't trying to wiggle her way into a family, nor did she want to cause tension through it. She saw Virgo as her mother, and she did not know that Winterpaw was...considerably her adopted brother in the process of all this. Her head swerved to look at him before a warm gentle smile played on her maw. "It feels fine! I'm just bored of sitting around in camp instead of going on patrols like you or turtledove here. Frustrating when a bunch of others tell you what you can and can't do" she shrugged before looking at Turtledove expectingly for her answer.

Being stuck in camp was indeed boring, it was hard to find things to do with out another telling her no or shooing her off to go rest. Her ears perked when she heard Sundancer offering up to make gift baskets and she limped over while a gentle smile danced on her maw. "Just tell me what I can do Sundancer!" she said happily towards the female while her tail swished happily towards her eager to help out with as much as she could.

She didn't mind others company, or being disturbed from her little sun ray. The more the merrier! So when she heard Winterpaw's voice her head lifted to face him and she nodded "Its a nice day out, I don't have anything better to do sadly and I'm not sure I call this fun...but enjoy it while it lasts, yeah? Want to join?" she spoked up to him, head tilting at the unreadable tom. She wondered what went through his mind at times, and he like many others in skyclan was a mystery to her.

Sundancer approached next, expressing sympathy towards her with her broken leg about how it held back her training, of course it did but she shrugged softly. It just meant she'll train extra harder for her mentor's sake. She was also happy to hear that she had been helping out in the clan, finding means to do in the camp-though most of the time she was doing stuff with out Tawnydove or Honeypaw's knowlege and this was one of the few times whereas Sparkpaw was actually resting instead of trying to do things that could postpone her healing even more. "It just means I get the chance to work extra harder, and I am sure Sedgeroot wouldn't mind that when I get back to training! I want to make him proud" she expressed towards Sundancer calmly, not only did she want to make Sedgeroot proud but Virgo as well. Hearing the she-cat's offer to take her out on the next hunting patrol she went on made her nod swiftly "I would love that Sundancer!" she spoke happily.

Hearing Winterpaw's words made Sparkpaw slip over, limping to stand near Yewpaw with a frown on her maw. "I'll help her, I kind of helped her in the first place so I should take part of the blame too" she lied, if it meant having to clean up a mess that was pretty big with someone else she'll do it, she felt bad if Yewpaw had to clean something up on her own like that, and besides she thought it was a funny idea in the first place.

Sparkpaw loved flowers, she found them to be beautiful and the different colors of them always caught her attention. So seeing Sundancer wonder around and gather flowers got the young apprentice onto her paw and she began limping over to the other while her tail swished in greeting and she piped up to her. "Would you like some help?" she asked with an innocent look dancing in her gaze

Sparkpaw was happy that Sundancer agreed to her helping out with collecting the flowers, it was hard to come by someone willing to let her help with out concerning over her broken leg, or ask her if she should be resting (something she had gotten use to hearing at this point). "Okay! I won't let you down!" she said happily towards them before she began limping around, picking flowers that caught her interest and even grabbing ones that might look to be of use for Tawnydove and Honeypaw, deciding to put them in their own seperate piles. Hearing Sundancer's explination made a warm purr come from the apprentice and she nodded "I think they'll love it, and I also love the idea you have Sundancer" she prompted towards the warrior encouragingly

When a basket was pushed in her direction and explained it was meant for Windclan, her eyes grew wide. That was where Birdbones was from, but not only that-she had remember going there as a kit for a ally party, the kits were allowed out of camp, chaperone by the elders and apprentice. She thought maybe some flowers as well as some pretty glass moss-balls with feathers would make a perfect gift for them and hearing Sundancer's question made her ear twitch and she nodded "They had a kitten playdate and I got to go, it was huge!" she expressed happily towards Sundancer.

Hearing Sundancer calling to everyone for a sparring session brought the young apprentice over. "I can spectate" she offered up to the warrior with a gentle warm smile on her maw, it was always good to help out within the clan and she was happy that she could also watch and keep track, though she could not spar and sharpen her skills she could at least analyze and watch others-maybe learn a few things from their spars.
