okay. okay. she was going to be okay. but that, that was a huge spider. sure, she was fine with snakes and slimy things. but a spider? she would have deal with it. at least there was no way to lose track of this one. "wow..." she said quietly, watching zen escape the webbing using his quirk. then a new student came in, giving her something else to momentarily focus on. he looked... like a mess to put it kindly.

lacy jumped, having zoned out. "ahh, ha. it's fine koi! that spiders pretty big... and that teacher seems to like 'em. i don't think she'd appreciate anyone hurting it." she smiled up at koi, before glancing around again.

lacy smiled at the two letting out a breath she hadn't realized she was holding. she carefully put her cards away, making sure to not bend them. she fidgeted, nervous and ready for class to finally start.

    ❝ i'm walking the long road ❞

nyx kept to themself, pacing around and swatting at the air occasionally. looking up, they waved half-heartedly at the others when they noticed they had came in. nyx muttered something under their breath, before dropping onto a chair and yawning. stretching their arms over their head, they relaxed into the chair, closing their eyes. "so, gameplan for today anyone?"

    ❝ i'm walking the long road ❞

nyx sighed, they had just sat down too. how rude. but, they got up running a hand through their hair. huh. guess they hadn't put it up yet. clicking their tongue, nyx slipped their hair up, walking and humming as they went. sniffing the air for a quick second told that jun was here. joy. they walked into the room, sitting down and setting their head down. "hey jun." they waved, tilting their head towards the man seeming to be looking past him before closing their eyes to wait until the meeting.

lacy jumped as another student came in, slamming the door open with his foot. she took a deep breath and decided if nobody was going to go up to her, may as well go up to someone else. heck, why not welcome the newest student too. she stood up, putting a big smile on her face and made her way over to koushi. she waved, "hello! i'm lacy. we're doing a project where we partner up. wanna be my partner for it?" she nervously rocked back and forth on her feet.

lacy squeaked, blushing a bit "ah! sorry, maybe we all could work together today?" she half heartedly waved at zen, before clapping her hands together. "well... we'd have to ask the teacher..." she paused. "i mean, i saw his quirk and it's really really cool!" ah, an innocent child she was, how sweet. "umm. my quirk is called magicians trick, i can do like stage magic, but like real! i can make this disappear and reappear, control cards and knives, oh! and illusions! those are really fun!" there she was, back to her bouncy happy self. "ummm... i dunno what else to say haha. how about ya?"

lacy oohed and awed, amazed by the fire quirk. "that is sooooo super cool! like wow! everybody has such awesome quirks!" she squealed, and was bouncing a bit. at least she seemed to be, but if one looked closer, she was actually levitating a little, jumping excited. she waved her hands smiling largely as ever.

she smiled, nodding a bit. "hmm... who could i beat 1v1 without my quirk..." she paused, looking around. she hummed taking in others appearance. "maybe those two sleepy guys, at the very least not lose ha. i'm pretty sure i'm the youngest student here, i'm sure i could use that, my personality and size to my advantage against people." she was thinking now, tilting her head in thought. "i dunno if anybody is skilled in combat, or has ever fought before, that's pretty important... and if anybody has increased strength or the like too." she shrugged. "i dunno, who do you think i might stand a chance against? and yourself too!" she clapped, smiling.

lacy nodded along with what he said, grinning. "that true, that my illusions are my greatest asset, buuuut it's also the hardest part of my quirk to control. i have to make something and hold it, which doesn't sound hard, but it's the part of my quirk that i've had to work on the most, with being able to control my cards or knives the simplest..." she trailed off, thinking.

"him? huh. maybe, but something about him says that he does know how to fight, and has fought a lot before. and yeah, but maybe go for that girl he's talking to in a fight, she seems like she hasn't had to fight before, but it'd be fun with that tail of hers." stretching, lacy hummed a little. "now, maybe koi? she has an amazing quirk, but doesn't seem to have fought much before, but she's spunky. i've never really, properly 'faught', just... dealt with it? if that makes sense. i haven't lived in the best neighborhood for a while now." she laughed a little, laying her head down on the desk. "and my quirk gives me a bit of extra strength, but i'm really, really flexible which helps in fights." she gave a lazy smile, "my big sib taught me how to fight, or well defend myself , so i guess i have that leg up."

lacy hummed, finishing up her morning stretches. she grabbed her hair brush, and raked her hair hissing as the brush hit a snag. snapping a band into her hair, she skipped down to the kitchen singing to herself. she grinned, smiling at her friends. "morning'! how's it going? i hope it's going good so far~!" she chirped, grabbing the rest of the food that drew made. "thanks!" well, wasn't she a morning person.
