    Felix

// Nana BC don't worry about it! Sorry that Felix is kinda taking over :'0

Felix purred a laugh when his sister assured him that he wasn't dumb. "Thanks. I guess i've come a bit farther".

When the bicolor kit remembered Cherrymound's presence, he smiled sheepishly at his moment of softness where all formalities had been forgotten.

When the furless molly continued, Felix nodded in agreement. She was right, he knew. If someone with a worse temper or darker heart had caught him, he could have been crowfood. He was a clumsy thing, with paws to big for him to control. Some apprentice easily could have pinned him to the ground. Now he had begun to grow into his white paws though. He was learning to fight. Someday, he would make a formidable opponent in battle, he was sure.

"I won't forget it, Cherrymound" he mewed. Was he saying that he owed her? Perhaps. Felix decided that when a time came where she was in trouble, he would maybe help, or at least not make her situation worse.

Glancing sideways, the bicolor kit caught sight of Tetris, sitting alone. The tom had appeared in BloodClan's territory one day, and Felix hadn't gotten to know him yet. All the black and white kit knew was that Tetris was a moon older, and that he was Caledon and Waspwing's son.

Shooting him a little smile, Felix waved a white paw at the tom. They would have to interact some time. Tetris seemed like an interesting guy.

Felix listened carefully, drinking in every word. This would be his first time learning about battle training. The kit was eager to learn.

As Blahk mentioned fat jokes, Felix scoffed. "That might make me a hypocrite". Felix wasn't overweight, per say. Just stockier than others. He however, wasn't one to get on others about appearances and shape.

Listening as Blahk continued, Felix nodded. It made sense. Getting cocky or overconfident could be any cat's end. He would make sure not to make that mistake.

When Blahkenmuro finished speaking, Felix paused.

He had no battle experience, and only knew a little about hunting.

So how would he throw someone larger like Blahkenmuro off balance..?

Amber eyes scanning the blue tom, the kit hesitated before speaking. "I would have to use my agility and speed to my advantage. Get you to stumble somehow. Maybe I could trip you by aiming for your legs or paws..?"

    Felix

// sorry! Didn't mean to blaze ahead with all those posts :"0

Felix hummed in agreement when Smokewing shared her story.

"I'm glad you found where you belong." he mewed. "Living free is a lot more real..huh? Why waste away in a two-leg nest when the whole worlds out there?" he murmured, meeting the molly's eyes.

Before he could continue, Cherrymound approached the bicolor kit. Shooting the WindClanner an apologetic glance, he struck up some conversation with Cherrymound.

    Mother has been summoned.

Um...maybe he's like thinking it over and then decides that what he's been doing is wrong and goes to see his fam while they're doing smth. Maybe they're sleeping or maybe they're all chilling outside in the sun. And Baxton to be shy af. And then blah blah blah.

    Mom, ur the thread queen

    Felix

Felix narrowed his amber eyes. It started to seem like Blahk wanted more to get to his mother than actually train the bicolor kit. He hated to think this could just be a part of their never-ending quarrel.

Sighing heavily, Felix turned to Caledon. The stocky white tom ended things quickly. There was so much authority and sense in his voice, Felix could see why he had become leader.

Glancing at Blahkenmuro, Felix wondered if someday he too, would silence crowds as Caledon did. Perhaps.

When Caledon continued with announcements, Waspwing was announced deputy. Felix's amber eyes widened, but he wasn't surprised. She certainly was very capable, the solid black molly deserved the position.

Smiling at her, he tried to forget about his mother and Blahk.

Then Nana, who Felix had really hoped to see appeared from behind their bristling mother. With encouraging words, she playfully batted at his side, causing the bicolor tom to purr. "Hey, you'd better catch up. I'd hate to become leader without you as at least a trainee" he mewed, giving Nana the soft smile he reserved for just her.

His attention was unfortunately snatched away when Baxton approached the family.

Before Felix could say anything, the scarred tom spoke surely, giving the kit unexpected advice.

Almost startled, the kit could only glance away. Baxton carried sense in his words. Clan was family.. and Felix would do all that he could to serve and protect it.

Besides, Blahk was already announced Felix's mentor. With or without the kit's decision, which was honestly a big relief. Choosing would have been very difficult.

Keeping his jaws clamped together, Felix only gave the tom a tired look. He would do his best to serve his clan

// Heres one of the kits LIGHTNING ! :")

Felix couldn't help but break away from his conversation with Cherrymound, Nana and Smokewing when he caught sight of Jailbird, Baxton, and the deputy of WindClan.

Murmuring and apology, the bicolor tom slipped away, walking towards his mom. A scene was being caused, and though Felix hated to eavesdrop or shove himself into other cats' drama, he needed to know if Jail and Bax were hiding something from him.

Baxton's words were cold and threatening. Felix knew in his heart that every word he uttered was true.

Narrowing his amber eyes, Felix glanced in between Baxton, Lightningtooth, and Jailbird. What Baxton said.. it hinted that Jailbird and Lightningtooth were close. Too close for Felix' liking. His mother was much too defensive. She looked embarrassed, and wouldn't bumble around as much if the deputy were a stranger. Her blue eyes glanced away shyly, as she batted her eyes like some girl. No way in hell would she act like that in front of Nightgaze or Bearmumble or any of the other deputies.

    You've wronged my family enough

Then it struck Felix, like a cold slap to the face. Dread filled the bicolor tom as he opened his mouth. No words.

Felix knew what love looked like. He knew and swore he would never fall into it. All it did was hurt or make a cat weak. It was happening to Jailbird right now.

A snarl escaped Felix as his sharp amber eyes glared at Jailbird. "Mother." he took a breath. "What is going on here".

    Felix

Felix's expression was one of shock and unspoken admiration when his sister spoke up.

    Careful.

Amber eyes shifted from his sister to Baxton. Was Nana right?

Baxton always talked about how he wouldn't care if they all died. Felix carried the feeling that the scarred tom was lying.

Whether or not he was, they were blood-bound. They were Jailbird's spawn. If the time came, Felix didn't believe Baxton would allow them to die.

As the solid black tom dismissed his sister as stupid, a snarl escaped Felix. "Hey. Don't talk to her like that. I don't care if family means nothing to you. That's my sister though, and say what you want to anyone else, not my family though". The bicolor tom's fur gradually flattened, and he took a deep breath.

Felix wasn't one to say things that could get him in trouble. He knew how to stay quiet. The smoky black and white kit wasn't having any of that crap though.

Nudging Periwinkle softly, Felix gave him a comforting lick on the cheek.

The kit eyed Baxton for a moment and lowered his head a bit. "Excuse me" he mewed.

Felix was sick of all this drama between Blahk and Jail and Bax and his siblings. The kit also had a lot to think about. He was leaving.

Turning away, his sharp amber eyes stopped on Baxton's, and the kit walked away from the ceremony towards his family's room.
