⋆ YOU SHOULD SUFFER YOUR PAIN SILENTLY ⋆

Juba saw Draco pad off. If seemed the male did not want to stay for the... lovely scene. Understandable. Juba would leave if he could too, however, as she was talking to him, that clearly was not possible. "Is there a uh um... cure for the illness? And... w-what are you gonna do with..." he was trying to phrase his words right, as if he said it the wrong way it would come off... badly. "Are you gonna raise them in Eden?" he asked slowly, wondering. She had even stated the father was unknown, so she seemed to be on her own. He wasn't going to offer to help, he knew why she came. If something happened to her, if the kids wanted family, he was the only thing they had. Old grandpa Juba, the man who has a kid that hates him and a dead wife and parents. Quite the great life he had.

Juba had known Eldoris, as Juba was here when they were a member. But in a new form, he wouldn't reconize them. And it had been a while, his memories of the male were a bit... blurry to say at least. When he came across them at the border, a smile was on his jaw, his classic friendly smile he has when he sees others upon the border. "Hello there, I'm Juba, one of the Vicar Generals of Wind Haven, how may I help you today?" he asked in a sweet voice.

Juba waddled his way over to the stone where they help meetings, climbing up onto it and promptly sitting down, his tail curling around the stump of a leg he had, his back right leg. "Everyone, please gather for this weeks meeting," he called out across the meadow, quietly waiting for members to fill in before continuing the meeting.

"Alright, to start with, I would like to welcome ATHANASIUS E. , spiritline , and LEONIDAS. to Wind Haven! I hope you enjoy your time here!" he said with a wide smile as he called out welcomes to the three. "I also wanna welcome Lemon and Ninja's five kids, anise , william n. , MELON!!! , Lemon Jr. , and CLEMENTINE - . If you see any horses or unicorns in trees, you know who they are," he stated with a small chuckle and a nod before moving on to other news.

"This week we also have some rank changes! Ver Million , if you like you can move up to Guardian! I would also like to give a shoutout to Draco Reaver-Break , keep up the good work and a promotion may be in your future," he said with a smile, before getting to demotions and warning, the sad sack of potoes of a meeting. "I'm giving a warning to @" HUNTER " (orion), we haven't seen you around much so... um... in a bit of similar news, eridanus r.r.b.x. you are getting demoted. You have recieved several warning and just haven't been around much, but I'm sure you can work your way back up!" he said with a smile, trying to put a happy turn on it. The male then was thinking, was there anything else, he wasn't sure. "I think that is everything. If S. agrees, then all of you can be dismissed," he said with a small nod, eyes glancing S' way.

Juba's eyes widened a bit before a large smile appeared on his maw. "AHh, Eldoris, I didn't recognize you! It's good to see you again. Are you just visiting or planning on staying longer?" he asked with a friendly smile, giving them a nod to welcome them back.

Ahh, news. It seemed they had a leadership change. He didn't know the old leaders personally, nor the new one, the one filling in that is. It had seemed everything turned out well, the Thunderlands handled everything themselves, which was good. Wind Haven didn't have to get involved, happy ending.

⋆ YOU SHOULD SUFFER YOUR PAIN SILENTLY ⋆

Juba was arriving a bit late, but hey, better late than never right? He arrived, quietly sitting down, listening to what he was able to catch. Juba was, of course, the Vicar General, one of the two, but before that he was a simple Abbot. A life he missed, just hanging out with his plants in the infirmary. When he wasn't doing important duties, he pretty much lived in the infirmary, his favorite place of all time. So when he had time, he liked to sit in and listen to others talk about herbs. Elder trees, that had some uses, the plants that grew on them and the berries, and moss, he knew some stuff about those too. Usually he didn't use moss unless it was needed to collect water, as he believed there were better options that they had access too currently.

Juba slowly waddled his way over on his three lovely legs, a smile on his face. "Good day there!" he called out in greeting. "How is the Dark Dynasty doing?" he asked with a small tilt of his head. It seemed, based on their statements it was doing the same as always, but he was a bit more curious, doing well, doing bad, everyone dying? What was happening in the bamboo lands?

⋆ YOU SHOULD SUFFER YOUR PAIN SILENTLY ⋆

Juba didn't realize Cassiopeia farmed, or had a garden. Maybe he really was living in a bubble, a rocky bubble. He could hear their conversation, and slowly made his way over, hopping a bit on his three legs. "Well, I don't know if he got better, did you see his kid in a tree?" the male asked with a chuckle. Juba shouldn't really be talking about how good of a parent someone is, with his one kid he surely wasn't, and it was probably good he hadn't had any more, mainly because he hadn't met anyone that had peaked his interest since his deceased wife. "What exactly are you planting?" he asked in a bit of a subject change, tilting his head to the side slightly.

⋆ YOU SHOULD SUFFER YOUR PAIN SILENTLY ⋆

Lemon's and Ninja's children were quite the... excited... children. Had a lot of energy they did, way to much for the old maned wolf to handle. Yes, Eldoris could handle them from here, he had no business in family drama. "Don't scare off the man," Juba said with a laugh as he dipped his head towards Eldoris. "Feel free to stay for as long as you want, but if you'll excuse me," the male said with a smile as he turned on his heels and headed off, probably to organize some herbs.

⋆ YOU SHOULD SUFFER YOUR PAIN SILENTLY ⋆

Juba heard S talking about telling a story, and this left him... visually concerned. He was worried what story she would be telling, so he came over and sat down. Just in cast they needed damage control, he did not trust her enough to not say something rude. Though, most of Wind haven was used to her and probably wouldn't react, but you never know with the new kids running around, they were a crazy bunch after all. "What type of story are you planning on telling?" he asked suspiciously, fidgeting his legs a bit as he sat there.

⋆ YOU SHOULD SUFFER YOUR PAIN SILENTLY ⋆

Juba often did exercises. Which really only consisted of walking. It was a way to build up strength in his legs. He only had three, so they needed to be strong if something were to happen. So he could protect himself in case of danger. He considered carrying a knife on him at all times, but then he decided that might be a step too far. However, something drew him away from his thoughts. An unfamiliar at the border, one that smelled of Volary Flights. He could smell the right away. Juba could also smell the plants in their basket. He assumed they must be an ambassador or just someone with gifts. Based on the smell they had plants, he wondered if there were any special herbs that grew only in their area. Of course, this excited the leader and medic of Wind Haven. "Good day there!" he called out in a friendly tone. "I'm Juba, one of the Vicar Generals," he said with a sweet smile.

⋆ YOU SHOULD SUFFER YOUR PAIN SILENTLY ⋆

Juba was about to say nothing else, but then Lemon Junior starting speaking, and a sigh escaped from his mouth. "Um... Lemon... there is no prize besides for the title, you can uh... brag about if you like," he said with a bit of a sheepish smile. He felt like the child wouldn't like his answer all that much. However, now wasn't the time. He then looked to S and gave a small smile. "No, I have nothing else, that's all," he said with a grin as he turned to look out at the crowd of Haveners.

⋆ YOU SHOULD SUFFER YOUR PAIN SILENTLY ⋆

Juba could hear a commotion. Sounds like Ninja and Lemon's kids are at it again, he thought with a sigh as he slowly made his way over. And they were, but a guest was here, which brought up his spirits greatly. "Hi there!" he said with a bright smile. "I'm Juba, one of the leaders here. I see you meant uh... Leon and the other is Clementine. The uh... lady there is S, a leader as well. I can't promise anything about an alliance, but I would love to talk about your reasons why and how we would be able to benefit each other!" he said grinning ear to ear. He hoped his introduction was good enough that they didn't give off too bad of an impression. If only he had arrived quicker.

⋆ YOU SHOULD SUFFER YOUR PAIN SILENTLY ⋆

Juba's hearing was pretty good. The only thing not right with the man was his walking ability, everything else was top notch, well, maybe not his age. He felt old, maybe because he was almost four already, even though it wasn't even that old. The barn, well... Yes, it didn't look all that stable, but with some cleaning up it would look brand new, he really needed to get on that. "It should be safe," Juba responded to Lemon's mumbling as he hobbled closer over. "You building some pens?" the asked quizzically. He liked that people were finally starting to use the barn, it just kept collecting dust, and that was a bit saddening.

⋆ YOU SHOULD SUFFER YOUR PAIN SILENTLY ⋆

Juba himself wasn't really a farmer, at least not with animals. He had no interest in cleaning up after cows and sheep, and surely not chickens. He would leave that to the Farmers, they could do that, he would just buy produce off of them later, it would be much easier like that, especially for himself. However, that didn't mean he couldn't help clean up the barn. The sooner it was clean, the quicker the use of it would be. People were wary of it, mainly because it looked liked it might collapse on them at any moment, and that was not good for business, not at all. "Everyone, I'm going to start cleaning up the barn if anyone wants to help, I have some rags and buckets of water to start with!" he called out as he headed his way to the barn, floating buckets and rags around him. Thankfully, he did have telekinesis, so carrying things were not a problem for him. He was pretty strong, a bit less so with three legs, but he often flexed his strength to the limits anyhow. Once arriving, he set down the buckets and rags. He himself, floated a rag around his head, only to dip it into the water, and start cleaning up the building. This was probably the best way, at least for him. He could sit down and clean, not stress out his leg, and even reach the high places without having to climb or fly, which he could only do one of those, and not even well.

⋆ YOU SHOULD SUFFER YOUR PAIN SILENTLY ⋆

Joiners, returners. People came and went constantly. Some returners had been here during his year here, well... almost a year, it would be in a moon or two. However, he just didn't remember them. This one, he didn't believe he had met them, and had hobbled over on his lovely three legs, the fourth bit a stump. He gave a small nod, but did not say anything. Kira had said the important things, he would wait quietly for the returners response.

⋆ YOU SHOULD SUFFER YOUR PAIN SILENTLY ⋆

Juba's reasons to go to the river were quite different from most peoples. He did not go to enjoy the peace or to swim, he went to collect herbs. There were some herbs that liked to grow near or within rivers, or at least more common there. And reeds were here, with all the kids climbing trees, he would probably need more reeds, he was certain of it. And so he came to harvest some of these plants. "Hello there, Ver. I didn't expect to see you over here, swimming again?" he asked in a kind voice as he started to pull up a few plants by the riverside.

⋆ YOU SHOULD SUFFER YOUR PAIN SILENTLY ⋆

Juba held back a worried sigh. Great, she is gonna steal all the kids teeth. He wasn't going to stop this, if the kid willing started putting out teeth for the 'tooth' fairy, that was for their fathers to fix. He gave a disappointed shake of his head, and looked at the two oldest out in the crowd. Please tell me they don't believe her, I need a little hope in this world.

⋆ YOU SHOULD SUFFER YOUR PAIN SILENTLY ⋆

A lot of discarded items and trash. He wondered who had scatted it about. "What a good job Clementine! You picked up a lot of trash!" he praised the foal. He only praised in words, no head pats, nothing like that, it wouldnt be appropriate, as they had no relation, only members of the same group. "Maybe we can burn it? That should be safe as long as its controlled," he said aloud, more of to himself than anyone else. It wouldn't be good to leave a pile of trash around.
