    They'd be a Saluki/Borzoi mix with a loner name like their parents, carrying the Aurelianus-Harbringer-Darling surnames and the Castellanos surname if Hy wants to use it. I thiiiink they'd be like 8 months old at the moment. Avenoir plays a sibling already so there are currently two pups. I think there will be two or three more that we adopt out in the first mass adoption.

    They both would've been raised under the Luxum religion due to the empire's following of it. Other than that they're in the running for Heir of the empire.

    INTRODUCTION --

    The Maelstrom Empire is a secluded yet proud Proclan. After being released from the clutches of Emperor Raaz Khannling two years ago, the empire has finally recovered enough to once again accept members. The current Dynasty is headed by Empress Kaia Aurelianus Harbringer Darling, and her fiancee Emperor Eldoris Castellanos. Currently their colors include Teal and Gold. This is a clan that takes alliances seriously, they will not be given out like candy.

    EMPEROR AND EMPRESS

    The duo that leads the Empire, the person who becomes leader first is the head of the current royal family, and their least names are passed onto the heirs first and foremost. Currently Kaia is the head of the Aurelianus royal family.

    HEIR TO THE CROWN

    The next in line for the throne, the eldest out of the royal bloodline who is most fit for the role. They have as much power as the Royal Vizier, but work closely with their parents to prepare for their ascension.

    Acts in the place of a deputy, they head the royal council made of the clans advisers and noble family heads. The most trusted confidant of the royal family.[/b]

    ADVISERS

    [i]Part of the royal council, they preside over specific functions of the clan. There are four advisers, Business, Morale, Defense and Manufacturing. Business handles alliances and trading partner relations, Morale handles the happiness of the clan and all inter-clan event suggestions, Defense handles enemy relations and the safety of the people, Manufacturing handles the making of the trade items specific to the empire.

    PRIESTS

    A rank outside of the normal hierarchy, they are the most devoted to Naleren and organize events related to the spirit. They also preside over weddings and crowning ceremonies. All Priests are entrusted with the health of the clan.

    KNIGHTS

    A position entrusted with the day to day protection of the clan. Instead of moving up ranks when all adviser positions are filled, knights can be given the honor to become a royal guard and protect the royal family. Those who have earned this will be marked with a crown.

    SQUIRES

    [i]A semi-high position entrusted with the task of welcoming new members and running errands. Each squire is assigned to a knight, and is expected to help the knight preform their duties.[/b]

    TRADITIONS & RELIGION --


    LUXUM - The Empire follows the religion of Luxum though it is not required. Any ill speaking of the religion will be looked down upon and those found to be following Dherog or any other maliciously aligned religion will be cast out of the empire. It is not unusual for people to leave their offerings in the glowing cave if they do not wish to make the journey to the yawning grotto. One can also 'dine' with the spirit as they tell them what worries them. This is done by having a meal inside the cave and then throwing the scraps into the ocean.
