TAGS ✦ ✧ ✦ — Heal first, ask questions later. It was Sunny's tried-and-true motto. And right now, she was going to employ it. She gave a strained smile when Yuuri licked her nose, and the medic trainee knew it would be near impossible to get her into a nest right now. Quickly, the kitsune made her way to the back and got an assortment of herbs: cobwebs, tormentil, sticks, bindweed, goldenrod, honey, and poppy seeds. In addition, she also brought out some prey for her wife to eat. "Now just stay still. You'll be better in no time." And now it was time to begin.

First, she took a stick and some bindweed, moving over to the girl's tail and aligning the stick gently with it. Once she had got it just right, she took the bindweed and wrapped it around the stick to hold it in place.

With the tail now fixed, Sunny could work on the other wounds. Taking the tormentil and goldenrod, she chewed them up together, wincing at the taste, and placed them on Yuuri's cuts and scrapes. Exhaling, the kitsune made her way to the back to grab some elder leaves, planning to improvise and use them for her wife's bruises. She returned chewing the leaves, and when she was at Yuuri's side once more, she placed the poultice in various spots where the kitsune could see bruising.

Sundance moved away once again, but this time she emerged out of the den, returning a few moments later with a fat rabbit. "Eat. I'll go and get you some water." she ordered, moving out of the den once again to get some water. Flying overhead, she was easily able to spot some moss, as well as a water source nearby where she could dunk the moss in. She flew back as fast as her wingbeats would carry her, until she was back at the den once more. "All right, and here's your water. Once you're finished, please lay on your side, hon, okay? Just so I can feel your legs and see if there are any broken bones." Sundance placed the moss in front of Yuuri for her to drink, and the medic trainee would move back to give her some room.

She had taught Billie Jean, and countless others--this would be no different, the kitsune thought, a smile on her maw. "I'd like to start off with this..." She flew up to where a bottle of witch hazel stood on a shelf, and she flew down, the bottle in her mouth. "Thith ith with hathel." Realizing her mistake, she put the bottle down. "Sorry. This is witch hazel. A good friend of mine over in BlizzardClan taught me this. She was never a full-fledged Physician, but she was excellent at healing." Sadness crossed her features. Clove had been such a nice individual, but...she was gone with the wind. Secretly, Sundance hoped she would return one day. "This can be used for cuts and wounds, mostly."

TAGS ✦ ✧ ✦ — She watched as Yuuri ate and drank faster than Sunny could say her own name. "Let me know when you're full. We can talk for a bit, or I can give you some poppy seeds and guide you to an open nest so you can rest. It's up to you." With that being said, and with Yuuri flipped over, she could examine the leg. It looked horribly twisted. Wincing, the kitsune went into the back and grabbed some stinging nettle. "Okay, hold still. Here, you can bite on this if there's pain." She pushed a stick over to her wife for her to bite on before she settled down in front of the leg. Sighing, she grabbed hold of it, making sure to be as gentle as she could, and twisted the leg back to its rightful position. Taking the stinging nettle, she would chew it up, and apply it onto the leg. After that, she would grab another stick and some bindweed, and perform the same thing as she did with her tail: align the stick with her leg, and wrap the bindweed around it.

"Okay...you should be set. I want you to rest in here for a few days, so you can heal and regain energy. Don't walk on the leg, and keep your broken tail erect as best you can." she ordered. "In addition, I'll be bringing you food to fatten you up again, as well as water. Don't starve yourself or I'll have your head." Sundance chuckled.

TAGS ✦ ✧ ✦ — Heading for her nest as well, the kitsune stifled a yawn as she settled in, warmth settling on her features now that she had patched up Yuuri. "Well...mostly about what happened over in the Exiles. Believe me, that lion comes around here, I'll kick his ass right alongside you. But...what happened, exactly?"

TAGS ✦ ✧ ✦ — "Well, if you can find it, you can use cotton. But rather, what I do is find some witch hazel leaves. Like this." She hovered over to another shelf, and grabbed a bunch of oval-shaped leaves, placing them in front of Fishpriest. "These are witch hazel leaves. You can chew them into a poultice and apply them the same way."

Sunny's brain absorbed the story right up, and every single detail, as she continuously nodded. So Yuuri got captured because she vented her frustrations on the enemy group. The medic trainees nine tails bobbed up and down. "I see." she murmured. "Maybe next time, come to me, or Always if you're feeling upset. Taking out your anger on enemies is never a good idea. It can get you killed, or in this case, captured." She kept her tone as light as possible.

"Next..." Sundance stood on her hind legs and reached for a yellow herb, landing on four legs again and moving the witch hazel leaves out of the way to place the herb down. "This is tormentil. It's sort of like a cure-all herb. It also helps to get rid of poison. You can chew it and put it on wounds."

TAGS ✦ ✧ ✦ — "It's actually pretty common. It mostly grows in the cold. In BlizzardClan's frozen tundra, for example." she explained. "Another herb also does the same thing. Goldenrod doesn't extract poison though. It's found on moors."

TAGS ✦ ✧ ✦ — "Well, I've been studying herbs for most of my life. I actually taught myself herbs, and escaped my abusive parents to teach other creatures how to heal. It is a lot to memorize, and I do get things mixed up sometimes, but it does get easier." She chuckled. "Though yes, being a healer is hard. It can be stressful. That's why you have to take breaks and listen to your body--when it tells you you're tired, then you rest."

TAGS ✦ ✧ ✦ — She smiled and chuckled. "I assume that means I love you?" Her tails waved up and down affectionately as she planted a kiss on Yuuri's forehead. "Because if so, I love you too, honey. I'm glad you're safe."

TAGS ✦ ✧ ✦ — Irene. It had been so long since Sundance heard the name. With the trouble with Mingan, and being married to her now-wife, she had a lot on her mind.

But when Aleksei uttered the name, it immediately brought the kitsune over.

It looked like her, for sure. But no...no. Sunny had to be dreaming. Surely Irene was wiped out during the world shift...? But it seemed not. It seemed that she was here in the flesh. Frankly, the kitsune missed Irene. She had been a helpful hand around camp, herbal-wise. She had taught Sunny a lot. And she looked up to Irene.

"Irene..." It was all she could breathe for now. Her body remained in place, her gaze fixed on the other female.

TAGS ✦ ✧ ✦ — Sundance had sort of blended into the wall during the argument at the last meeting. But she was ready to represent BlizzardClan now. She wasn't sure if Aleksei would come or not, or even Kady, like the last time--but she figured, why not? And of course her wife, as well. "Ah, hello. My name is Sundance, the Head Physician of the Rift and the sole medic of BlizzardClan. Unless Kady or Aleksei arrives, I'll be representing BlizzardClan." She figured her wife would represent the Rift, seeing as how she was the leader and all. The rainbow kitsune took a seat.

TAGS ✦ ✧ ✦ — Hmm. Some new members. And Fishpriest was the new Heir. Cora was a Commander as well. Hmm. Blinking, she would nod. And the group was on standby for the Exiles. Well, Sunny was ready. "Congrats to Fishpriest and Cora! And noted."

TAGS ✦ ✧ ✦ — She couldn't help but let out a growl as Marie refused to listen to her and instead stuck her claws into the beehive, in turn getting a swarm of bees. Immediately Sundance raced over to where she fell, glancing at the stings. "She may very well might have." she murmured, examining the stings. Quickly she raced back to where her basket of herbs were overturned. Sure enough, she had some dandelion and blackberry in the mixture. Nabbing them, she flew back to the scene, and landed next to Aurelio. "Stay calm, Marie. Don't move." Practically shoving blackberry and dandelion into her mouth, she chewed both herbs up into a poultice, and would attempt to gently place bits and pieces of the poultice onto the bee stings.

TAGS ✦ ✧ ✦ — Oh, Billie was here! Smiling, Sundance went over, her tails bobbing up and down. "Hello, Billie! Valradin is fine. And Ang- erm, Yuuri is home safe. Actually I'm not sure if she'll be attending tonight, what with her wounds. She was beat up pretty bad." She huffed.

TAGS ✦ ✧ ✦ — Needless to say, Sundance was the opposite. Caring for her wife now that she was back safe had her wiped out. Snoring came from the medic den, and a few moments later, so did a group of voices--fellow NPC BlizzardClanners. "Wha...huh...?" murmured the medic trainee, her snoring abruptly cut off as she sat up in her nest. A yawn escaping her jaws, her paws moved towards the source of where she heard the noise--which was outside of the territory. Surely she was hearing things...right?

Her tired paws kept walking, seeming to not stop until they had reached their destination. Sunny tried to keep her eyes open, blinking rapidly. Soon her sights were set on a light-furred creature. The rainbow-colored kitsune rubbed her eyes with her paw as she made her way closer. A golden tabby. She smelled of BlizzardClan...perhaps she was new here. "H- hello? Who are you?" she spoke, her voice sounding slurred with fatigue.
