    Buttercup

.: * Sapphire blue eyes scanned the cave in front of a thin siamese. The female's ivory white fur stood out harshly against the cold stoney mountain peeks that stretched up around her. Grey rocks littered the floor, sometimes poking uncomfortably into the Siamese's paw beans. She shrugged it off. Right now she had to focus.

    This was the place? Really?

Buttercup and her sister Bubbles had heard of this place. She wasn't sure if it was though. She had heard of a community of wild cats living together to survive. Which didn't sound so bad.

Sharp piercing blue optics furrowed. Well then. She'd better approach someone.

It was a wonder she hadn't gotten spotted yet. She certainly didn't blend in to the environment. And definitely had an usual scent.

She used to live in a two-leg building. There were many, 'mutants' there, which technically included herself. Buttercup was polydactyl. She had a lot of extra toes on each paw. Which looked strange, but hardly phased the female anymore.

Scars littered her body, showing her wounds from some of the crazier experiences in the two-leg building. Some cats had brain problems, causing them to become very aggressive. Needless to say, Buttercup had it rough. Though her ripped ears and ripped up limbs were signs of strength. Survival.

She hoped to at least impress someone enough to let her into this strange place.

"Hello?" she mewed, voice and posture both cool and collected. "I'd like to join, this DarkClan place"

    Slate

.: * Well then. These DarkClanners were a really chatty bunch. The only words she received were a hello and the beginning of an interrogation.

"Buttercup. I'd rather go by Slate though. And i'm looking for another way of life" she stared the larger female down. What a snotty and overblown lady she seemed to be. Distastefully condescending.

Another who looked to be a little older than her approached.

"Hi. My names Slate" she mewed curtly.

And another around her age appeared, with a sickly looking frame and bones jutting out. The female looked weak and ill. Slate decided not to make a comment.

    Buttercup

// Same! Don't worry <3 My girl is gonna be an asshole :"/ also smh in keeping the name Buttercup sorry for being so indecisive

Buttercup stared at Twilightrise, the beginning of a scowl being etched onto the Siamese's delicate expression. That condescending look belonged in the dirt, not on this molly's face.

Though Buttercup kept face, her expression still and indifferent. Such ugly and unhappy expressions did not belong on a child's face.

Especially if she wanted to join. The girl wouldn't give this molly a reason to send her away.

Sapphire orbs studied Twilightrise curiously before she opened her maw to speak. "I suppose I've come from a not so lovely place. I hope you understand that I don't want to go further into the subject. I've had experience hunting, and can fend for myself. Unfortunately living alone isn't very easy. That may cause you to think i'm joining because I want an easy way to live, but I am merely searching for a more fulfilling and useful way to live than just surviving. I would rather spend my days serving a cause, rather than to simply survive on my own" the female paused. That should have been a good enough reason.

Where have you come from? What have you those scars?

Buttercup's jaw tightened, but she forced herself not to think too deeply on her past.

"I come from a two-leg place. These scars are from battle. Of course, I only defended myself. Searching for battle is a foolish one's decision"
