Linda laughed. “Oh, that’s fine.” She said and gave Sarah a hug. “He’ll always be a dad before a son. He’s a good boy.” She said.
Tyler looked back at Connor and gave him a smile. “Hey, don’t be nervous.” He said. “You got this. We’re all here to help you.”
-
Tyler nodded. “I know it’s scary to be a single dad, but you’re going to do just fine.” He said. “We’ll be here to help you and Leah through it all.” Once at the house, Terry helped Tyler out of the car and into the house. Terrence went back back outside to make sure Connor was doing okay.
-
Tyler was pretty worried for Connor, but he went to talk to his parents to distract himself. Terrence stuck by Connor to make sure he was fine. “If you’re worried about her not having a mom, then go find her one. There’s going to be a girl out there who will love you and Leah both.” Terry said.
-
Terrence smiled at Kira and kissed her cheek. “Thanks, babe.” He said. “I’d hate for him to be alone through all of this.” Terry said. “Maybe we should set him up with a blind date or something.”
-
Terrence followed Kira and sat down. Tyler saw Connor go upstairs and Ty went to Sarah. “How’s he doing?” He asked and watched Leah. “She’s precious... what a sweet girl.”
-
Tyler nodded. “He stresses about everything like me.” He chuckled. Ty sat down at the table and watched Sarah. “How was dinner?”
-
Tyler shrugged. “If you’re ready for everyone to eat.” He said. “I don’t want to go ahead of everyone because of my legs.” Ty chuckled.
-
Tyler stood up and kissed her. He helped serve everyone dinner and then sat down to eat.
-
Kyle helped Tyler clean up whenever they were all done eating. “That was really good, Sarah. You always do fantastic.” Tyler praised and kissed her cheek. His parents nodded. “Yes, good job. You should start sending us some of your cooking.”
-
Tyler sat down down when he was done cleaning. Kyle nodded in agreement. “Me too.” He agreed. “Whatever your parents cook is always good.”
Terrence took a plate upstairs to see if Kira was awake from her nap. He didn’t want her to not eat.
-
Michael nodded. “Of course.” He said.
-
Tyler’s parents talked to Tyler some more before going to their room. Tyler moved to the living room to get more comfortable.
Kyle followed Tara and told the kids goodnight. He wrapped his arms around Tara and kissed her happily. “I love you.” He said.
Terrence nodded and sat down by her. “I’m doing great.” He said. “Connor’s daughter is super cute. It makes me excited for our second.”
-
Tyler smiled at the compliment. “That’s not true.” He chuckled. “You’re a great mom. These kids are lucky to have you.”
Kyle nodded and kissed Tara. “I love you more.” He said. “Think we should have another perfect kid?”
Terry nodded and smiled at the kiss. “I love you.” He said.
-
Tyler smiled and shrugged. “I just want to there for everyone.” He said.
Kyle smiled at her observation. He kissed her back and walked back with her to the bed.
Terrence got up. “I’ll take it.” He offered and gave her a smile. Terry went downstairs and cleaned it off.
-
Tyler smiled and nodded. “Please.” He said and stood up. Tyler headed upstairs and got into bed with a sigh. “It feels like today just sped by.” He said.
Terrence came back and cuddled up to Kira, holding her close. “I love you.” He said.
-
Tyler nodded. “Connor’s going to be a good dad. I know he’s stressed about being on his own, but he’ll be okay.”
-
Tyler smiled and nodded. “Neither of us did.” He chuckled and yawned. “I love our kids though.”
-
Tyler kissed Sarah’s head and hummed happily. “Wouldn’t have it any other way.” He said. “Good night, babe.” Tyler told her and dozed off.
-
Chase smiled as he watched. “Want me to help?” He asked.
-
Kyle looked at Astrid and sat up. “Sweetheart, I told you that you have to start waking us up in a different way.” He said. Kyle kissed Tara’s cheek and sighed. “Morning, sweetie.” He told her. “Doing okay?”
