"Mm... I haven't had much to do recently. Throw something at me." The large white warrior would meow as he approached the scene. He usually slacked when it came to tasks and what not so hopefully this time he'd actually do it. Besides, with each day that was passing by he was growing more and more anxious about becoming a dad. What if he ended up like all his four parents? Biological and adopted? Either abandoned or dead? He needed something to take his mind off things and ease his nerves.

This was one of his sister-in-laws right? Yeah. He didn't know Honeypaw as well which was admittedly his fault due to not being around as often as he should, but still she was his clan-mate and family even if they hadn't spoken before. Personally, Berylbreeze didn't fear BloodClan though he knew how their constant threats to RiverClan could... trouble someone. Everyone deserved to feel safe, and if Honeypaw didn't find safety within RiverClan in the white warriors mind she had every right to go and find it within DarkClan.
He pads forward, though he didn't want to invade the last few moments the family had with the feline so he stayed off to the side a bit. He needed to say something though... he was unsure of what though. "It's sad to see you go. But I hope you find happiness in DarkClan."

The white warrior blinked in confusion at Honey's comment towards him. Did cats seriously still not trust him to treat Heronswoop right yet? It had been at least three moons since they officially got together and he joined RiverClan... and if you asked him he's never once treated her unwell. The mere suggestion that he'd even raise his voice to the she-cat made him feel insulted, though he bit back his tongue. Honeypaw was leaving, and this was her goodbye to RiverClan. He wasn't about to cause an argument though so he kept his mouth shut. Even if in the end her words grew briefly sincere he still couldn't help but feel a little annoyed... and a little paranoid. He decided that after three moons if cats still didn't trust him to treat Heron with respect and still threw "if you hurt her" warnings then it wasn't much of his problem.
"Uh... alright I suppose?" With that he glances over towards Heronswoop, before deciding to pad away to give cats who knew the feline better then he did their own time with her before she left.

"Hey." The white warrior would call as he began to approach the scene. Gladefall had told him to help out with this, so for once in his life he would actually listen and do a task instead of falling into a never ending pit of activity. With his own children coming around soon he wanted to be around for them, unlike his biological parents. "Gladefall asked me to help out, so here I am. Just say the word and give me some directions and I'll get on it." He murmured.

As he heard his mate begin to make the announcement the white warrior would move to stand by her side. RiverClan had become his home... he had been here for moons now and though he still hadn't made much a effort to get to know anyone but Heronswoop he'd miss the place. Though he couldn't help but... be excited. Excited to go back to his first home, to all of his kin within the clan. He couldn't imagine how hard this must be for Heronswoop however, she had been here her whole life and still had family within the clan. He had been shocked when she first brought up the idea of leaving to him, but in the end Berylbreeze couldn't help but agree that perhaps it was for the best. For the kits and them for the time being.
Hopefully cats didn't think that he pressured the feline into going back home with him...
He doesn't have much to say or anyone within the clan he wishes to speak to before leaving. Though he was taking the kits he had found a few days ago with him back to SkyClan. No one had attempted to take the kits under their wing themselves so he didn't see how it'd be a problem... but it most certainly would not look the best on his part. He looks around the camp, briefly trying to spot any reactions before he glances at Heronswoop and gives her a brief supportive smile. He knew this would be hard for her, but whatever happened Berylbreeze would always stand right by her side.

It hadn't taken too ungodly long for someone to come across him, and luckily it was a familiar face to. Juniperpaw... right? If he was remembering the name correctly. He knew he was one of Butterflydawn's sons and that he had met him briefly on the border a few good moons back. His ear slightly flicked as the apprentice spoke his name. Paw. Woah... it was strange to get called that again.
"Hello. Juniperpaw, right?" He meows, hoping that he didn't just mess up the toms name. That'd be... kinda embarrassing. "I became a warrior about two moons ago. The name is Berylbreeze now."
Anyways, onto business. "I'm here to speak to one of your parents, or well really the whole entire family about something. Do you know where their whereabouts may be currently?"

He had visited the SkyClan border a few days ago... asking if Butterflydawn and Lavenderskies would be interested in adopting the three young kits he had found at the border. Berylbreeze had already grown a slight attachment to them... almost brotherly like. He had been happy when one of them had accepted his offer, though he had known he was going to miss the kids immensely. Well... surprise surprise, he'd be joining SkyClan with them along side Heronswoop. He had managed to carefully pick the three up by the scruff, and he had to stop a few times to readjust and make sure he didn't drop them but so far so good.
He'd pad along his mate's side on the way there, attempting to offer her support whenever she needed it. He was a little worried... no one had spoken to him much when he had announced he was leaving for RiverClan. He still wondered if there were some cats in the clan who felt betrayed that he left them, he wondered if there were some that would turn their noses in the air at the mere sight of him. He doubted it though... SkyClan was filled to the brim with welcoming and kind-hearted cats. Though he couldn't help but feel a strange amount of dread.
"Should be." He murmurs as he pauses in place and sets the kits down to look around. "Camp isn't too far away. And I'm sure cats are even closer. We'll probably get found before we make it there." He doubted they'd get great with hostility, especially by those who were probably there to hear Butterflydawn and Lavenderskies accept to take in the kits. They'd probably at first think they were just here to drop them off... but the questions would probably start racing when they noticed Heronswoop's stomach. He took a moment to look around, he had once known this place like the back of his paw... Sure he still knew it well but running through the trees again would take some getting use to, he already had nearly taken a stumble a few times...

Bright yellow eyes would shoot up upon hearing a familiar voice, and soon enough he realized that the first cat to have approached them was Juniperpaw. Even though he had been a past familiar face and RiverClan and SkyClan were on good terms he felt a little shocked they hadn’t been greeted with any hostility over crossing the border. Then shortly after Juniper an unfamiliar cat approached. He looked at least warrior aged... but maybe he was wrong.
"I’ve always been fond of SkyClan." He purrs before allowing Heronswoop to speak. It was so odd... that they were doing this. The white warrior was excited to be back but he was still shocked that his mate had decided to go join SkyClan. He worried that she’d regret it, he worried that she’d miss RiverClan so much and she’d want to go back. He just didn’t want her to regret leaving her home clan to join his.
But he knew Heronswoop, she probably had thought long and hard about this before mentioning it to him. He just wanted what was best for her and the children and he hoped this was it.
"We’ve brought Lavenderskies and Butterflydawn’s kits too." He adds on, dipping his head to the kits that Laid at his paws. The couple had agreed to take them when he had last spoken to them. "So even if we’re not able to join, they’ve been expecting them." With that he shuffles his paws. Waiting for one of them to either lead them to camp or go and fetch Minnowstar or Lavenderskies.

Berylbreeze had just arrived back home merely a few days ago, and by the stars was it good to be back. All the familiar scents and places brought back so many happy memories to Beryl, sad ones as well but he did his best not to allow those to weigh him down. There was so many things he wanted to do now that he was back, the most important one was reconnecting with his family. Boapaw especially... she was the only one of his adoptive siblings left and the two had used to be fairly close. Of course when he moved a few moons ago they didn't speak nearly as often... He wondered if she had recovered yet from Buckwheat, Berylbreeze hadn't completely yet... He missed his brother.
He wondered when she'd get her warrior name, geez.
Anyways, one of the things he hadn't been expecting while roaming around the border was to see someone who looked vaguely familiar. He'd stop in his tracks when he seen the DarkClan cat at the border... surely it wasn't who he thought this was? He had went looking for both his younger siblings, Diamondpaw, and Jewelpelt after he caught word and was told that his biological mom was most likely dead, Diamondpaw was most likely dead, and his younger siblings in DarkClan gone or dead. It hadn't been a good day.
He hadn't even gotten to meet his younger siblings in DarkClan.
He slowly approaches, a confused and disbelief look is plastered on his face. "Are you Jewelpelt?" He asks with a slight tip of his head, "I was told you were dead and gone." He was probably just... out of it really. A lot of things in his life had changed recently, there was no way it was actually her.

Berylbreeze - warrior - myth
-
He blinks in confusion, its her...? How? He had been told moons ago she had been taken by twolegs and eventually Berylbreeze had learned to just pass her off as dead and gone. Even though this she-cat had been the one who abandoned him in the midst of SkyClan, making him wonder for moons and moons why he hadn't wanted her and what he had done to deserve getting abandoned he had still... cared when he heard she had vanished. Clearly he cared enough to still be wearing the necklace she had given him as a child.
His expression was confused, clearly he was having a difficult time processing this... When she moves forward he freezes slightly when she rests her head against his chest, shocked he steps back. How many times in his life would kin disappear only to then come back into it again? He didn't understand... he's lost his biological mother twice and shes come back twice now. He had met some of his siblings, but most of them he hadn't even met... especially his younger ones. It was difficult for him to call his biological kin family when truly they were nothing but strangers to him. Could you blame Berylbreeze for that?
In the end, he was happy Jewelpelt was alright and okay despite the confused expression on his face. But he couldn't help but hope the molly was not expecting them to... form some type of relationship. As sad as it was, Berylbreeze was an adult now. He was about to raise his own family... connections with parents shouldn't start to get created once you hit thirteen moons old, it should start when you're born. His mom was Orchardbreeze and Mosseyes, not Jewelpelt and Adrian.
After awhile he finally clears his mind enough to begin speaking. "Actually... it's Berylbreeze now." He says wearily with a small chuckle, before anxiously shuffling a single paw against the earth. He isn't quite sure how to react to her apologetic sobs... he can't help but feel a bit bad for a brief moment. But he needed to realize that Jewelpelt did have a choice, she could of kept him and the rest of his siblings when they were born. She could've raise them in DarkClan, hell she probably could've still even became deputy. But she chose not to and instead tossed the responsibility of parenting onto the other clans.
"I'm... glad you seem to be doing okay though." He says quietly but loud enough for the molly to hear. "So... you must be here at the SkyClan border for a reason. What brings you here...?" Perhaps it was dumb, but he truly didn't believe he was the reason she was here. Well... maybe it was but Berylbreeze couldn't seem to understand why that would be.

So... some npc warrior had decided to spark conversation with him by mentioning the fact that he was going to be a father. Usually Berylbreeze was fine talking about it despite being nervous, but lets just say... the conversation went on way too long. And now a billion thoughts were racing in his head, and he was beginning to realize that really it wasn't going to be long at all until the kits arrived. So he pardoned himself from the conversation, and left camp to just... walk around. Y'know smell the roses, listen to the birds sing...
....
.....
......
.........
..........
He was about to go insane honestly.
Though he usually did his best to... hide it, especially around Heronswoop but.
He was doing to be... a dad? Him? He could barely take care of himself. How could he possibly take care of children?
Oh god... oh god... and they could be having up to six...? Lavenderskies and Butterflydawn had that much for their first two litters, what if he was that unlucky too? How could the two of them cope with the daily chore of making sure all of their about twenty children (active around the clan or not) were alright...? How did they not fall over and die due to stress? The kits weren't even born yet and he was already panicking, he so wasn't ready for this... and he was so afraid he'd turn out exactly like his parents. Not in his children's lives. He didn't want that... he didn't want that for his kits or Heron. He knew he wouldn't be like that but what if it just happened? What if he was just destined to be a shit parent? Oh...
This scared him a lot. Eventually he sits down in the middle of his walk, a troubled expression on his face. Really he was lost and afraid... and anxiety weighed down in his chest.
Were all cats panicked like this the first time they were gonna have kits? Yeah? No?... Maybe not?

Huh? Kits? Anxiety, panic, excitement attacked him all at once and at first he wasn't sure how to react. His golden eyes would divert quickly over to the direction of the nursery and without really thinking he had been quick to bolt over. Clumsily the large tom would scramble up the tree trunk and when he climbed up high enough to peak his head in instantly his eyes landed on the kits laying at Heronswoop's stomach. He was submerged in immediate admiration for the children, and with that he managed to quickly pull himself and scramble into the nursery walls.
"They're beautiful." He breathes as he moves to sit down behind Heroonswoop, leaning over her to look down at the kits. It was... so strange that this was happening. Never in a million years would he have thought he'd ever become a father, but he had... Joyful tears built up in his eyes as he looked at them all lovingly, they were everything the two of them could've hoped for. But then he blinks. Two of them...? That was a small litter wasn't it? It was a petty thought though, so he shakes it out of his head. "W-What are we-" And then his eyes landed on Minnowkit. How was he just noticing? Heronswoop had moved him away from the other two... why? Concern flashed in his features, "Is something... Did- Did something bad happen?" A million thoughts raced through his head and dread began to sink into him.

Sorrow swept through the large white tom, he had only been a father for merely moments yet one of his sons had already been taken from the family. His ears flattened against his skull and his bright joyful gaze dimmed as he shook his head quietly, life had been taken from Minnowkit almost right as it had been given to him. It saddened him beyond words, and it saddened him more and more as he thought about it. "Minnowkit is a good name..." He murmurs softly. "He'll be greeted by family... they'll look after him." He says with a gulp. Orchardbreeze... Mosseyes... Kestrelsong... someone would look out for him surely for the grieving parents? Surely...
His gaze flickers over to the two kits at Heronswoop's stomach, though he is grieving a pained smile manages to form on his maw. The thought of Minnowkit made his heart ache... and it would for as long as he lived, so in an attempt to diminish the thought even if it was only for awhile he decided to direct his attention to them. A tom and a she-kit... He doesn't want to pressure Heronswoop into moving on and diverting her attention off of their fallen son so soon, but he doesn't think now would... be a good time to dwell on it. No matter how hard it was. This was supposed to be a joyful moment to remember for the rest of their lives, not a sad and hated one.
"...Dear? What names were you thinking for the other two...?" He asks her softly.

Bright golden eyes would watch as Brookfur examined the kits... he was expecting her to say something, anything really... Like if she had a guess to why their son didn't make it, verbally telling them if their kits looked healthy and if Heronswoop was alright after having them, maybe even some condolences but instead they didn't hear nothing. Brookfur padded out without a word. He couldn't help but narrow his eyes, what was that for? He lets out a quiet grunt to himself before looking over at Juniperpaw, he isn't exactly sure what to say... so he gives the tom a small nod before glancing at Heronswoop. Kestrelkit? It was a fine name, he liked it.
Oh by the stars, name him? Er... he had no idea... He had never been the greatest with names, he had tried thinking of some in his head before but nothing good came to mind. But he'd try. Glancing down at his son he pauses to think for a moment... "Hey, what about Charcoalkit?" He murmurs, before glancing over at Heronswoop. Though before she got to reply Hurricanepaw approached, once again he... wasn't sure how to respond to these types of things to he gives him a grateful nod of his head.

See him? Why would she even want to? And she was sorry? Didn't she already apologize for this moons ago? "You don't think I wasn't judged for being abandoned?" He questions with narrowed eyes, "Clearly you weren't that mistrusted in DarkClan. You rose the ranks there and everything. If you didn't go missing you'd be leader." He hoped she realized that he was the victim here, not her. She was the one who left him. She was the one who separated the family. "I have my own children on the way. They are going to be half-clan, they will have kittypet and RiverClan blood within them. Yet never in a million years would I ever think the solution to making sure their not picked on for their heritage is giving them away." He meows bluntly. "I don't even know my biological siblings name. I remember an Opalpaw and a Diamondpaw but thats about it. Apparently you moved on from us real fast too cause you had another litter in DarkClan. Rather quickly after you first apologized to all of us..." He wondered if his siblings there had gotten to know their biological mother.
"I appreciate your apology. But I'm sorry, I can't forgive you. Not yet, and maybe not ever." It made him feel a little bad saying that, but he wasn't going to lie to her. He didn't want a relationship with her. Berylbreeze actual parents were dead along with most of his siblings, the remainder of his family was within SkyClan. "I'm nearly fourteen moons old. We've always have never been apart of each others lives, and perhaps it should stay that way. "

Recently all of the huge white warriors attention was place on his children and Heronswoop, his pride and joys. His reasons for living, his sources of happiness. Never would he have imagined six moons ago that he'd ever have a family, it was no mistake that he had been a troubled kid. He didn't do his apprentice duties, didn't listen to his mentor, crossed borders (which was how he came to meet Heronswoop). He still wasn't sure how many cats were... well aware he had been crossing the borders when he was younger. He had sneaked into RiverClan constantly to visit with Heron, sneaked into ShadowClan a couple of times to talk to Opalpaw who he later learned what his sibling... Weird. Then he marched all the way to DarkClan, which is when he met his "real" mother and "real" siblings.
The technical grandparent and aunts and uncles of his kits, he had no quarrel with his siblings by blood but his mother was another story. His four adoptive parents were his children's grandparents. Their aunt and uncles were his adoptive siblings. Not his by blood siblings, not his by blood mother.
Anyways, his thoughts would have to be taken off his children and mate for a few moments. Hurricane had asked him to do a group training session, so he was going to do just that. "SkyClan! I'm doing a mass training session. If possible I'd like another warriors help with training. But if you'd like to participate please come and see me!" The white tom calls from the middle of camp.

//Ahh I don't think he'd know since he barely knows anything about jewel. Also I just want to make sure but everything he says is ic opinions. <3 He has strong opinions.
At least she understood that what she had done was wrong. But he still didn't believe she truly understood the damage of her actions. He couldn't speak for the others, but Beryl grew up wondering why his mother had left him. Why his mother hadn't wanted him. What had he done so wrong...? When he was older it took the explaining of one of the many adoptive figures in his life to make him realize that it was not him who had done wrong. "Good. Because sorry is the least you could be in this situation." His voice wasn't toned in a rude or angry way, though they weren't exactly friendly. He wasn't sure if he could be faulted for that.
"Then maybe you should think twice before having a third litter. I hope before you even think about it you do your best to make it up to your second litter, the ones that are still young enough to welcome you back into their life." However, now his words were cold. So she made the mistake of growing distant with not only her first but her second litter? Because she felt guilty? This wasn't about her, this was about the children she was neglecting.
"Sorry that I feel this way? Can you truly not understand how it is reasonable for me to not want to forgive you at this moment, to not want to form a relationship? For starters I'm fourteen moons old, its a bit too late for mother figures. Second you live in DarkClan, I'm SkyClan. We are across the map from each other and we have our own lives, I don't believe there is time for relationship mending." He grunts softly, he gives his tail a small irritated flick. "If you think I wanted it to end this way either, you're wrong."

yo guys so; I've been shifting Berylboy's relations here because there was something real yikes going on in the... many family trees that began to connect erm. I've got it fixed for the most part, but I was wondering if you'd all be chill with be sliding Berylbreeze in as a technical adoptive sibling to butterfly and lav's kits? They can be really distant because he was in rc but the closest he has now to adoptive parents is lav and butterfly.
His relations have been so whack and confusing for the longest time so this is basically me just trying to fix some stuff. :0
