Winterbreeze | 79 moons | Warrior | Mate: Pine | Apprentice: Bluepaw | Interacting: Bluepaw Paleflame

Winterbreeze was about to respond to her apprentice before the sound of a loud yowl caught her attention. She pricked her ears and turned her head, squinting at the camp entrance with a frown. "What in Starclan was that?" She murmured, before shaking her head. Whatever it was, her clanmates would handle it. She turned back to Bluepaw with a smile. "Today we'll be doing some battle training. Let's go ahead and go." With that she turned and headed for the entrance, pausing as she spotted the injured kit laying just outside the entrance. "Oh, poor thing." She murmured sadly.

Forestpaw | 6 moons | Apprentice | Crush: Open | Mentor: Emberflight | Interacting: Emberflight Paleflame

"Okay." The young tom nodded his head and quickly trotted after his mentor. However, he froze at the sound of a yowl suddenly piercing the otherwise peaceful morning. His fur bristling, he carefully approached the entrance, eyes widening at the sight of a very injured young kit. Looks like he'd had a bad time. Remembering his mentor was waiting, however, Forestpaw shook his head rapidly and quickly bounded to catch up to Emberflight.

Bluepaw's gaze looked over towards the loud sound, her eyes lingering for a brief moment before looking back at Winterbreeze "Okay Winterbreeze." she meowed. She looked down at the little kit, wondering where the patrol had found him. Although she was curious about the new kit that appeared with the patrol it quickly escaped her mind as she thought of battle training with her mentor that day, a grin appearing on her face as she thought of all the different moves that she would learn while she was out.

Emberflight watched the patrol come back into camp with the young kit before replying to Forestpaw "How interesting." she meowed, as she exited the camp's exit. It was easy for her to push that out of her mind as she was focused on trying to better her apprentice and teach him.

    Kit Name: Cloverkit

    Apprentice Name: Cloverpaw

    Warrior Name: Cloverstep

    Gender: She cat

    Rank: warrior

    Age: 19 moons

Appearance/Looks: She is a blue calico she cat with short fleek fur, her chest has very much white fur on it as do her front paws. She has pretty and wide eyes are a light mossy shade of green with a few specks of light blue in towards the center of her eyes. Cloverstep is of a slightly shorter height than most cats of her age but she is lean yet muscular.

Personality She is very loyal to those who prove that they are worthy of it and she would do whatever she could to help them if they were to ask. Cloverstep shows respect to those who have shown to her that they have earned it and she also has a tendency to be overprotective over her younger brother Hawkpaw due to what had happened to her sister Ivypaw when they were apprentices. She is nimble footed and likes to know that she is an asset to the clan but when she has a tendency to be humble when asked about her skills and accomplishments.

History: She was born into the clan with her sister Ivypaw to two warriors by the names of Bluepool and Tigerpelt, for the most part of her kit hood she had a fairly uneventful yet fun life with her sister, Ivykit had always been the more adventurous and troublemaker of the two. When she had become an apprentice and gained her name Cloverpaw she was a typical bouncy apprentice but she was more humble than many cats that were her age at the time but she still liked to spend time with her sister whenever she had the chance, she especially loved to show off her speed while hunting. Her parents also had another litter of kits when she had become an apprentice as her mother enjoyed staying in the nursery and being a queen, her mother and father had a little tom kit and another little she kit that they had named Hawkkit and Dovekit. One day about half way through their training Ivypaw, still a bit of a troublemaker like she was when she was a kit, convinced Cloverpaw to go with her out of camp during some rainy weather to prove to their parents and mentors that they know how to hunt in tough weather. Cloverpaw was very hesitant at first but after a few more moments of convincing from Ivypaw she agreed and went out when no cat was looking, while they were out they had managed to catch a mouse each then that's when Ivypaw decided to get cocky and try to climb up a tree to catch a bird that was taking shelter from the wet weather. Cloverpaw had advised against it but Ivypaw had decided not to listen and as she was stalking towards it on the branch the bird flew off and Ivypaw, not wanting it to get away she pounced but was unable to catch it and when she landed back on the slick branch she slipped and fell off, landing hard on her head and shoulders. Cloverpaw, now scared as she didn't know if Ivypaw survived, drug Ivypaw by her scruff back to camp forgetting the mice that they had already caught to get help. Once back to camp Cloverpaw's parents took Ivypaw to the medicine cat's den to have her looked at, it had been determined that she was barely alive but had a broken neck so it wouldn't be long before she passed away. When Ivypaw passed away Cloverpaw blamed herself for not stopping her from going out in the rain, and although they have never outwardly said it towards her Cloverpaw had felt that her parents had blamed her for Ivypaw's death. Now over the moons of training since that day she has become more nimble footed and steady in her training and when it came to her warrior ceremony she gained the name Cloverstep for her steady nature and speed, now after several moons of being a warrior she has gracefully lived up to her name. She now lives everyday the best she possibly can in hopes that Ivypaw is happy with the way she is living now as a warrior.

    current name: Palepaw

    past name(s): Palekit

future name(s): Unsure yet, haven't come to a decision yet

    gender: She cat

    age: 12 moons

    rank: apprentice

    desired rank: warrior

personality: Palepaw is a loyal she cat to those she is close to and the clan as long as she isn't asked to do anything drastic. Palepaw is very confident in her abilities and although she is very confident she is humble and whenever some cat boasts about her accomplishments she gives credit to her previous mentor, a small cocky and brave tom by the name of Mouseleap. Palepaw would do anything to keep those she is close to safe and although she is humble and calm most of the time she has proven in the past that she has had no problem getting into the face of a cat who proves to either be crazy or disrespectful.

history: She was born and raised in the clan as the only kit to two warriors by the names of Fireflight and Fernlight, she does have two older brothers that her parents had several moons before herself by the names of Ashpaw and Emberpaw. When she was born her father was out patrolling the territory due to a strangely large amount of rouges enter the clan's territory, during his patrol he was critically injured and when he had gotten back to camp with the rest of the patrol he was confined to the medicine cats den as his injuries had gotten infected and it had spread faster than they were able to get to it. By the time Palekit had become Palepaw her father passed away due to the infection and her two older brothers became warriors gaining the names Ashfoot and Emberleg and she gained a tom by the name of Mouseleap for her mentor and she cared for the tom like the father she hadn't known. As she continued her training she proved that not only was she the spitting image of her father appearance wise but she had many of his personality traits and acted almost just like him as she would constantly defend those who wouldn't defend themselves and had a knack for speed and agility. Now as she is getting close to her warrior ceremony day she has been wondering lately if she has made her father proud in her training.

mate: none but would like to have eventually

    sexuality: heterosexual

    family: Fernlight (mother-ADOPTABLE) Emberleg(brother-ADOPTABLE) Ashfoot(brother-ADOPTABLE)

    other kin: Open

    friends: Open

enemies: none yet but open for plotting

Other: She actually is the incarnation of her father. Kinda like the Cinderpelt and Cinderheart stuff in the books. If this is okay I mean.

Palepaw watched Blossomstar and the rest of the patrol leave to meet with the Pineclan cats, she said a silent prayer to starclan that all went well while they were out. She swished her pale ginger tail back and forth, glancing around the rest of camp to see how the rest of the clan would react. Palepaw had almost wished that Blossomstar had asked her to tag along but she knew in her heart that the leader had chosen the right cats to come with her and that they would accomplish whatever it was that Blossomstar had in mind.

Are the guardians of the river basically just the guards of the tribe? And I didn't see anything in the first post about a passcode.

Okay, cool. I understand the guardians of the river watch the river but I mean is there guards to protect the clan from outsiders and predators and actual threats or do the guardians of the river do that too?
