Demi stumbled around. She had come from another clan, but she got separated from them and so she was once again wandering around. She was dizzy with pain, but it wasn't really physical in the sense that you couldn't see it. See, she had the power to take away other's pain, and so she used it on anything that she thought was in pain. But, that only tranferred the pain to her, but at least the animal that she had healed went away well. But her right eye hurt, as did her left hind leg. The only visual hurt she had was a wound that had been cared for already, though fresh blood was starting to seep through the cobwebs again from her constant moving. She looked around, having no idea where she was. "Hello?" she called, wondering if anyone could hear her.

Demi continued to wander around. Did no one live here?

"What are the three herbs used most for travelling?" Strawpelt asked Argentpaw.

Iriskit bounded in. "Hey, aren't those poppy seeds?" she asked Kitchensink. "Can you teach me some herbs? I know the basic ones, like poppy seeds, and cobwebs, but not too much else." She looked to Kitchensink and blinked.

Iriskit nodded. She knew what cobwebs were. But when Kitchensink pointed at the other herb, she frowned. She had seen it around the place, and in here before, but she didn't know what they were. She only knew the basic ones, like cobwebs, and poppy seeds, and goldenrod. She shrugged and looked at the other kits who knew more.

Again, Iriskit shrugged. These weren't anything that she knew about! But it was interesting to learn about them. She soaked all the information in, and her eyes grew wide. She was learning so much!

None of these were basic, and it was definitely interesting to her. One more herb that she could use, she grinned. "That one looks like a daisy, I think," Iriskit said and blushed. She was probably wrong, but hey, she wasn't that old or knowledgeable! "What is it?" she mewed, and frowned. So many things she was learning today! She couldn't wait to tell her parents all about this stuff. They'd be so impressed, she thought, and studied the herb. It looked like daisy, but at the same time, Iriskit wasn't sure that daisy had anything useful in them. They were larger too, much larger than the daisies that she found around the edge of camp.

Oaktooth woke up from his refreshing rest. He stretched, then went outside the warrior's den. He heard Windstar's call to Whisperbreath, and as he padded closer, Windstar's request for a hunting patrol. That was exactly what he needed, he decided. "I volunteer to help," Oaktooth called, unsure if he should enter the den or not.

Hello! I've recently decided to start roleplaying on this site again!

I'm going to make a kitty, Melodiouspaw, and I was wondering if anyone wanted to roleplay with her? She's super shy, but she loves to talk about plants!

Wow! Just what Melodiouspaw needed, the shy female thought. She smiled softly, ready to get out there. She didn't really mind being late out of the gate. Hopefully, she wouldn't be penalized for it, though. She'd really like to be a medicine cat apprentice.

"Careful! You need to wrap the stick tightly around the legs," Melodiouspaw said a little softly as she entered the scene. Worry was plastered on her face as the calico glanced worriedly at her clanmate. She blinked as she glanced at Grant's leg, then turned to the very large bengal tiger. Well, he was super huge in comparison with the small femme.

"Should I hold the sticks while you wrap it?" she asked Jadeshard tentatively. Her voice was usually quiet, but she was trying to help a clanmate so it was a little louder than usual so she could be heard above all the commotion around her.

Melodiouspaw mewed her congratulations to the promoted. She was happy for them, but her voice was usually a small one. It'd probably get lost in the babble of the crowd, but if anything, she said it for herself. Because it was always good to cheer on others, in her opinion, even if they were against you.

Hi everyone.

Melodiouspaw simply stayed near the back of the group. A small smile was visible on her maw, but other than that, she seemed to just be casually sitting on the edge of the beach taking in the scene. She was a little too shy to approach the group at the moment. Maybe she'd work up the courage to go up to them or something, though.

Melodiouspaw peeked through a bush. She'd been herb gathering before this, when she heard the tom's steps and took a peek to make sure she wasn't just hearing things. But nope, there was someone there. Of course, Melodiouspaw was backwritten into the clan, but her roleplayer hadn't made her bio yet or anything.

But she was too shy to approach him. She'd only come out to collect herbs!

Melodiouspaw hung out by the doorway, but didn't enter in on the group. But Toast looked so funny, that the calico couldn't stiffle her laughter in time! She pressed a paw to her face, hoping that it would at least reduce the sound of her already-soft laugh.

Melodiouspaw stayed near the back. She'd rather just spectate instead of play, really. The only time she wanted to get 'down and dirty' was when she was looking at plants, and trying to figure them out. But she liked her clanmates, she thought they were all super fun. She glanced at Xonos and smiled.

((what if she had a crush on him and he had a crush on her but they never talked about it? ))

"If you're in a lot of pain, why don't you take some poppy seeds?" Melodiouspaw asked as she held some out in her paw. She'd had a hidden stash of her own herbs, because she wasn't an actual medicine cat apprentice or anything. But a calico could dream, right?

Melodiouspaw blinked as Citypaw started talking to her. "Oh um, Melodiouspaw," she whispered in her quiet voice. Though her roleplayer has her backwritten into the clan, she was also too lazy to go and write a bio tonight and she was tired, so Melodiouspaw simply nodded once.

Melodiouspaw nodded at Grant. "I know," she mewed. Though she had three in her paws, she wasn't going to let him take all three of them because that would be silly. She was pretty sure Forestpaw didn't want to get knocked out, anyways.
