    oof that would be super interesting to see ! seems like a lot of work, but maybe worth it in the end? at least so mortals like me can see lol

    and yeah I would love to see how that plays out?? currently she's involved in a plot w malcolm and potentially cardinal but i've always intended for her to be a secretly big hearted child capable of feeling for more than one person - so if you're interested, we could totally have a thread !

    SO it's been too long since I had one of these for Petra, but I am really interested in getting some plots going for her. If you need any information on her, feel free to check out her biography/tags/info -> here!

    open to;

    - friends

    - enemies (outside of the ruins only as of right now)

    - adopting your character (must be under five months as she wants to 'shape' young minds)

    - plots with other leaders of enemy clans! she's open to capturing/killing leaders either purely out spite, or for other plot reasons

    maybe plots;

    - litters (must have decent plot attached)

    closed to;

    - being killed/capture

    - romance plots (currently has three prospective suitors)

    things she is open/closed to are subject to change !

    Petra shared the male's love for the view - the sight of the sun rising up slowly from beyond the horizon and tinging the dark blue sky of night with the reds and oranges and finally yellows as it ascended. It was a unique opportunity to watch as the atmosphere morphed before your very eyes, before setting about your daily duties. This morning, the princess had made a slightly farther trek - towards the sunning rocks - in order to watch the sunrise.. feeling the quiet brought on by time and distance from the pyramids slip around her like a comforting blanket.

    Her little bubble of peace was broken far too soon by a winged creature who seemed intent to make her prey. The snow leopard ducked down quickly in a spray of feathers, her maw twisted in to a fearsome snarl as her claws reached out to catch the unlucky bastard. It's decent was quickly changed to an upward movement, her claws missing by mere inches. It was as this large bird flew away from her, that she recognized it as none but Cardinaldirections - in a more feline body that she previously thought. "Unbelievable!" she screeched out in astonishment. "You were about to be my breakfast man!" she shouted up in to the sky, only a little peeved by such an early morning interaction.

    It was true that they had struck up a tenuous alliance, given Petra's own paw in helping to over throw Athena, but at hearing word of Shriven's involvement with the murder of Amour? Their bond, however weak, was completely obliterated. "The Exiles will be punished for the death of Amour Darling. While she was not a member in status at the time of her death, she will always be honored as a Ruiner. How would you like to hit them?" Her maw curved in to a deadly smirk as she spoke directly to Cardinal, cornflower optics zoning in on the winged male. Amour had done a lot of good for the Sanguine Ruins, and in more than one life. It was only justice that the fools who had felled her should pay in blood.

    Hey guys, so I mentioned the reason for my absence in the plot/chat thread, but I also wanted to make a follow-up thread here. It will be assumed that Petra has been recovering from life-threatening injuries, and when I post her return thread she will be well on the mend. Anyhow, I know that there were some work in progress plots and if anyone is still interested in continuing them I'd definitely be open to it! <3

    When she was younger - not much more than a child - Petra had always thought she would live forever. Death was an impossible topic to fully understand, and at that time in her life she had better things to focus her attention on. She had always dreamed of becoming a fearsome opponent on the battlefield - and that was something she could confidently say she had achieved in her brief years on this earth. Petra had trained her entire life, dedicated herself time and time again to the Ruins. You'd be hard pressed to find someone brave enough to say she was anything but loyal to the end.

    To the bitter end. She had known death was kneeling at her hearth for some time. A fact she tried so hard to ignore, but as the days passed by she could feel her body wither. Her muscles weakened and her joint swelled up. Thoughts and memories slipped just out of reach. But the snow leopard had remained coherent enough to distance herself from those she had come to love deeply. They didn't need to see her waste away. And so the former vice leader had allowed herself to become one with the shadows - out of sight as the sickness waged one final war she could not fight.

    In her chosen spot, far out in to the desert tucked in to the cool embrace of the sandy floor - the woman lay curled as her lungs drew in ragged breaths. A storm raged around her, and yet a mere gentle breeze caressed her body. It was as if some other wordly gods raged above at her death, lightening arching through the sky only to touch her body as her body gave up trying to hold on. Sparks flew, the embers catching fire on the one earthly possession she'd brought with her - a fading beige blanket. The fire was quick, consuming what was left of the snow leopard before the rains were able to put out the intense flames.

    Where there should be a smoldering pile of remains, was quite the opposite. Nestled within the burnt remnants of the tattered cloth, lay a stark white body. It was small, but it's sides rose and fell - a sure sign of life.

    It was an.. adjustment, to say least, for the once large and respected being to now be chained within a far weaker body. To be alive was the biggest shock of all, for the former vice leader had accepted death - even welcomed it at the end. However, it appeared she had left too much work to be done, and was thus denied the bittersweet afterlife. The small ivory being, just barely bigger than a full grown house cat, trampled through the desert. Sand kicked up behind her passionate pawsteps as a frown was etched deep into her alabaster features. The sand she disturbed only joined the flying particles in the air, the sharp sand attacking her face and likely burrowing deep inside her thick coat. "This is.. unpleasant." she pushed out through gritted teeth. The desert seemed to be in a bad mood today.

    Her maw fell agape, completely caught off guard by this battle. Had she been gone for that long? It had been some time since the woman had seen a battle where the Ruiners were truly on the losing end. During her time, they had been a force to be reckoned with - an opponent any group would hate to see on their borders. Now? That was certainly not the case. And why the hell were the Exiles attacking them? Last she knew they were friends - an alliance she herself had helped forge alongside Shrivenshade. What in the actual fuck was going on?

    The ivory creature bolted forward, finding herself in the eye of the storm. All around her bodies flew, blood spilled and roars echoed. Her loyalty to the Sanguine Ruins was undying and transcended death himself, but she would not be blinded by it. They were out-manned in this scenario, and every rational fiber of her screamed for her to call a retreat. Surrendering was not an easy decision for her, but one she would make if she had the power to do such. It was strange, to be back here without the power as vice leader to back up her orders. Instead, she was left to stand bewildered in the center of the battle field, fervently searching for some other way out of this that did not end with every ruiner dead or severely wounded - for she knew the Exilers were an unforgiving opponent.
