So maybe this wasn't the best day to explore the forest. Maybe she should have waited. Maybe she shouldn't have gone along. Smoke filled her lungs and it burned her chest. Coughing loudly, Squirrelkit was near the camp just not in it and it was hard to tell which way to go. There were too many voices and too much smoke. Whimpering, the kit guessed a random direction to head towards.
