Freak would wind his way over, pawsteps slow but certainly not steady. His frail figure trembled - his jaw parted slightly, twitching - and he'd take a seat in the back, hiding in the shadows he spent his whole life in. The small boy would watch with bright eyes - the only part of him that didn't seem lifeless these days.

Freak felt proud of himself - this was his best 'catch' yet. He'd managed to steal a rather large bone, complete with meat and marrow still attached, away from a dog that morning. It had been risky of course, but with no sense of self-worth there could be no true concept of danger or peril for the child. He was dying anyways, so there was very little anymore that scared him - death was inevitable, so one should get to live life as they pleased. Having settled himself upon a flattened cardboard box in a sheltered part of a small alleyway, the sickly child would quickly rip into his feast, feeling only slightly guilty about doing so. That guilt came from the part of him that said he should save it, that he might not get to eat again for a while. But since he'd learnt to steal, he'd managed to eat enough to fill his shrunken stomach when he needed to, so he pushed that thought down and continued to gnaw on his prize. It tasted odd - probably had begun to rot long before the canine had got it and it had made its way into his paws, but he'd never been a picky eater. Food was food - and a full belly was a rare thing. As he enjoyed his scraps, he peered out at the street - it was early enough that there were few humans wandering, but late enough that the street itself was packed with traffic even as the sun rose above him. It was pretty - if he ignored the bitter cold practically tearing into his soul.

A tip of his head to the left, and then a blindingly cheerful smile, full of sharp white teeth. "Yes. Am Freak." he'd introduce proudly to the two that had found him - his name was favorite thing he had, except maybe his collar, but that was because it also had his name on it. Jaw twitching a few time's, soft, wide green eyes would peer down from his perch, and with shaky legs and jerky movements he'd stand, pointing one thin paw at the bone. "Want? Share." He'd say slowly, as if he was having trouble putting the words together, and then he'd tip his head in the opposite direction - waiting eagerly for an answer.

Freak felt like if he spoke he'd be intruding upon the moment, ruining it for the two, so instead the skinny black tom would just silently wander over, ignoring the trembling of his legs, and sit nearby, tipping his stiff neck back to peer at the sky as well. Family was a sore topic with him - the only thing that could upset him actually. Insults? He enjoyed them, in that sick way a only a child named 'freak' could. Death or loss? He was dying anyways - the purpose of life was to live, so he was just grateful for whatever time he had. His Family? That hurt. It brought with it those dark emotions - Guilt. Pain. Sadness. Empty. So instead he'd block the words from his ears - besides, it was a conversation he probably shouldn't over hear.

Potential Future Plot?: Quiet but very adventurous and happy friends w neetle? Freak doesn't speak much due to his illness making it hard for him to speak properly, but he is a literal ball of love and basically just wants to have fun and make others happy, so i think it'd be cute to have them maybe be friends? He's a bloodclan cat, but he has no real feelings towards the clans due to originally being a kittypet.
