A prophecy was foretold long ago, but has been reduced to legend and children's bedtime stories. The king, King Galidon, is the only one who still (somewhat) believes in the prophecy. As the people draw farther way from it, a child is born with dragon scales on her shoulders, and is crowned the first of the Dragon Children. Now the world is in suspense of what is to come.

✦ ✧ ✦ To the north is the Redwood Forest, home to the Humans. The region is void of smaller trees and bushes, usually covered in mosses and thick with ferns. It's a humid area, and has many clean water sources that are safe to drink from. The most common one is River Terminus, which literally means border. It's a wide river than acts as the border between the Human and Nymph region. The main city of the Humans is found inside a gigantic redwood, called Lucusnidus. It's common for this region to have rain or snow, with the winter months receiving frost instead of dew. The usual year round climate is from 40 to 60 degrees Fahrenheit. The humans usually wear fur clothing and use the bones of the animals at instruments, tools, or jewelry. They worship the animals of the forest and known to use everything they find in some useful way so nothing is wasted. They are good craftsmen and are know for making most of the homes through out all the kingdom. They also are known for their unique tree city that most of the humans live in. ✦ ✧ ✦ To the east is the Waterfall Mountains, home to the Nymphs. It's a rather treacherous area, full of steep drops and slippery rocks. It also happens to be the most water-based territory of Domum. Waterfalls are created from the melting snow at the tops of the mountains and flow down the sides. These waterfalls create pools of water through out the entire region, and feed the misty forest near the bottom of the mountainside. In the center of the main mountain in the Nymph's main village, called Cataracta. Nymph's are known for their beautiful clothing and for having the cleanest water of all the territories. They also are known for their beautiful decor and tapestries made from silk. They're known to have lots of rain as well, and it's often frozen in the winter months. Nymphs worship the water and sky spirits, and take great care of the land around them. ✦ ✧ ✦ To the south is the Sandy Plains, home to the Scavians. This region is dry and often covered in a thick layer of sand. The only water source for miles is the large river, River Salvator, that runs through the center of the land from the mountains. Many smaller cites and farm land have been set up by this river, but they have built their main city in a hollow volcano, called Petrasa. This territories climate is usually dry and hot, and rain is rare. It never snows in this region unless it's a very cold winter in the kingdom. It's usually in the hundreds during the day but can drop to the 40s during the nights. Scavians are known for their beautiful glass architecture and small glass figurines. They are usually the ones to make the stained glass windows in temples. They worship the gods of the river and the animals around it. They also have the most food produce of the whole kingdom. ✦ ✧ ✦ The last region, to the west, is known as the Sacred Woods. No one knows exactly what's in the woods, but have all collectively agreed to never venture into inside. Those brave enough to venture near them often come home in a daze and claim they don't ever remember returning. Some say they're haunted by their ancestors, others say the forest itself is alive. They're a huge mystery to the people. ✦ ✧ ✦ In the very center of the kingdom lays the main city, Medietas Regno. This is where the kingdom holds all of it's main festivals, royal weddings, and other major events. Creatures from every region are welcome, and it has the largest market of any of the main three regions. People often come here to meet with family and friends and has a wide variety of restaurants, stores, and parks. It's also home to the palace of the kingdom where the royal family line of Basileum has grown for over one hundred centuries.

Ambrose is a tall man at 6'5" and has a lean build. While he his able handle himself in a physical fight, he went more towards magic than his brother, and so he's not as heavily built as one might think the king's brother to be. He has long brown hair that is usually up in a half bun/ponytail. He's covered head to toe in freckles from days spent outside roaming the palace grounds. His eyes are the same chocolate brown as his hair, with specks of gold here and there.

Clothing Style: a b c Even though he is royalty, Ambrose has never been one for royal clothing. Around the castle, he usually wears the black outfit found in the first two pictures. When he's out in the city and doesn't want to be noticed, he often wears the last outfit.

Hair Style: Usually up in a half do, but he will put it in a ponytail or full bun. He doesn't like it completely down.

Accessories: He's never been one for trinkets.

Unlike his brother, Ambrose is more reserved and isn't one to initiate a conversation. He likes his quiet time, and will run from interaction when he doesn't want it. Though he seems to put up a hard front, he's actually quite nice and simply doesn't like getting close to people. He feels like he'll fail anybody he meets in some way, as he's not like someone you would call a prince. He loves to help those in need, and will often give a fair amount of coin to the homeless or needy. Most people see him at festivals, which is the only time he likes to be around people.

Aureuslux is roughly the size of a two story building and is covered head to toe in golden yellow scales. He has several pairs of horns on his head, a small pair curling straight up and a pair that goes straight back and splits at the ends. His neck, chest, and underbelly scales are more of a cream color compared to the rest of him. His eyes and wing membranes are a soft lilac color. His claws are a dark black along with some of his tail spikes.

Clothing Style: None. He's a dragon.

Hair Style: Um, spiky? He's got horns, not hair.

Accessories: A necklace made of dragon teeth with a lightning bolt in the center. It's a family heirloom. He's later gain a black leather saddle for Lilac to ride with.

Aureuslux is quite the combo. He’s a very kind and generous guy, and loves meeting new people. He’s very good at being a people person and will do anything to make people like him. That’s often also his downfall, as he can be overly rude sometimes without even meaning to. He knows he should keep a filter on his mouth, and is working on it, but he doesn’t quite have one yet. He always make sure to apologize if he catches his mistake and will feel extremely guilty. Another bad habit for him is that, despite his pent up energy, he’s lazy. When he doesn’t want to do something, he’s not going to do it. He will lay down and say no. It takes a lot of persistence and bribing to get him to do something he doesn’t want to. Despite this he’s a fun and creative guy, and will find the best way to prank someone. He doesn’t have the sharpest of minds, but he can definitely pull an elaborate trick. He usually isn’t easy to anger, unless you’re reticulating others or his abilities. And don’t. touch. Lilac. She’s his. He’s very possessive of her. When he’s angry, he’ll make it known. Though they don’t happen very often, when him and lilac fight, it’s a lot of yelling and snarling on his part. If situations get bad enough, he’ll either attack or run off depending on who he’s arguing with.

Aureuslux was born a good 1000 years before the prophecy was even made, up on the top of a mountain in Dragon County. The Fulgur Clan was a small group of dragons that made their home in that mountain, one that often recived rain from thunderstorms or blizzards in the winter. They were quite reserved, often not attending any of the events other Dragon Clans would hold. Aureuslux grew up with nothing but his parents and close relatives to talk and play with, which was a little difficult as he was the youngest of the clan. While he was very close with his parents, he was also close with his father’s sister, Lunalux. Not only was she his partial namesake, she also acted like an sister to him. His father was a happy man, very much fitting his role. He cared earnestly for his family, and was supposed to be the next leader of the Clan. His mother was a soft woman, very soft-spoken and reserved. She was kind though, kinder than a dragon should be, but stuck up for herself and her family when the time came. His aunt was a mix of both, very jumpy and bright while being fiercely protective of family. A male Fire Dragon, who was supposed to be the next leader of his own clan, had earnestly sought her heart, but she always shot him down. She would never say she secretly loved him too. One day, when Aureuslux was around 1100 years old, he and his father went out hunting with him aunt. Disaster stuck soon after. A mudslide was created when Aureuslux used his lighting to try and stick a deer. She shock of the blast reverberated of the mountain side and everything came crashing down. He was the only one to make it out alive as his father had thrown him into the air before he was struck. When learning what happened, his mother became mad from heartbreak and pushed him away. He left the clan soon after, keeping the name only to remember his father and Aunt. He lived by himself for the centuries to follow, up until it was around time for his 1600th birthday. He was awoken in the night by a sudden harsh pull that seemed to shake his very soul. Being the curious young dragon he was, he immediately set out for whatever was calling to him. To his surprise, it took him to a small house on the edge of a large river. Straight to the arms of a small lilac haired little girl, only just born days before. The parents of the child had absolutely flipped at first, scares for their lives at the sight of the large dragon outside their door, but remembered the prophecy foretold by their ansestors of old. With the golden scales of the dragon outside matching the same ones on their daughter’s shoulder and back, they slowly crept out to meet him with daughter in tow. It was like finding a missing piece he didn’t know he was missing. He instantly melted at the sight of the small bundle, and swore he’d protect her with his life. He’s lived with the trio ever since guarding them up to the day our story begins.

- Though he acts like a dog, he’s really more like a cat. He hates water, loves to climb things, and sharpens his claws on things he’s not suppose to.

- He actually has a very keen eye. Don’t try hiding things from him.

- He’s scared of bugs. Unless you want a crazed dragon running around, don’t show him bugs. (“Ladybugs are no exception! They have bug in the name!”

- Will eat seven elephants and still want more. Watch his appetite.

- Has an odd fascinating with instruments. We wished he could play but he’s a dragon.

Lilac's a small girl, only reaching to about 5 foot exact, and has long locks that are the color of her name. Her hair color and light skin tone come from her mother, who was a Nymph born and raised in Cataracta. Her body build is much like a female version of her father's though. While the high was still from her mother ("Thanks Mom."), she's very heavily built. Straight jaw, strong arms, flat stomach, and thick thighs (though not quite touching). Bright blue eyes hide underneath thick black eyelashes and a straight edged nose to add to the beauty. Very much an hourglass figure.

Clothing Style: Example. Lilac's not one for dresses, as they restrict climbing, and often wears pants with a longer shirt instead. Fur coats are often worn too, especially in the winter when the river freezes over and snow begins to fall. She also wears a knife with her for carving or for when she finds fruits.

Hair Style: She often wears it down, but ponytails, braids, or even a hair crown are common.

Accessories: One of her father's good friends made a necklace for her when she was young. It has a dragon shaped and colored like Aureuslux curled around a lilac rose. Shaped kind of like this.
