Trying to keep his injured leg off the floor, Mantis stumbled up to a strange-smelling jungle. He couldn't tell what the smell was at first, (mainly because he only has two brain cells) but as he got closer, he could distinctively smell the aroma of creatures such as himself. Because he had no common sense, he decided the best thing to do was to shove his head close to the ground to see if he could track the scent of whatever the hell was inhabiting this jungle. As he was sniffing, he got lost in thought and remembered how he'd found himself here.

At a young age, his mother was an abusive son of a bitch. She would kick him out, hurt him, but for some unknown reason, even to himself, he always came back. This time, however, she didn't let him back. When trying to get back in to his mother's den, she proceeded to bite and scratch him, and she eventually pushed him out, which caused him to break his back leg.

But, as he regained his focus, he found himself even more fascinated than ever before. To extinguish this curiosity, Mantis called out, "Hello?"

Mantis really didn't know where to start. "Well, it's a long story, but, my mother kinda broke my leg and now I'm homeless!" He sighed. "What I'm trying to say is that, a: I need a home, and b: do you have any way that I can get over this massive pain in my leg?" As he asked this, he put his leg down. It didn't hurt as bad as it did back when he first broke it, or when his mother first broke it, but it still hurt extremely badly. He looked up at this feline with his cobalt eyes, and laid down to give his leg a bit of a rest.
