Two is better than one

THE STORY: Kady Keyper and Gabriel Seraphinus have been best friends and both joined BlizzardClan around early March 2018. The friendship was odd given that Gabriel was a mute lion, but Kady was determined to communicate with him and make him feel included in the clan. Fast forward months later and they're still as close as ever, and seem to only have each other to rely on since other friends and romantic interests always disappear or die. With this realization the two decided to pursue a risky relationship. With their first litter unsuccessful and all cubs dying in a miscarriage, the two were determined to grow their family. Eventually a second litter was successfully born and all the cubs (with the exception of Persephone, who is also a Vice-Leader of BlizzardClan) are somewhat active. Their relationship is as strong as ever and the two are looking to grow their family even more before their lives become too hectic.

THE PARENTS: Gabriel Seraphinus: Gabriel's current body is that of a melanistic jaguar with orange eyes. He still has the spots that jaguars are known to have, but they are difficult to see with his darker coloring. He has a pair of wings on his back that are the same type that a bat might have, and the color is similar enough to the body to blend against it seamlessly. He has golden rings around his neck and front legs, a red cloth tied around head before his ears, one orange and one yellow cloth looped around his neck, two golden stud piercings in each ear, and thin chains draped decoratively over backs of wings While appearing to be quiet in public settings, he is very laid back and jokes around a lot. He has three brothers, Lucifer, Michael and Raphael. He does not trust his brothers due to a fight that happened a long time ago, which resulted in him taking Lucifer's side. The family is unsure if they can overcome their differences. He is a Vice-Leader in BlizzardClan, which is an HP position.

Kady Keyper: Kady is a standard built snow leopard. Mutations in this body include tiny fangs that poke out past her lips and vampirism (anticipated to happen before / during the litter). She was formally a criminal before joining BlizzardClan and vowed she would never have children after her mother handed her over to a gang as 'payment' for her mistakes. But as Kady has grown and became trusted in the clan her views on life have turned around. With her first pregnancy with Gabriel ending in a miscarriage, she was fearful for the second one, but was blessed with four children. She has high hopes for this third litter. Kady is the Leader of BlizzardClan, which is an HP position.

RELATIONSHIPS: Both characters are first generation. Children are expected to take the Seraphinus last name, and taking the Keyper last name is optional. The children have an adopted sister on Kady's side (Yanyu Keyper) as well as four siblings. Persephone (female || Vice-Leader of BlizzardClan), Melpomene (female), Nyx (male || unknown that he is related to the family since he is a reincarnation), and Astreus (male). They will also have another sister, Khione, from a relationship with a different gang member long ago (No longer active).
Additionally they now have a nephew, Bai-Chen, the son of Turin Break and Yanyu Keyper. The young dragon resides in BlizzardClan with the rest of this family.

THE CUBS 

✯ The cubs will be 50% Snow Leopard and 50% Melanistic Jaguar, second generation characters.

✯ While it is not required, they may have the chance of having mutations from their parents like Kady's fangs and vampirisim, or Gabriel's wings.

✯ While names are open to anything, it is encouraged that you give your cub a god/goddess name. Greek is preferred, but the names are open to any gods whether that be Roman, Egyptian, etc.
✯ They will grow up in BlizzardClan and you can begin writing them at 4 months, but feel free to move them around after they have grown!

✯ This litter will be limited to three since one spot is reserved. They will also be loved by their parents since this is a mutual agreement and a litter from a true relationship.

✯ The hopeful date of the cubs being born is June 20th. tully and I ( Echo- ) will be choosing the cubs, so this is not first come first serve. If they fall inactive after a few weeks then we have the right to rehome them unless given notice.

"Enough." Kady calls out loud enough to be heard among the chatter of the clan. While she was a bit late to showing up, it was partially intentionally. The feline had been lurking nearby and doing what she was once trained to do best. Listening and watching. By the time Persephone had the male pinned she believed it was time to make her presence known. "You're either stupid or brave to return here and beg for forgiveness. You're lucky no one killed you on the spot." She states in a monotone voice while stalking toward the male. "As of right now you will be a prisoner to BlizzardClan, monitored at every hour to make sure you do not act out against our clan while here. If what you say is true then you can beg for forgiveness to the clans you once belonged to, but I will be discussing this matter immediately with the leaders of those clans. I do not care for what they do to you, but do know that there will be a trial here for the rest of the clan here to decide your fate. Maybe it will give you enough time to strengthen your words. Persephone, you will join me in finding the other leaders. I will need volunteers to watch over him while he stays at BlizzardClan a few days. While he might be a prisoner, I expect him to be offered food and water. We're not savages here. Do I make myself clear to everyone here?" While Kady intended to speak with these leaders, there was no way in hell any of them were going to carry out any punishments. At least, not before BlizzardClan. In addition to this she will have a public trial with her clan to decide what this creature's fate will be, but unfortunately, as stated before, this will take a few days. She will need multiple clan members to watch over him and make sure he does not escape before deciding his fate here. If he's lucky to survive, then the other clans will be his problem.

A warm smile spreads on the snow leopard's face when she catches sight of the Thunderlands Vice-Leader approaching her. She was glad he was able to make time to speak with her and hopefully she would make it worth the while. The last thing she wanted to do was waste his time talking about nonsense. "Thank you for meeting me, Julian. It's nothing bad, at least not in my eyes, but I did want to get your personal opinion on the BlizzardClan Exiles living in your clan." Whether there was one or many she was unsure. She's only ever heard stories passed down from Aleksei and in a way she felt obligated to uphold his wishes before retiring. If she had it her way she probably would have started with a blank slate and said that the past should stay in the past. "Excuse me for being paranoid, but you live with them thus you know them better. I just want some comfort in hoping that they will abide to the rules and will not cause any further problems between our clans." Now wasn't this a conversation to be held with Nymeria? Probably, but the female didn't even remember past leader's terms with BlizzardClan so there really didn't seem to be any use in speaking with her. "Really what I wanted was your opinion on them. Feel free to speak your mind and do not worry about doing so. Consider this a confidential conversation that will remain between us."

The snow leopard didn't hesitate to find her way back to the Solaris Kingdom after Ryad agreed to speak with her. There was really no reason for Kady to be showing up, but somewhere deep down she longed for the comfort the Kingdom provided her. Once upon a time she had been best friends with Thea who ruled the kingdom and was obviously loved by the members. She also had brief friendships with a member named Penny as well as a crush on Irene who later joined BlizzardClan. While the creatures that once lived there held fond memories in her mind, Kady seems to have lost that connection she once had with them. She could blame it on being busy. She could blame it on old faces leaving and new faces coming in, ones that she simply couldn't keep up with. No matter the reason, she wanted to fix this. And perhaps Ryad was the first step in truly befriending the Kingdom's members again.

"Ryad!" The feline calls eagerly as she bounds toward the male with a bright smile on his face. Granted he couldn't see her smile, but perhaps he could hear it through her positive tone. "Thanks for agreeing to meet up with me! How are things going in the Kingdom?" Was she being nosy? Maybe it seemed like it. Perhaps this was just a way for her to get information about the kingdom to store in her memory. However this was not the case. She was just genuinely interested in how they were doing now that they had a new leader.

Funny how it all plays out in the end

Another week, possibly a bit more, has gone by. Kady has been unfortunately busy and the guilt of not holding meetings weekly was eating away at her. BlizzardClan was slowing down and she can't help but to blame herself. Was she going about this all wrong? Was she not ready to be a leader? It's been a few weeks since she was last appointed and you'd think her anxiety about it all would have died down by now. Yet that's the problem with anxiety. It never seems to go away no matter how much you wish it would.

The feline takes a slow breath in before beginning the famous announcement. "BlizzardClan! Please gather for a meeting! I'd like to welcome our new members who have joined the clan. Take this time to introduce yourselves if you desire." There's a respectful pause before Kady moves onto events that are happening. "The Thunderlands have invited us to a mass meet and greet, so feel free to attend and use it as an opportunity to make friends. As of right now that is the only event going on, however if anyone wants to plan a summer bash for our clan feel free to shoot me some ideas. We've been slowing down recently, which I understand, but that doesn't mean we still can't party."

Kady was a bit late to greeting the stranger at the border, but thankfully Canoris was there to provide them a warm welcome. "Welcome to BlizzardClan!" The feline states with a big smile as she approaches with little Eugene scampering at her feet. The tiny dinosaur seemed amazed that another dinosaur was here on the island, and one that was not his kind. For a moment he tilts his head at the stranger, his bright eyes blinking curiously as he takes their large appearance in. Once satisfied she emits a happy shriek and takes off in no where in particular. Perhaps he was trying to find one of the other raptors to let them know another dino was in the clan now. "Sorry about him... He's.. Yeah. Anyways, that was Eugene. My name is Kady. Pleasure to meet you."

To say Kady was amazed by this stranger's appearance was an understatement. As she approached it was easy to see the bewilderment in her eyes at the four wings and majestic horns this mutated owl had. It was certainly something she's never seen before, and deep down she considers herself lucky and somewhat honored to meet someone so intriguing. Yes, this is indeed BlizzardClan. An odd name for the Floating Islands, but I'm not complaining." The snow leopard responds since she happened to catch some of the conversation. "My name is Kady. Pleasure to meet you."

Luckily for Shyling the first creature to greet her was once a tigress herself. She was not intimidated by the female's size. If anything she was intimidated by her children's. They had been born as liger hybrids and thus grew larger. While they were not full adults yet, they were still massive and it still boggles her mind to this day. Though many of her children are no longer around. Persephone, her wonderful daughter, had just disappeared and it was heartbreaking to the snow leopard. She and Gabriel were left right back at square one with no children around to carry out their names.

Did it bother her? Immensely.

Did she show it? No.

The snow leopard approaches with a warm smile on her face, even going as far as raising a paw to wave at the tigress. "Welcome to BlizzardClan then, Shyling. My name is Kady. It's a pleasure to meet you. Did you have a safe travel here? Would you like any food or water?" It wasn't uncommon for new members to come from different clans. She can only imagine the travel time taking a serious toll on their physical health so naturally she wanted to provide comfort where she could. Food and water was the most she could do, but perhaps their medic can look at the female if she had any injuries.

The snow leopard had been lounging around on this early morning. The typical hustle and bustle of the clan has died down recently and it felt weird to be one of the few awake at this time. Perhaps starting some kind of trust exercise can boost everyone's moods and relations. "Anyone want to take part in a trust exercise? If so come join me and I'll explain how it works once we have a small group formed!" Kady exclaims with a big grin on her face.
