*:・゚✧ loneliness was something he often felt. he hated feeling it too, as the lion was always desperate for attention and love. not exactly his proudest thing, but he didn't care. he wanted attention. or rather, he needed it. all the lack of it from his abusive mother left him yearning for it. love, too. he needed to be loved and it was unfortunate how far he was willing to go for it. killing. torture. anything, just for 5 seconds of praise, or a promise of love. just was the life of the deputy warden. upon seeing the maned wolf, the lion tilted his head to the side, slightly shaking his mane. he didn't drink like the other, but he would if offered. he just had no real desire to. "hey. mind if cicero joins you?" he did enjoy stargazing a lot. just one of the few things to keep his mind off of emotional and mental turmoil.

*:・゚✧ drunk. he didn't care. if that made jersery feel better, then it would be alright. though it did make him worry. an intoxicated being was a difficult one, and he did not want him to hurt himself. after allafter after head been times, in the rare times he did, that he had some stupid drunken injuries. "ah, so you.. know him." he spoke up, the lion's red gaze moving over as his body perked up. "well, cicero is cicero, and uh, he knows there is joining rituals, but right now you are.. drunk, right? let him just get you inside and get you some coffee." he muttered, looking towards the three, as his ears twitched back.

*:・゚✧ cicero immediately found himself sitting beside jimin, pressing his body against the smaller hellhound, in an attempt to feel comfort from the warden's presence. he needed it. he was struggling to keep himself from going feral, but jimin did help. "its nice to meet you all. cicero is cicero, the deputy warden. he likes hanging out with you guys, and making sure you're all okay, and cicero hates disrespect. it makes him really sad." he shifted himself, tail waving in a greeting before turning look at his paws. he couldn't be around too many right now.

*:・゚✧ maybe it was because he was trying so hard to distract himself from the overwhelming burning in his throat, or maybe it was just because cicero felt like he hadn't gotten enough attention lately. he hated not having any, honestly, and he couldn't help that he was so desperate for it. some people could be alone, and be left by themselves, but even through all the times he had been hurt, he just became dependent on the idea of being cuddled. he didn't want sex or anything, he just wanted attention. even bad attention would work for him. "heyyyy... someone come bother cicero." he whined, as he pushed himself on to ground, rolling dramatically on the floor. he looked like a big kid, but he didn't really care. he needed the attention.

*:・゚✧ he didn't want to do this. he didn't want to do this. this was a bad idea. a bad idea. terrible. terrible. terrible. but, he had to. his mother was already so upset with him, and cicero did not put it past her to kill him. he had a lot of bad things going on, but he hadn't wanted to die. he would miss jimin, and yuuka, and helix. he couldn't... he had a bad feeling about this. he was going to regret this, he knew he would, but he had to do it. he couldn't not do it. "cicero.. has to do this.. oh.. gods he doesn't want to." he whimpered as he began to pace back in his cell. his throat still burned from lack of feeding, but that was the least of his worries. he had to end this all. regret was already beginning to choke him out, though there was no backing out. his mother's voice still echoed in his head daily. he had to make it stop.
as he dragged his paws out of his cell, he made his way down to where the prisoners were held, his stomach twisting uneasily at the difference scents, especially the scent of stale blood. his mouth began to water for a moment, before he just bit his tongue, trying to remind himself to control himself. he was not ready to give in to being a vampire, and he would hold back as long as he could. he knew jimin said nothing worked but something had to. his eyes trailed to the cell where benny laid, beat up, and seething anger. cicero knew that this would be his last day, but he still.. wanted to give the other a chance to hear an apology, and to apologize too. if he didn't.. well it wasn't going to go well at all. "hey.." crimson orbs steadied upon the black pelt, mixed with dry blood, and injuries, all from him. "what the fuck you want? back to break another one of my legs, you worthless twerp?" the snarl was enough for cicero to flinch back, his rounded ears smoothing themselves against his mane, before he just sighed. "he... he just wanted.. to apologize.. and to see if you were sorry for hurting him. he never did anything to you.. and now he can't sleep very well.. still he is sorry."
he twitched his nose back, as the wolf just snorted with a laugh. "oh, you think I care about your half-assed apology? how about you do me a favor kid." benny stood up weakly, pulling his paws against the bar, snarling slowly, before he reached out, his claws deeply digging into cicero's muzzle, the lion pulling back with a wince. "go fuck yourself. I ain't apologizing for shit. in fact, give me the chance, and I'll torture you again, just to hear your screams." he laughed as he pulled back, a cough shaking his entire body, as he fell back down, with a weak wince, his gaze turning back to the lion. "oh, what's the matter? scared?" he taunted, as cicero just shifted his weight, his gaze glossing over. "yes.. he.. he is scared." he admitted, before he pushed his way into the cell, closing the door behind him, his eyes closing. "but mostly... he is scared of you." without another warning, he was pinning down the wolf, his gaze gluing to benny's throat. he could hear the blood rushing through it, and his heart beating. "he can't.. he can't do this.." he began to murmur to himself, wincing before staring at the wolf beneath him. "cicero is sorry. please.. forgive him."
before he could stop himself, he was digging his sharp ivories into the other's throat, ignoring the horrible noises that came from him. as the blood began to seep into his mouth, his pupils began to constrict, and soon he was draining the wolf, unable to stop himself. he just kept drinking and drinking, every drop more satisfying than the last, before he pulled back, his eye momentarily closed as he took a few quick breaths, tongue absentmindedly drawing over his muzzle, before his body was quickly overcome with shock. he pulled himself off the body, ignoring the blood from the small wound upon his muzzle, as his chest began to hurt. "he did it... but he.. he just..." he felt tears falling down his face, whimpering slightly. "don't hate him.. he just did what his mama said.. that's it. that's all he did.. he just did what his mama said."

*:・゚✧ gods he did love chocolate but he couldn't even eat it, and that was thanks to helix. though he didn't exactly blame the caracal, but his fate in that was inevitable. still, he would eat anything that yuuka made. he didn't exactly understand why he was trying so hard to get his attention hurt, he was. made that was because he was always so desperate. momentarily looking over at helix, he flashed the other a small smile, which disappeared the moment he turned away. though, it managed to resurface as he looked over at the other, bouncing on his paws in an almost excited manner. oh, this looked like a total mess, but cicero was more that willing to help. "hey yuuka!" he purred excitedly, trying to figure out a way to fix this. "do you need any help? cicero can help! cicero would love to help you.m that is if you want it! you don't have to but thought he'd ask."

*:・゚✧ cicero gave a small smile, before he found himself sitting down, his tongue drawing over his mane, his eyes moving to the bottle with a small shrug. "ah, sure. he can drink." he grabbed the bottle, taking a few swigs of the bottle, wiping off the excess with his tongue before twitching his ears back, stretching his body slightly. "have you been settling in well? he knows he tried to help you at the border but you'd much rather of been drunk, which is okay." he rubbed his muzzle slightly, aiming to drink from the bottle again. "well, he does hope you are fitting in well. the exiles is an odd place."

*:・゚✧ cicero's entire demeanor was quick to change when jimin had approached. his large paws for a moment wrapped around the hellhound, his ears perking up at his question, before his ears pushed back, gaze darting away from his friend as he let out a small laugh, trying to act a lot less bothered than he really was. "he is okay. he just wanted some attention, is all." he rubbed his paw against his cheek for a moment, gaze sticking towards yuuka who had insisted he wanted a hug too. his tail flicked back and forth with somewhat of an excitement, gesturing towards the other. "come get one then!" he purred, his eyes starting to close politely, before his head turned towards helix. the air between them had been rather... awkward to to be honest. he wished it wasn't but he couldn't do too much about helix feeling guilty. "you too helix. cicero needs the attention.. please."

*:・゚✧ it was debiru. the prisoner was debiru. his stomach twisted and turned in knots, while he was left with a dilemma. what was he supposed to do? before he could even reply, jimin had taken action to protect him, and cicero's mind was made up just that quick. protect jimin. protect debiru. surely the other exiles wouldn't like it, but he didn't care. he didn't care at all. after all, they would have to be out of their mind to even try and attack any of them, now that cicero was involved. cicero hated violence, he did he did. but nothing mattered when his friends were involved, especially jimin. the warden. he deserved the respect, because he had earned it. and ignis had obviously lost his mind, for the sake of damaskrose. "jimin hasn't lost his mind, but obviously you have!" the low hiss came from cicero as he was picking himself up, pushing himself between jimin and ignis, ignoring the electricity upon ignis' pelt. he was still smaller. and the deputy warden had already proven he did not like it when authority was challenged. it was a bad move. it was a bad move. "if jimin says stop, it means stop. or have you forgotten that he is the warden? does cicero have to remind you of their ranks? cross that line, ignis, and you will be demoted faster than you can say 'shocking.'" he was not moving, his eyes only ever peeling from ignis, to damaskrose. if they were smart enough they would stand down. they would not even attempt to do this. ignis had obviously lost his mind. he expected such behaviors from dama, but not the one who had made olympia's life so much better.
; I DON'T WANNA BE YOU, ANYMORE ;
-
*:・゚✧ there had to be a way to convince dama to let deb go. there had to be a way. his eyes closed for a moment, as he looked over at damaskrose, before speaking up. "what if he gives you something else? better wings. large, black. you can have them.. if you leave debiru alone. " he promised, before his head turned back to ignis. was he serious? he wanted to spar with cicero? bad idea. bad idea. bad idea. they had to have known how much he hated violence. "you want to spar cicero?" he pushed ears back, the crows managing to ruffle their feathers as they started to circle over his head. "okay. okay, fine." he was reluctant to agree, but he had to. he wasn't weak. he wasn't weak. ignis would figure it out. damaskrose would figure it out. they all would.
; I DON'T WANNA BE YOU, ANYMORE ;

*:・゚✧ they asked the appropriate questions, and so cicero didn't feel the need to much say anything. he perked his ears, his paw grabbing towards the basket, before a smile pushed upon his face. "thank you can cicero help you at all? what brings painted brigade to this side of the canyon?" he asked, tail lashing back and forth, though there was a lack of hostility in his demeanor. maybe he should of been more hostile. but he couldn't help it. cicero was not someone who really was violent, even if it was engrained in his nature. he held back. he didn't have any desire to hurt anyone, right now.

*:・゚✧ the smell of blood was making his mouth water. he had to hold back, because this was not the time to be drooling like a pathetic dog. he wasn't hungry. he wasn't hungry. still, he had to hold his breath to keep himself in check. was this what his life would be now? barely able to control himself just at the mere scent of copper? his ears pushed back, as he looked at the mess that was being made, eyes shutting at the unpleasant sounds, before he cleared his throat, tail lashing. "uhm... he is glad you're... enjoying yourself. but," he paused, trying to hold his breath again, eyes slowly blinking back open. "please clean up.. your mess." his gaze casted towards the oddly duo, his paw placing itself on his nose, the smell becoming overwhelming.

*:・゚✧ he didn't have the best of luck with family. it wss almost as if he was just filled with bad omens, and he ran everyone he loved away. he could still remember when his older siblings had left home. no, it wasn't his fault. he wanted to believe that. it was just their time to leave, and to go on and do new things with their lives, but it didn't make him feel any less at fault. after all, his mother had made him feel horrible about it. "it was your fault they left, cicero." she said, and he could still hear her voice ringing in his ears. "they left because they hate you." he didn't believe they hated him. no. he didn't. but it didn't make that any less painful. after all cicero only wanted to love and be love. to be praised for his good behaviors. or even the bad ones. still, his family was complex. his mother hated him, and his father left without a word. lethaldeception tried to tell him that there was a scent. that maybe a rogue took him, but his crows insisted that his father hated him too.
he didn't want to think about it, anymore. his paws aimlessly wondered around the borders, double checking the scent markings of the other patrol. it wasn't like he didn't trust them, he just felt better walking along the borders sometimes. his nose twitched back and forth as his red eyes closed, feeling oddly serene, and a sense of familiarity. his head turned away, as his rounded ears seemed to perk up. what was that? and why did it sound so familiar? "huh?" he picked up his pace, quickly halting as he stared at the lioness, strikingly familiar to his mother, yet her aura was beautiful. so soft. so kind. so much.. like his own. "....aurelia?" his voiced seemed to crack, so filled with emotions that he couldn't even keep it together. tears began to stream down his face, as a smile pushed onto his muzzle. "it's him.. it's cicero.." gods please let her recognize him. as if his eyes wasn't a give away, maybe his voice and way of speech would be. he didn't know what he would do if his own sister had not known who he was.

*:・゚✧ he knew debiru. he has talked to the sad creature a few times before.. he just left. he left, and maybe cory had said he was a traitor? oh, he didn't know. he couldn't remember, which was so unlike him, but this was not about him and his currently failing memories, but rather about the present. what was happening right now. cicero hated to see debiru like this. so beaten. so weak, and fragile. the smell of blood was so overwhelming, and he was trying his best to keep it under control. he hated that he was having such a hard time, but he had to keep it together. after all, he and jimin had worked so hard to make sure that no more harm had come to him. he couldn't allow him to die. surely deb wanted to go home.. because the exiles.. the exiles was not his home. not anymore. though, it was unclear as to whether or not he ever called such a place home. such a horrible place with criminals and murderers. jimin hated it. cicero hated it, too, but he was just as guilty as those below him in ranks. he had tortured. he had killed. just because he regretted it, did not make him any less at fault for such things. "debiru?"
he called out the name tentative, a basket in his jaw of bandages and splits. so much work he had to do. so much work, and not enough time. he could use his healing power, but not for everything. and gods, he wasn't sure if it would stop the pain. upon looking at the gruesome wounds that lay across his back, he felt weak. sick. his back began to hurt, as the phantom pains of his own wings that he had once being ripped from his body left him feeling dizzy. tears burned at his eyes, as the began to stain his fur, though he still stepped forward. get over it. get over it. get over it. he reminded himself over and over again, though it didn't hurt any less. "can he help you? here.." he tried to keep his voice from cracking, as he grabbed a few pieces of gauze, attempting to press it against the bite wound that was across debiru's neck. it seemed to be somewhat of the worst of it, other than the broken bones and missing wings. those were just as bad.

*:・゚✧ he shouldn't of been surprised anymore. the jester was used to such theatrics as everyone who joined always seemed to have something wrong with them. cicero was of no exception. after all, he could often be seeing crying and laughing hysterically when doing things that could of been seen as cruel and unusual. he may of felt bad after, but he still did them. somehow, the scent of death is still something that bothers him, and as the large lion presses his body against jimin's, his red orbs reach the crimson gaze of the clown in front of him. "welcome. cicero is cicero and.." he paused in his own introduction, ears flicking back at the sound of damaskrose asking for the corpse. she was an odd child. a rebellious one, who thought everyone other than her weak. it would be her demise. it would be her downfall. she needed to learn her place. learn her place, they echoed. but right now, she was of no threat to him, or jimin, and if she knew what was best for her, she would keep it that way, and just allow her thoughts to remain as such. his gaze turned back to the dinosaur, raptor of sorts, before he just turned, and blinked back to the other. they had not known just how ferocious jimin could be, so he would keep his mouth shut on that front. if they so wanted to test the warden, then that would be a mistake. "whatever you do with it, don't leave the corpse out. last thing cicero needs is.. an infeststion of things." his tail lashed for a moment, before he just sighed. he was trying so hard to be social, but he could barely do it. the jester was not in a joking mood, nor a very jolly one.

*:・゚✧ the lion's ears would perk up with a slight curiosity as the maned wolf spoke of alcohol, or rather being drunk as a result of drinking, was an easy way of feeling numb. he would have to keep that in mind. sure, he's drank before but never to forget, even though flynn, a prisoner here, had showed just how bad his dependency on alcohol was, because he had wanted to forget. still, cicero would not comment on that. it was not his place to do so, and it was obvious that the maned wolf regretted speaking such things aloud. "oh, right. velveteen is your sister. well, either way, I hope you enjoy it here. we may be murderers, but we aren't all as terrible as others may think." he was mainly referring to jimin. cicero wouldn't dare speak of himself that way. after all, he hated himself so much, that all he could ever think about when it came to himself, was negative put downs. so, he refrained from talking about himself, unless he was asked to do so. "ah, a game? like twenty one questions, or more like truth or dare, less so dare?" he began to rub his muzzle with his large paw, before he just nodded. "since you suggested it, you can go first. ask him anything you want." he would answer it, no matter what it was, and maybe that was a bad thing. he was a little too trusting with his personal information, if he was asked.

*:・゚✧ debiru flinching and begging not to be hurt, quite literally hurt him. did debiru forget that about cicero? probably. he wouldn't doubt it. after all, cicero's looks had waived and with the bad reputation of the exiles, everyone should of just assumed that they were going to be hurt by him. he was unpredictable, anyways, even if he tried his best to be passive and never to hurt anyone. it just wasn't how his life went. "debiru.. he.. he isn't.. he won't hurt you... he is here to help.." he insisted, moving to push a small piece of prey, as the exiles were not exactly doing too well in that department, and moving back to treat the wounds again, trying to be as delicate and gentle as he could be. it was hard. these wounds were vicious, and full of hatred. brutal, and unforgiving. he was trying his best, he really was. "cicero is going to press down, okay? it.. might hurt a little bit but he just doesn't want to keep bleeding. and then he is gonna.. clean the wound." he was trying to walk the other through it. last thing he wanted was to scare the poor soul anymore, and seeing him so broken was making him hurt deeply.

*:・゚✧ he melted into the touch of jimin, before his entire body perked up. she remembered him! his paws carried him forward as he pressed against his sister, aiming to lick the top of her head. despite him being younger, she was still bigger than her, but he didn't care. he was so excited to see his sister. "cicero is better now that you are here! he is the deputy warden, here.. are you going to stay? are you going to stay with cicero?" he asked, his eyes lighting up, before turning to jimin and helix. "this is jimin! jimin is cicero best friend. he loves him." he purred, gently nudging his friend before turning to helix. ah, they hadn't really... talked since helix has turned him into a vampire against his will. he would have to tell his sister about it later, among other things. "that's helix. he is cicero's friend, too." he hoped. he wasn't very upset about the whole vampirism thing, or at least not upset at helix for it.
